Hi, you must wisely choose your food to increase weight. Your bmi is less than 19 which is on the lower side. My advice to increase your weight: 1. Add fruits and aanwla to your diet to increase vit c which will increase your appetite 2. Rice and potatoes increase weight but recommended for short term only 3. Take some multivitamin 4. Keep walking in morning as regular exercise and 1. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2. Eat egg, 3. Drink milk. 4. Try weight gainer shakes. And juices 5. Use bigger plates. 6. Add cream/ butter to your food. 7. Take almonds 5-10 daily, soyabean and bananas 8. Get quality sleep.

Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.

The following factors are most predictive of a healthy marriage.

A. Growing up in an intact, functional family

B. Parents were a good marital model

C. Both parents functioned well psychologically

D. Atleast 21 yrs at the time of marriage

E. Marry for positive reasons to share your life and not driven by thoughts such as fear of loneliness, parental or peer pressure or to rescue someone.

F. Know your partner for atleast six months

G. Commonalities in terms of sociology, economic class, race, religion, education, common interests

H. Physical attraction with potential to develop an intimate relationship.

I. Discuss important life organization issues like, work, money, children, to live with parents of your spouse or separately and life goals.

J. Support of family and friends is essential building blocks in a healthy marriage.

Hello sir weight reduction is achieved by three dimensional approach. 1. dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits, soups, juices, multi grain atta chapati etc. avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, nonveg(if u take),cold drinks, curd etc. 2. life style modification- avoid sedentary life and be active. go for morning or evening walk, do some yoga and exercises. cycling, swimming and outdoor games can also help. 3. ayurvedic medicines- some ayurvedic medicines along with Panchkarma treatment can reduce weight quickly

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein. For height: foods those can help to increase muscle mass are protein rich and a well balanced diet. We recommend exercise regularly along with good stretching and have 1.2 gm of protein /kg of body weight. Include tofu, paneer, egg white, chicken, fish, soya flour and some plant proteins like sprouts, broccoli, green leafy vegetables and bean salads to cover up your daily requirements of protein. Make a right combination of carbohydrates, proteins and fats to achieve best results.

Dear Lybrate user The common cause of muscle twitching include the following:  Twitching can occur after physical activity because lactic acid accumulates in the muscles used during exercise. It most often affects the arms, legs, and back. Muscle twitches caused by stress and anxiety are often called “nervous ticks. If the twitching during sleep occurs due to medication or taking alcohol, simply changing your bedtime routine can help.  Practicing yoga and meditation helps combat stress-related twitching. In order to avoid twitching from dehydration, ensure to limit consumption of coffee, soda, and beer. If the cause is a vitamin deficiency, vitamin supplements to replenish the supply of minerals and vitamins can alleviate symptoms.  Consult a doctor before taking vitamin supplements to identify the deficiency.  A good sleep at night can recharge the body for the next day. hello Prashant let me clear this first simply eating more means you will gain more weight this funda never works. to put on weight you should go for weight gaining panchakarma (bruhan) therapy. which will clear your channel of digestive system. and you will start absorbing more through sufficient food. alomg with that you should go for yoga which mantains that weight.
