Hye. It's possible you are eating and early dinner or very poor intake during dinner leading to hypoglycaemia by morning. Also fasting for more than an hour after waking up can cause low energy levels. Dehydration could be a cause, also low blood pressure. Excessive stress or work overload coupled with poor eating habits can cause reduced energy levels as well.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

I want to loose weight but my results are so slow I do cycling for nearly 45 minutes in morning at 5 am and I drink 4 cups of green tea in a day I ate 4 chapaties with vegetable at morning four in afternoon and then I go for walking in evening for at least half an hour I walk then I ate 4 chapaties at night and sleep PLS TELL ME . Hi, lybrate-user can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Sample Diet PlanBreakfast – green Juice.Lunch – vegetable pulao with pineapple fruits. Dinner – paneer with green salad. Snacks – 25g almonds with green tea. Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Check out your thyroid profile, if you feel tired even after the proper deit and medicines and take treatment. 5. In the morning, do medication regulary, do pranayam atleast for 5 -10 minute. It will make your hormones level normal.

Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid alcohol consumption. Smoking and non vegetarian. Drink lots of juices and plenty of water. Eat green vegetables and salads. Do pranayama early in the morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hours. Drop 1-1 drop of cow ghee in your nostrils at night time before sleep.

This is psychological problem due to worry, anxiety and stress. Stress is the reaction of the body or the mind to the interpretation of a known situation. Stress management, therefore, involves either changing the situation, changing the interpretation or taming the body the yogic way in such a way that stress does not affect the body. One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

See you have started the medications on a doctors advice to a limited period of time mentioned by the Consultant. So it is clear that your concerned physician would be the right person for you to guide to continue with the medications or not. It would be a wage answer to suggest you on this.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Take deworming tablets every six month.  Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Hello! convince your mother to take small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida. Take whole grain cereals in limitation, lot of veggies, 150-200gm fruit (not juice. Don't skip breakfast n take a small portion of milk or product or any whole grain cereal before bed time. Do 30 min of exercise a day. Consult a dietician for diet plan.

Sadique, Losing weight with thyroid disorder and taking contraceptive pills is real challenge. The dietary advise, which does not take into account these factors will surely not work for you. Eating a low calorie food or low fat food will surely be not very effective for you. What you need to do is consult someone who can help you holitically - proper nutrition, right kind of exercise (just few min a day), stress management and sleep improvement. Making changes in all 4 aspect, will help bring the underlying hormonal disturbances under proper control and you will be able to find more energy, and more excitement into your life... weight loss will be just the byproduct! best wishes.

You do a health check up.Do exercise like yoga,weight lifting etc.Maintain a healthy body weight.Take food frequently.Use bigger plate.Use more refined foods with unrefined.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Extra protein foods will help.Add cream with tea/coffee.Use healthy fat in cooking.Use nutritional supplement.Drink lots of water.Take quality sleep.These are common but for professional assistance consult me privately on lybrate.
