Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items.

Hello Doctor I got medical abortion 1.5 months ago at 9 weeks. Due to they were unable to find heart beat of the baby. I had scan they told all was fine. My husband were using condoms but in middle we dint for 2 or 3 times. I dint get my periods after abortion. Wen I went with doc she conformed me wit new pregnancy by blood test. I Don want to loose my baby because it's our first one I am afraid of past situation would occur please guide us. How can I prevent the miscarriage. What food should I eat. Etc please help me out wit good suggestions. Thank you.

First confirm the pregnancy, then guidance about diet will be suggested plus medicines and rest. It is not a rule that 1st miscarriage and 2nd will also be same, yes if more than 2, it needs to be investigated and treated for uterine infections, medicines which cannot be given to you now, in case you are early pregnant.

Dear Doctors, I am 26 year old. My concern s my body weight, its not gaining at all. My height is 5.5 but weight is just 50kg. I also eat normal meal like others but its not improving my body weight. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, in the diet you can take low calorie, low fat, high fibre & low carbohydrates. *exercise regularly. Daily morning and evening walk for 3-4 km. *engage yourself in pleasurable exercise like fast walking cycling swimming aerobic exercise dancing any outdoor games. * or do yoga (suryanamashkar). * gradually start any new exercise. Don't exert yourself while exercise.

Dear lybrate user, - It is better to avoid supplements unless you have deficiency symptoms - have a well balanced nutritious diet containing fibrous foods like fruits & vegetables, whole grains, beans, sprouts, protein foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, healthy fats as in olive oil, groundnut oil, sunflower oil, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews,peanuts - have proper meals including foods from all major food groups as not including foods from it will cause deficiency symptoms .
