You need to first cut down your diet by25%. -take hot sugar free drinks. -eat salads and fruits when hungry in between meals. -start working out for 30 minutes everyday. And increase it when you are used to it. -start with mild exercises for 4 days and then start with a little hard ones. -give yourself a target, example to loose 3 kgs minimum in 3 months. - once you set a diet, workout routine and target, you will know your body and it's needs better than you know right now, this will help you to loose weight and continue doing that.

I m not easily shedding my weight after doing gym also and in mrng my stomach is not cleaned up properly sometimes I take trifla tablet why. I m unable to shed down weight I had hectic schedule.

DEAR CONSTIPATION IS ONE OF THE CAUSE OF OBESITY. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily 10. Take 1 tab medohar guggul nd 1 tab triphala guggul twice a day with luke warm water. these herbal medicines will help to reduce weight and relieve constipation as well.

1. Lose weight. 2. Cut the sugar. 3. Stock up on fiber. Instead of consuming sugar and other refined carbohydrates, focus on more fiber-rich foods, such as vegetables, fruits and whole grains. 5. Eat a moderately low-fat diet. 6. Watch the type of fat you eat. Cut back on saturated fats, which are found in red meat, poultry fat, butter, cheese, milk, and coconut and palm oils, and keep trans fats, found in shortening and stick margarine, to a minimum. Replace trans fats with healthier polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. 7. Add omega-3 fatty acids. 8. Exercise. 9. Limit alcohol. 10. Take triglyceride-lowering drugs.

You have to stop duphaston and follow below 1- rajpravartani vati 250 mg one tablet twice in a day with water 2- ashokarishta 15 ml twice with water after food 3- amla powder 6 gm at bedtime with warm water report after one month, may require some change in medicine

Hye. Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Weigh yourself weekly and record your weight. Adjust your diet and physical activity according to the progress you’re making.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. 9. Non vegetarian foods some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red meat 2. Pork, 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories.- 5. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 6. Whole eggs: eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins a, d and e.

I am doing night shift from last 1 year and pretty much I got habituated to it but I am not able to manage my diet chart and daily routine resulting I put on my weight and belly fat is increasing like anything. Please help me.

This is the main problem now seeing in many patients who are working in night shifts. Loss of sleep is one of the reason for many psychosomatic disorders. Sleep is very essential to us with minimum of 5-6 hrs in a sound manner. Sources of iron. Jeggery, rice flax, lotus stem, bajara, red meat. Add these food group in your routine diet. Add lemon in your diet. Lemon juice is rich source of vit c which help you to increase absorption of iron. Methi, milk and milk product are very good source of calcium.

My weight is 65kg and height is 5'2" and age is 26. I want a diet chart to reduce my weight. I want that my weight should be on between 50-55 kg but it looks impossible for me.

Anything is possible. ..all you need is a positive and disciplined approach. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Best thing is medicines of ayurveda prepared with kumar kalyan rasa as one of the major components. However, prawal, mukta, sudhasaptak etc will show you results in eight to twelve weeks and is safe. Some liquids will also have to be given. These medicines are for small children specifically.

I am 30 years old woman & planning for marriage this year, as I heard late marriage will be problematic for child birth.

Statistically, there is no specific age after which child bearing can be problematic. The only criteria used to be over the age of 35, but nowadays all tests are done for pregnancy in all age groups.
