Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form.

What is the main cause of reduce in vitamin D other than lack of exposure to sunlight? What food and medicine can I take to make d3 normal? My d3 level is 14 and it is too low.

14 levels of vitamin D is not considered to be low and -- milk and its products also have less amount of D vitamin

What food we have to eat during dinner, our dinner timing keep changes, how it will effect for diabetes patient, our dinner timing keep changes from 8 pm to 11 pm depend upon the work load, If we eat late night, when can we go for sleep, some doctor suggest , after late night dinner don't go sleep at least 1 to 2 hours and walk 10 to 15 minutes before sleep, this will control sugar, is it doctor advice is correct.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. For a diabetic it is important to understand that you don't have to just randomly restrict foods. You need to learn how to eat more sensibly. The body needs nutrients as per the activity levels or the work you have indulged in. You cannot just not eat dinner or skip eating a certain food randomly. You must eat as per the body's needs. So if dinner is late have a lighter dinner. Avoid fried foods, heavy non vegetarian foods. Stick to whole grains, vegetables and salads. Try to take a mid meal of salads, dairy two hours or so prior to dinner so you don't overeat dinner. If it's very late try to take a small stroll of 15 minutes after dinner to avoid sluggish digestion. Avoid lying down as soon as you have eaten your meal.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. Hi lybrate-user, glad to hear from you:) please stay away from any pills and powders which promise you weight loss. No pill and powder can lead to sustainable weight loss. For sustainable weight loss you need to follow a balanced diet and add some exercises at the same time. Please consult a trained nutritionist and dietician for the same. Meanwhile eat small and frequent meals. Stay hydrated. Avoid refined, processed and high calorie foods. Eat at least 2 servings of fruits everyday.

You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 4 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. Go for an hour long walk every day. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP. Weakness is a result of lack of physical or muscle strength. If you are feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles, it could also be a result of any disease, illness and too much activity at one time and not taking the food to match the amount of physical effort you are doing. Sometimes low levels of minerals (electrolytes), such as potassium or sodium also result in body weakness. Other important reason could be the problems with your thyroid gland. Because your thyroid gland is responsible for regulating the way the body uses energy. A low thyroid level can cause fatigue, weakness, laziness, weight gain etc. And a high thyroid level can cause fatigue, weight loss, muscle weakness etc. Sometime because of stress you may feel disinterest in your routine works. Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.
