Hello Mr. Lybrate-user you can have diet rich in protein that is pulses like rajma, mong, soyabean, chana in your diet. To increase height you can do skipping, cycling, playing outdoor games.

Dear Ankur, you should not quit. You should try and try. More and more workouts improves your stamina over a period time. At the same time you should eat good nutritious diet also. Two glasses of milk, three or four eggs, fruits, vegetables should be included in your daily diet. Talk to your trainer. Take care.

Ayurveda never believed to supply nutritions to body. Ayurveda only think about digestion. If your digestion power (not only of stomach, but also all metabolism) is good, high nutritional valued foods will help. If your digestion power is week, dryfruit will also harm. Chyvanprash is the best choice, it will help all season. Other is rasayana churna. Focus on healthy life style. Avoid day sleep. Take hot boiled water whenever you get chance. Eat only 75% of hunger. With blood sugar levels of 200 to 300 mg, she has a uncontrolled diabetes. This needs to be rapidly controlled with appropriate treatment with anti diabetic drugs either oral or with insulin injections. Uncontrolled diabetes affectsall vital organs like eyes (retina), kidneys, small and large blood vessels, heart and nervous system. So please initiate correct treatment immediately and bring sugar levels down to _ fasting closer to 100 mg and pp around 150 to 160mg and hba1c%<7. This is a must. Plus she should take a restricted diet and exercise daily. Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads. Use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. No maida. If you want specific suggestions please come in a private conversation where I can be specific.

It is an eye examination done with dilatation of pupil so go to a good eye hospital in your town and get the eye tested. Another important thing is that see that blood sugar levels are maintained near normal to avoid complications of diabetes. Fasting should be 1round 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7.
