hep.B is chronic disease of liver. and symptoms,signs appear after pretty long time.so it is difficult to say that baby complaint is due to hep.B.other virus also mimic same symptoms.

Hello, I am giving you Idea about Healthy diet 1.Consume a Variety of Foods 2.Keep an Eye on Portions 3.Eat Plenty of Fruits and vegetables Aim for 2½ cups o f vegetables and 2 cups of fruit a day 4.Get More Whole Grains At least half your grains should be whole grains, such as whole wheat, barley and oats 5.Limit Refined Grains, Added Sugar The refined carbohydrates in white bread, regular pasta and most snack foods 6.Cut Down on Animal Fat 7.Shun Trans Fats 8.The best way for most people to lower their blood cholesterol is to reduce their intake of saturated fats (as in meats) and trans fats 10. Keep Sodium Down Excess sodium raises blood pressure in many people and has other enated oils in processed foods 11.Watch Your Calcium and Vitamin D These nutrients are vital for bone health. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. There is no short cut to fat loss. Just by taking fat burners you will not drop body fat. You have to eat clean and exercise well to achieve results. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Empty calories mean food which gives you only calories and no nutrition. Eg- coke, pepsi, beer, alcohol etc. Aerated soft drinks and hard drinks as they have calories and absolutely no nutrition in them. And yes, calories from liquor do add up as much as other sources. Also, the body gets lots of toxins from alcohol, which is again harmful for the body.

4 Easy Tips for Taking Homeopathic Medicines

We all know that the homeopathic system of medicine is side effect free, so apparently there is no harm if these medicines are not consumed in an appropriate manner. But the only issue of concern here is that the medicines would be less effective if you are not consuming them in the right manner. So here are a few tips that you necessarily need to keep in mind while following a homeopathic medicine course.

1. Never touch the medicines
Ideally you should never touch the homeopathic medicines with your bare hands, fingers or palm. This is because touching them reduces their potency, thereby declining their efficiency. Additionally, never use printed papers which contain ink like pages torn from a book, newspapers, etc. For handling homeopathic medicine. This is because the ink may react with the medicines, thereby hampering its efficiency. Always use bottle caps or plain papers provided along with the medicines.

2. Follow the thirty minute rule
This particular rule states that you should not ideally consume any food half an hour before and half an hour after consuming the homeopathic medicine dosage. This is done so that any other elements present inside the food do not react with the medicines, hence making them less effective.

3. Stay away from addictive substances
Addictive behaviors such as smoking or chewing tobacco, drinking alcohol and doing drugs are considered to have a nullifying effect on the homeopathic medications that you are exposed to. Thus it is desirable not to engage in such acts, till the time your homeopathic medications continues.

4. Strong smelling edibles 
You can have garlic and onion with homeopathic medicine, but make sure there is a gap of one hour before you consume them, either before or after. The strong smelling edibles will not hamper the medicinal effect, if taken 1 hour before or after the medicine.
