Life is an Eternal Quest about knowing your body and the food that keeps it healthy. This is exactly what I, Hetal Chheda believe in - educating people about it in order to stay fit throughout life. I am a Nutrition Expert and Lifestyle Coach based in Mumbai; post graduate in Foods and Nutrition with over 10 years of experience in the Nutrition industry. I am passionate to help you achieve your health goals. It is my dream to create and promote good health and fitness through good food. I specialize in weight loss, post pregnancy weight loss, child Nutrition, PCOS, 50+ men and women fitness. I help people implement habits, knowledge, and skills required for healthy body composition. I was on board nutritionist with the leading group of oncologists for 5 years and was a clinical nutritionist in one of the leading hospitals in Gujarat. you are 10 kgs over your ideal body weight... Generally weight gain can be due to a lot of reasons. -unhealthy lifestyle -excessive intake of sugars and extra calories. -alcohol consumption -stress correction of lifestyle is the solution. -sleep for at least 7-8 hrs -exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday -drink at least 2.5-3 liters of water -eat mindfully -stay away from stress. Indulge in meditation.

Hi, glad you asked this question. Exercise and nutrition work hand in hand for weight loss. One doesn't work without the other. Just eat mindfully, control portion size, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go. This will ensure permanant fat loss over a period of 6 months.

Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout. You are still 15 years, in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. All the best.
