• Women must keep their abdominal circumference lower than 80 cm and men 90 cm
• Keep your fasting sugar lower than 80 mg %.
• Keep your blood pressure lower than 80 mm Hg.
• Keep your heart rate lower than 80 per minute.
• Keep your bad LDL cholesterol lower than 80 mg %.
• Do not consume more than 80 grams of caloric solid or liquid food at once.
• Observe a carbohydrate fast 80 days a year.
• Do not consume alcohol and if you do, restrict it to not more than 80 ml in a day or 80 grams in a week.
• Consume at least 80 fruits and vegetables servings in a week.
• Do not consume more than 80 ml/gram of ghee, oil and butter in a week.
• Ensure to sit out in the sun for at least 80 days in a year to fulfill the body’s requirement of vitamin D
• Walk for 80 minutes in a day.
• Brisk walk for 80 minutes in a week.
• Keep noise pollution less than 80 dB.
• Avoid areas where the Particulate Matter 2.5 and PM 10 levels are higher than 80

Stretch mark can be removed by laser therapy. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. •Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values, and that can offer additional support when you need it.

Hi, as per the need of an adult male, daily intake of 11 milligrams zinc necessary. Instead of going for zinc supplements in medication, you can go ahead with adding zinc rich food in your diet. Like,spinach, mushroom,garlic, beef,crabs, peanuts, cashews, dark chocolate etc. Revert back if still interested to have medication homoeopathically. God bless.

I am having hunger too often and want to eat too much since last 3-4 days. Even if I eat with full stomach, after an hour I feel hungry. This is quite irritating as I am trying to loose weight and this problem will never allow me to do the same. Pls suggest what can be done.

Hi I would suggest you to just have your blood sugar test done to rule out the doubt of hunger due to hypoglycemia. Meanwhile opt for inbteween healthy options like salads and fruits which will give fibre and keep you full for a longer duration and will also help in avoiding to pile up kilos. Hello, A combination of 2-3 high protein sources gives a lot of hindrance in each others absorption, resulting most of the protein content goes unabsorbed in the body. If any animal form of protein is taken (eg fish, chicken,eggs etc) it is best if taken alone (since it anyways contains a very good quality protein).

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. Mr. Lybrate-user, in my opinion honey is not recommended in a diabetes patient, as it is another form of sucrose. It contains 50% fructose + 50% glucose. Plus some vitamins and antioxidants. Suppose if some one still wants to use it, then there has to be a very strict blood sugar control with fasting around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg, hba1c% <6.8. Thanks for the question.

Yes definitely you have a more weight according to your height also. It should be reduced upto 78 kg. By conscious eating you can lose it. Eat less chapati 1 per meal. Never eat upto satisfaction. Drink plenty of water.

Hi lybrate-userfirstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

To lose weight, you need to reduce your total daily calorie intake from the level you consume now. If your weight is stable at the moment, meaning it stays the same week after week, then to lose 0.5–1kg a week you would need to reduce your calories by 500 to 1000 a day. That is 3500 to 7000 calories over a week.

Regesterone is a synthetic progesterone and it is given as oral pills, harm is that it is masquiline hormone - leads to water retention, weight gain and low cycle, even after stopping this, it remains in the system for few months for normal unaffected cycle to start. Not given during pregnancy.
