I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

You should tell that which diet you r taking at present. Also inform if you have any digestion problem. You should do exercise daily and walking 3 to 5 km daily. Drink plenty of water atleast three to four ltr. Daily. Semi solid die t fibre food fruits salad etc. You should take daily. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hi, I am 32 years old Male. My question is do you recommend Protein drinks for runners? I am a vegetarian and I feel very low on stamina after running a few miles. I have a healthy diet if I am not doing any exercise, but I feel low energy levels if I do running or some workout. Which would be the healthiest protein drink you would recommend which is organic and 0% harmful to my body? Thanks.

Protein supplements can be taken by runners if your diet lacks in full amount if protein required in a day. There is nothing called organic protein, there are types of protein like whey protein, casein protein, soy protein. Taking whey protein after running is the best option for you.

There is urgent need of #dietcorrection, walking, exercise need based continuous education for every single #patient visiting any fraternity doctor.we will have to #cut it on social media time spending so as to come in terms with time shortage.
Let us do minor corrections ex if you are taking #poha, reduce "#sev", take only one #Fried item a day say if one kachori. Say no to other items. Reduce ghee on chappati and in rice. Start drinking tea/coffee/milk without sugar or few crystals only. Reduce alcohol or beverages or juices and strict no to fried snacks.
We must check on #oilconsumption which is 600 ml per month per person.
Do not wait for diabetes or HBP to occur. #Overconfidence that nothing will happen to me will be detrimental.
Check on unwanted additional salt you take in salad or in wafers or #farihalikhichadi, in papad, in pickle, in jeeravan etc
Let us organize such most important lectures in social groups etc.
India is only country though not in rich category but diabetics statistics higher than rich nations.
Start some purposeful walking in between.
#Doctors themselves must be beware that they have to practice too with teaching patients.
In short control on diet quantity increase usage of salad for stomach filling. Start saying goodbye to faulty family and traditional eating habits. 
Eating too frequently is biggest denominator. Old time three time eating is wonderful. Avoiding eating in night. #Avoid forcing or manwar tradition.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
