Protein 2 scoop+daily and exercise for an hour hour and drinks lots of water. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To gain weight start eating right and exercising right. This means eating lots of calories, protein and nutrients and weight-training at least four times a week.Every few weeks, try your exercises with a different grip or slightly modulated position. This will engage different muscle groups you may have neglected. Eat 5-6 small meals a day and Eat protein-filled snacks before or after a work out, such as Milkshakes, yogurts, or fish. A good diet is essential to healthy weight gain

I would suggest to go for following remedy 1. Crush a handful of basil leaves and a 1 inch piece of ginger 2. Place this paste on a sieve 3. Press the paste to extract juice 4. Take 1 tsp of this juice 5. Add 1 tsp of honey 6. Mix well 7. Drink this 4-5 times everyday

I have so much fat in belly area. Some doctors ask me to do walking every day. Some gave me a food chart. But I can't see any effect since 2 month. On internet I saw many reviews about fat burning capsule. I just want to know if I can take those capsule. What are the side effects also. Hello, Any capsule or far burner will just make you dehydrated, leading to a temporary weight loss. And not to mention some potential side effects. You need to be determined and follow a disciplinary eating habits and exercise. There is no short cut to weight loss.

Hello , start drinking water in a empty stomach. Also add fiber supplement which will keep your stomach very clean. Apart from this you can use regular diet. My best suggestion is add omega-3 fatty acid to your diet.

Fallow this diets for one months properly morning take lemon juice in warm water, morning breakfast take milk cornflakes n apple in midmorning take fruits papaya full plate in lunch take vegetables roti and curds n salad in evening take green tea with roasted channa in dinner 8pm only soup and brown bread sandwich with 150gm paneer fallow this diets for one months properly.

The traditional oils which have been used for cooking in indian families are safe and good in diabetes. Mustard oil is an excellent preparation as it has an optimal ratio of PUFA and MUFA. Other newer oils in the market are backed by strong marketing strategies like CANOLA oil which is very similar to mustard oil but much costlier

It's not about walking slow or brisk. Brisk walking is necessary to reduce weight and also to keep sugar levels under control. But it is also important to walk according to your age and energy. Walking accordingly can serve the purpose and walking more than your strength can result in complications. So decide the pace of your walk according to your age and energy. Meanwhile bring changes in your diet, follow home remedies to maintain your blood sugar level.

Rahil, Earlier Juvenile diabetes term was used for T1 DM, because it was thought that it occurs only in juveniles (children). Now it is called T1DM, where only insulin is needed for treatment and survival. T2DM is invariably in adults and older persons. There is lack of insulin and resistance to insulin plus patient is usually over weight. In case T2DM one can prevent it by adapting modified life style- regular exercise for more than 1 hour, restricted diet giving exact calories based on normal body weight, avoiding sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and aerated sweetened drinks. Consume more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads. Plus refrain from alcohol and smoking.

You need well plan diet suited to your needs. Mean while here are few tips for you- Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of healthy food in difference of 2-3 hours have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Quit smoking or drinking if any Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.
