Dear lybrateuser, breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day as it has to provide you with the high level of energy & also keep you full in the morning as you do your work. Ideally it should be a mix of carbohydrates & proteins. For carbohydrate have wholegrain foods like musli, oats, cornflakes with a bowl of milk, wholegrain paratha, upma combine it with a fruit. For protein have yoghurt, slice of cheese, cottage cheese, sprouts. Also you can add dry fruits, a few almonds, walnuts etc.

1. Keep your skin clean and dry. 2. Treat athlete's foot at the same time if you have it. Doing this will decrease the risk for recurrence. 3. Avoid wearing any clothing that rubs or irritates your crotch. 4. Wash your underwear and athletic supporter frequently. 5. Put on your socks before you put on your underwear if you have athlete's foot. 6. Take off wet swimsuits quickly. 7. Avoid carrying wet or sweaty clothing in your gym bag. 8. Treatment - your best options include lamisil, lotrimin ultra, and/or naftin. These are more expensive, but they will get rid of jock itch faster. Prefer lotrimin ultra which contains butenafine hydrochloride over regular lotrimin af which just contains clotrimazole. Studies have shown butenafine can be faster and more effective than clotrimazole. 9. You can also purchase cheaper creams containing clotrimazole or miconazole. These will take a little longer to work, but they will effectively wipe out jock itch.

Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Try weight gainer shakes. If you are really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. Take creatine. The muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate can help you gain a few pounds in muscle weight. Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. You do not need to take insulin. Your sugar is marginally high. Need a minor adjustment in medicines.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Hello, Weight gain or loss can be challenging at this age. Nevertheless, it is not impossible. Your body needs at least 10 kgs of weight gain. Get into strength training, aerobic exercise and eat good amount of high quality proteins and carbohydrates with minimal to moderate usage of fats.

Our daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 k cal of energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

If you think smart then you can eat the simple yet routine staple food that you had been eating traditionally. Eat vegetables and fruits which are available according to the season and are cheaper. Do search the internet to know about nutrition value of various types of foods. At the same time you should focus on exercising everyday which does not cost any thing. You can also do Yoga and pranayam which is very beneficial if done sincerely. Please note that exercise is an essential part of Diabetes management.
