Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Take high fibre low calorie food like greenleafy vegetables, fruits, vegetable salad, whole grain cereals, and pulses can be included in diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Don't take stress about weight, take proper sleep, avoid late night dinner, overeating. Take small and frequent meals.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and milk -- bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note dont eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut butter -- peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If youre trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent.

1. Acne – Make a paste of Lodhra, dry coriander, Mustard and Vacha with neem leaves juice and apply over face in a day time.

2. Itching – Apply Mustard oil on affected part and stop all sour food intake.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Hye. Thankyou for your query. As well as the recognised immediate effects of drinking too much, such as nausea and vomiting, binge drinking and prolonged heavy drinking over longer periods of time can affect you in many different ways. With continued excessive drinking, the liver may become inflamed, causing alcoholic hepatitis, which can result in liver failure and death. Excessive alcohol can permanently scar and damage the liver, resulting in liver cirrhosis and an increased risk of liver cancer. Since there are no health benefits of alcohol there is no actual healthy recommendation. But drinking 4 serves at one go or drinking as much as 3 to 7 times a week could be called as binge drinking.

Certain fruits (including raspberries, pears and apples)
Vegetables (including peas, artichokes and broccoli)
Nuts and legumes (such as beans, almonds and lentils)
Grains (like whole-wheat spaghetti, bran flakes and barley)
4)Take smaller bites. When you're eating, try to avoid putting large bites into your mouth. Instead, divide your meal into more morsels. This forces you to eat more slowly, which in turn can stretch out your meal and make it easier for you to identify when you're full.

Control stress eating. Stress and anxiety can lead cause weight gain because often people will eat their feelings. Eating when you're not actually hungry adds a ton of unnecessary calories to your diet that can easily be cut out by relieving stress
Find another outlet. Instead of eating for comfort, do something like meditating, exercising, playing a musical instrument, or reading.
Get enough sleep. Sleep deprivation can lead to feeling more stressed and, accordingly, hungrier during the day. Aim for at least seven hours a night.[4]
Clear your mind before you eat. Take a few deep breaths and slow your heart rate before you eat. Chew slowly, and and take a few breaths between bites.

Avoid eating late at night.

Because your body doesn't burn a lot of calories while you're asleep, you're more likely to hang onto whatever you eat before bed. Try these tips for fighting off the nighttime munchies:
Set a deadline. It should be at least two hours before you go to bed, if not three. Once you've settled on it, consider it the point of no return — if you want a snack, it has to be before 8:00.
Drink herbal tea instead. If you can't get by without doing something, brew a cup of herbal tea and sip it slowly before you go to bed. It should have very few calories (if any), and it will help your stomach feel full.

Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Your lungs have thousands of branching bronchi and small grape shaped alveoli for the efficient oxygenation of blood. Each of these are further full of microscopic capillaries which contain carbon dioxide and oxygen.

The reason why your lungs are so large is because it allows for the easy exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide, ensuring you stay properly oxygenated at all times

Sorrow management 

In life one side is soorow and the other side is joy that is the very nature of life - dukha sukha. Touch your heart can you feel your heart beat, check it out and hear it. Hear a child's heart - dukha sukha, dukha sukha. Unfortunately for most adults it is dukha - dukha dukha - dukha. Try to see the humour if we have a sense of humour, we can lighten up the atmosphere of sorrow. So even in difficulties try to find joy and happiness.

Everything in the world is happening according to laws. We may call it the law of action by which we receive the results of our actions. Or we may have to resist that the lord gives everything. God gives the wisdom to bear it. The intelligent solution for a man of action is to accept it with equanimity.

Do your actions do your best learn to accept whatever result comes. The moment you accept the result it stops affecting. Agitation and grief no longer overwhelm you and you are able to plan out the future. Learn to deal with your sorrows, don't cover them or don't run away from them. Take them as a test and challenge, and you will discover a thrill and a sense of pride when you come out successful. Always remember whatever happens in life happens for the best. If you can keep this attitude with you sorrow cannot really touch you.
