Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

1. Toothache:

Cloves provide relief from toothache and this is one of the main reasons why you will see them listed as an Ingredient in 99% of toothpastes.

2. Nausea and vomiting:

Cloves and clove oil, when taken together, can provide relief from Nausea.

3. Cough and breath:

Cough and bad breath can be cured by consuming cloves. These are very common problems that we all face and can be very well treated by the consumption of cloves on a daily basis. You can do this by including them in your dishes and also as refreshments at any time of the day.

4.Morning sickness:

It is a good remedy for treating morning sickness. Take around ten grains of cloves, mix them with tamarind and palm sugar and make it into a nice mixture using water. Drink this solution twice a day as an effective treatment.

5.Cold:

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. If you want ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, then consult me privately. There is a very good ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, that increases 3 to 8 kg weight in the 1st month itself, without any side effects. The main part is weight does not come down after stopping, as it is completely ayurvedic.

Hi lybrate-userto gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Eat a full, balanced breakfast. Limit sugar consumption. Rotate your carbs. Drink coffee (black) before working out. Avoid drastic calorie reductions. Eat 5-6 meals a day. Take cla. Increase vegetable consumption. Don't over-rely on fat burners. Consume 25-35 grams of fiber a day.

I am 46 old Male guy working as Engineer. Recently I did blood test due to the numbness in foot bottom. With fasting my sugar was 130 and after fast break it was 180. I am a pure vegetarian, no hobbits like Cigarette, alcohol etc. Even my hereditary no body was diabetic. I know to improve my diet and lifestyle. Mr. Lybrate-user, fasting above 126 mg is diagnostic of diabetes. Similarly after food >200 mg. Your pp level is less than 200 mg. So better get hba1c% checked, if that is above 6.5%, then diabetes confirmed. If diabetes is confirmed, then there is no other option than taking appropriate anti diabetes medicine, to control blood sugar level. Unfortunately there are no home remedies or other treatments available to treat diabetes. Lifestyle changes will also be needed. You will have to stop taking sweets, avoid deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and other bakery items like white bread, no sweetened aerated drinks, avoid fructose corn syrup containing products, highly processed food products. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits. Avoid alcohol and smoking totally. T2 diabetes does have familial spread, but can come without that too. Over weight and inactivity and junk food are main contributors. Thanks.

Dear person, technology is advanced. There is no need to do daily dressings. Good water proof dressing is used in ot which is changed on 3rd post op day in the hospital. Woman is given sponge and advice is given to avoid sweat. She is called for check up on day 7 dressing is removed. Invariably the outer stich is healthy and healed because she was given antibiotics after surgery. Day 8 onwards she can have a bath and wound is wiped off, no dressing up but some antiseptic powders are sprinkled liberally on stitch line.

1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Avoid drinking water with/just before a meal 3. Avoid junk foods/ heavy snacks 4. Exercise daily for 30 mins & have an active lifestyle 5. Have dinner by 6 pm & fruits later when hungry.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. You should do abdominal exercise. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Take small and frequent meals.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

Tips for regular weight lose: increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter etc. And non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat. Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. Are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.
