carry on with your day to day work, weight gain is due to wrong eating (may be) try giving up oil, sugar, sweets, erratic eating for few days. Take lots of fruits (never mind the sugar), salads minus sauces, vegetables which are just sauted with little oil and steamed and made yummy with help of tomato puree, chaat masala. Reduce salt intake also. You are 26, do write back about cycle pattern change if any, get thyroid and hb tested along with blood sugar. Gym people will teach you for sure but I would suggest a physio to help you & to teach you to exercise more.

Please keep thyroid under control as you are over weight by 10-12 kg please consult your physician and do regular exercises All weight reducing drugs are not good as none has stayed in market for few years due to severe side effects and do not take.

Hello, ulcerative colitis (uc) is a disease in which the lining of the large intestine (colon) becomes inflamed. This inflammation leads to the formation of raw sores, or ulcers, causing pain and bloody diarrhea. Uc usually begins gradually with bloody diarrhea, rectal bleeding, cramps or pain in the belly, and growing urgency to move the bowels. Depending on which area of the colon is affected, the stool may be normal or hard and dry. Homeopathic medicines merc sol, merc cor, sulphur and phosphorus are a few of the important ones used in treating ulcerative colitis. Selection of homoeopathic remedy is based on totality of symptoms of individual patient. So please send your symptom details for the right prescription. Thanks.

Weight loss has two components: 1. Healthy balanced diet 2. Exercise Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry. Exercise: Combination of cardio-vascular exercises and weight training can bring effective weight loss along with the diet. Running, jogging, cycling, swimming and dancing are some best forms of cardio-vascular exercises which burn fat instantly. Working out with dumbbells, push-ups, pull-ups, weight lifting are the exercises which help to tighten the loose muscles and shape your body.

Reasons Why Masturbation Leads to Good Health

Reasons Why Masturbation Leads to Good Health

People are beginning to understand that masturbation is not simply a superficial form of pleasuring the self, but an activity that can provide some benefits in terms of health and fitness as well. Not only that, masturbation also helps men and especially women, learn more about their own sexual behavior, preferences, and desires.

Here are the reasons why masturbation can lead to good health:

  1. Masturbation to strengthen the body: In case of women, masturbation makes the muscles of the pelvic floor stronger. Along with this, it decreases the likelihood of developing yeast infections in the vagina or surrounding areas. This improves bladder control and also improves sexual experiences. For men, masturbation helps to develop better resistance to prostate gland infections. It also helps to improve the health of the prostate. It also gives a boost to the immune system.
  2. Masturbation demystifies the concepts of sex and sexuality: In Indian society, discussing sex and sexuality is seen as taboo. Discussing these issues openly is regarded as immoral. This causes many people, especially young people, to have unclear ideas about their own bodies and bodily desires. This causes a lot of stress and anxiety in their minds. Masturbation helps them to come to terms with these issues by exploring their own bodies in a new way. This helps to promote well being by dismantling primitive ideas about sex and sexuality.
  3. Masturbation as a process of stress relief: Pleasing oneself after a hectic and taxing day at work can reduce a lot of stress. The activity releases endorphins into the blood which helps to improve one's overall mood and helps the individual to relax. In the 21st century, this is indeed a great advantage where people are constantly under pressure from various areas of life.
  4. Masturbation also helps with Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS): Most women go through a wide variety of PMS symptoms such as intense stomach cramping, mood fluctuation, anxiety, tension, and pain in the legs and the back. Masturbation has been found to ease these problems to a great extent.

I have been constantly worrying about my external looks and appearances. It is putting me into high stress and I am not able to concentrate in work. When I get to meet any people, their first question is a) Why do I look slim and why Am I not eating well.I get pissed off when anyone ask this question. My weight is 64 kg and for 28 years of age , I guess its a pretty good weight. Why people always give importance to external beauty and it is making me too stressed. Someone please help to get rid out of those jerks who ask me this kind of question.

Just say : You think so? I feel great, actually"because my body mass index falls in the normal range and am a crazy health nut Smile warmly, with kindness in your eyes. Change the subject. There's really no need for a snarky comeback here. People who are slim and fit and happy with their own bodies generally do not criticize other people's health efforts. Seriously. It's people who have a conflicted relationship with their own bodies who say things like this. So the appropriate response is to be kind.

I am 33 yrs old guy. My height is 5 feet 7 in and weigh around 55 kg. I always was underweight. From past few years I suffer from bowel problems such as loose semi stools, feel tired and mentally also I feel tired, lack of concentration, poor memory, low grasping power, anxiety. I feel I am not able to absorb nutrients properly. I did consult a gastroenterologist but problem persisted. Later did preventive health test. The report shows low vit b12 and vit d levels. I want to know is these low vitamin levels causing problems because I am not able to think clearly also. Hope my documents are available. Please help me out.

MD - Pathology
General Physician, Amritsar
Low vitamin d and b12 levels are because of poor absorption take supplements- calcirol sachet once a week dissolved in milk or curd capsule nervigen d once daily for bowel symptoms take tablet normaxin three times daily and sporlacds twice daily visit a psychiatrist because underlying problem seems to be your anxiety with depression, he will help you overcome that and rest all things will improve.
