Go for an 45 min to one hour walk every day and stop all cereal, sugar, potatoes and go on a fruits and vegge diet, you must take white of two boiled eggs and can take fish / chicken which is steamed / grilled on small amounts of olive oil. If this does not work you soon get diabetes and high BP and require Bariatric surgery.

Use your time at home to graze regularly. Several small meals and snacks may seem more manageable than three large meals. Dried fruits, seeds, cheese and nut butter are nutritionally rich and calorie dense. Snack on a 1/4 cup of raisins for about 110 calories; spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on a medium banana and consume almost 300 calories; and have an ounce of cheddar cheese with just seven woven wheat crackers for 233 extra calories. Add one or all of these snacks daily to pile on a pound in a week.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Uterine muscles are having good elasticity and tone to carry a baby + placenta + amniotic fluid, membranes=7-8 kgs appx. For 9 months but revert back to size of a fist after 40 days of delivery. Proplapse of uterus occurs if head of baby comes out suddenly and enough pressure is not applied to muscles to support them, or a woman starts heavy household work like lifting heavy buckets or other weights within 40 days of delivery, or she joins a gymn to get back in shape rather too soon or she bears 1 child per year as happens in rural areas. But there is no medicine to restore uterus from going back, once proplapse has occured, as uterus is sort of hung with the help of strings on both sides offering support to uterus and preventing proplapse. Surgery is the only answer-vaginal hysterectomy. With rings fitted or with exercise to uplift the uterus, we can prevent prolapse from stage 2 to getting to stage 4 with uterus out of body, vulnerable to cuts & infections due to urine & fecal waste. Surgery can be corrective also if you want to save the uterus.

Hello the reason for the above issue most of the time is either diet is not up to the mark or exercise you do is not enough. And most of the times diet and exercise are on and off. You have to be dedicated towards losing weight, give some time for yourself start eating at home never skip meals drink enough water exercise with floor exercise. Don't get rut in a particular exercise avoid excess sugars and fizzy drinks for a detail diet plan and guidelines Consult through private text.

Dear lybrate user, for weight gain. Avoid fast food, junk food, heavy food, oily, spicy etc food which are heavy in digest. Take good nutrition base diet which contains vitamins, minerals, protein etc like green leafy vegetables. Take milk two times in a day. Avoid stress and anger. It is most important. Take enough sleep. Take one hour sleep at noon time also. Enjoy light music if you like. Develop your hobby one hour per day. Think positive. Take enough rest. Avoid too much physical and mental work. Take fermented diet once in a week. Take dry fruits. Take grapes, watermelon, banana etc fruit which is heavy in calory.

C-slim is also beautiful do not go for any supplements they are normally harmful and contain some steroid parts just do moderate exercise and have a good diet I will advise you no medicines.

Get an ultrasound of breast to look for some swelling within tissue of breast, armpit is tail end of breast tissue, mammography detects tumors in breast but it has radiation risks, fibrofatty fragmants can be ignored but make sure that they do not collect together to cause lumps.

You must be already taking medicine for Thyroid. In that case your Thyroid problem is solved. Problem of weight is due to excess food and not due to thyroid. Aim for a 1500 calories diet. Walk for an hour daily. Consult a dietician in your town to help you to lose weight.

Hi deep to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
