hello sir . take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products. take shakes, milk with jaggery,milk with dates,juice with glucose,sprouts,paneer, tofu, hole pulses, egg, lean meat, . do stretching exercise and cardio exercise alternate days. don't skip your meals. take high protein diet in breakfast time.have small and frequrnt meals.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The operation is called circumcision where the fore skin is removed. It is a very simple surgery. Chances of post surgery infection are minimal. But strict blood glucose control is very much essential. Any good surgeon can do it as it is a very simple one. Thanks.

Hello lybrate-user, I understand your anger and frustration. It feels like whatever you do is not enough. At times it feels like inspite of repeated resolution, you fall back to old pattern. I understand your concern because, this kind of excess weight (100 kg) is breeding ground for many diseases (blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, certain kind of cancers, arthritis etc), which can affect the quality of your life ahead. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works (moves your weight in right direction) then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of individualized nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

Use haldi, besan, suji, milk and lemon juice paste and apply it on your face, keep it for 1/2 hour and then wash it away! drink 2 tsf of any raktashodhak twice daily! do it every alternate day! use aloe vera gel twice a day! do stretching and pulling exercises and have a high protein and carbohydrate diet! do swimming!

To some extent these machines keep us away from water borne diseases but some of the viruses still remain active. Most efficent way to ensure pure water is only through boiling.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hi, don't worry. Toe walking is simply a habit that develops when a child learns to walk. A consistent heel-toe walking usually develops by approximately age 22 months. Persistent toe walking beyond age 2 years merits further evaluation. Various causes of toe walking exist and include both central (brain) and peripheral neurologic disorders (eg, tethered spinal cord, diastematomyelia, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, muscular disorders (eg, congenital muscular dystrophy), and anatomic disorders such as limb length discrepancy. Sometime it can be idiopathic called as habitual toe walking or can be due to contraction of achillis tendon. But suggest you to get it check with pediatric physiotherapist or pediatrician as only one foot is involved or to rule out if any underlying cause is not there. Thanks and take care.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

No time for gym? try these 6 amazing tricks to stay in shape

Who says you need to go to the gym to be in shape? people were much fitter when gyms did not exist at all. The key here is being active or moving your body, which given our modern lifestyle seems hard to achieve. Going to the gym at a regular time each day is a focused way of getting your daily exercise. But it’s not the only way. You can have a fit and toned body by making certain changes in your daily lifestyle which will be a more fun and holistic way of embracing exercise. It also saves your gym expenses!

Here are some simple and fun ways to stay in shape without joining a gym:

1. Start simple home exercises

  • Skipping, jumps, squats, burpees and lunges are few simple exercises that will give you a great cardio workout.
  • If you want to tone your muscles, do bench presses, stomach crunches, squats and burpees.
  • Yoga is also a great way to tone up muscles and build strength.

2. Walk more

  • Walk to work if possible. If you need to use transport, park your car 1 km ahead of your workplace or get down two stops ahead if you use public transport.
  • Walk briskly to feel your heart pumping. Walk while speaking on your mobile phone.
  • Buy a pedometer or download a smartphone app to count your daily steps for motivation.
  • Doctors recommend a minimum of 10000 steps a day.

3. Stay active at your workplace

  • Instead of sitting and staring at your computer screen all day at work, find innovative ways to exercise.
  • While you are waiting for that printout, kick up each leg by turn behind you. Use your water bottle to do arm raises and arm twists.

  • You can even play an active video game that requires you to get out of your seat and move.

5. Do household chores

  • Daily household chores like sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing and gardening are also ways of staying fit. Do them as fast as you can for maximum impact.
  • Also, avoid sitting for too long. Simply standing can stretch your back muscles and help you lose 33% more calories.

6. Start running

  • Running or jogging daily is a great way to exercise your whole body and build stamina.
  • Make it a social activity by pairing up with your friends and colleagues. All you need is a good pair of shoes.
  • You can start building these habits only if you are convinced about the need for daily exercise. Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 4 drops of chicory + 4 drops of mimulus + 4 drops of clematis. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every night once before sleeping.

Hye. You need to eat smaller more frequent meals. Let eating be a pure activity. Avoid late nights and very late dinners. Avoid strong flavours and odours in food. Avoid excessive tea and coffee. Have a teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds powder before meals. Exercise daily to improve appetite.

high cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
