Hye, Thanks for the query. Smoking increases your risk of cancer, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, eye disorders such as cataracts, rheumatoid arthritis, dental problems and stroke. That's because the substances in cigarettes can damage your organs and increase your body's level of free radicals, compounds that harm DNA and cellular tissue. There aren't any foods that can prevent or undo the effects of smoking but some tips can help the body combat the oxidation load to some extent. Have a Cup of green or herbal tea. The antioxidants can inhibit the activity of free radicals to some extent. Black grapes, blackberries and other berries are other good sources too. Smokers are more likely to become deficient in vitaminC. Include plenty of vitamin C-rich produce in your diet daily, such as tomatoes, berries like strawberries, kiwi, bell peppers, indian gooseberry, guava, pineapple, and all types of citrus fruits. Smokers must consume vitamin E rich foods, as it could lower their risk of developing heart disease in the future. Increasing intake of foods high in vitamin E eg Wheat germ and wheat germ oil are the best sources. Nuts, vegetable oils like ricebran, olive or canola oil, seeds, eggs and leafy greens are also rich in vitamin E. Cruciferous vegetables can help provide anticancerious nutrients. Chota gobi, cauliflower, cabbage, radishes and bok choy all belong in the cruciferous vegetable family. Avoid junk foods. Avoid processed, packeted and proprietary foods. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Fat burners are of no use if your diet is not good and you are not exercising.

The best and most effective way to get rid of the localized fat is a combination of low fat and low calorie diet with exercises. let us talk about the diet first. Cut down on calories and add necessary fillers like insoluble fibers to add bulk to the diet, you may include whole grains, fresh whole fruits, raw salads and vegetable preparations. This helps in attaining satiety while consuming lesser calories. Restrict the intake of refined foods like those made with refined wheat flour. Avoid sugar wherever possible. Making way for the good protein sources like legumes, dals, milk and its products and soy in the diet also helps in cutting down the calorie intake. Protein rich foods delays the digestion time and one dos not feel hungry soon. Also, you must choose the fats wisely. Limit the intake of oil and avoid the fried foods and snacks. Drink plenty of water and other healthy drinks to keep up the metabolism. You may also include options like green tea and lemon tea. Buttermilk and tender coconut water are also good options. As mentioned above, in addition to the dietary modifications, exercises are equally important, especially the ones for abs. Moves like crunches, twist crunches, bicycle crunch, step hop, squats etc. are excellent to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles. Set a time for exercise and start with simple workouts for short duration, you can slowly increase the time, frequency and intensity of the workout. This would allow the body to keep pace with the changes. Make sure that you give enough time to warm up and cooling down after each workout. Avoid lying down or sitting immediately after the meals. You may go for a light walk after lunch and dinner. Or if possible sit in Vajrasana for 15 – 20 minutes after the meals. Avoid heavy meals after sunset and reduce the total salt intake. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi, get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Calcium, s. Ferritin and esr. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Lukewarm milk is good. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert. You should go for walk and do exercise, drink water more. Include healthy food in your diet don't used junk food. You consumed protein rich food like soyabean milk and milk products, egg, sattu with milk, and combination cereals and pulses.

Aapne apni height nahi likhi hai. Anyway, to gain weight in healthy way, consume balanced diet with more protein rich foods to build muscles. Since your weight is less, the amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1.25 gm protein / kg of ideal weight. You can include sprouts, paneer, cheese, peanut butter, whole fat milk & milk products also in your diet. For customised diet plan (to evaluate your total fat, visceral & subcutaneous fat, your bmi, bmr, muscles etc.) everything should be considered including dealing with the deficiencies.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.
