Daibities control medicine.
There are many medicines that can control diabetes. For t1 dm only insulin injections are given as in those patients there is no insulin at all. In t2 dm oral anti diabetic drugs are given like glimepiride, metformin, voglibose, nataglinide, pioglitazone etc. Plus insulin in those where the control is difficult with oral drugs.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Chan Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. .walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg.. drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... sleep for atleast 7 hours...

You do not need raw eggs to build body. Raw eggs have avidin and anti nutrient which binds to biotin (vitamin) and doesn't let the body absorb biotin. Eat cooked eggs like boiled, scrambled, omelette, bhurji etc. This will help you to build muscles.

Hello, Losing 15 kgs in 10 days is very unhealthy and also humanly not possible. Please do not even try following a trend, specially with a small infant with you. Crash dieting will also deteroiate milk production. You will have to provide nourishment to your body to lose weight. Refrain excess of junk, fried and oily stuff. Eliminate excess of tea and coffeee consumption from the diet. Walk for atleast 40 mins everyday. Drink lots of fluids and take rest. Sleep for atleast 7 hours in the diet.

Check your bmi. If its more than 24.99 then you should worry and adopt negative calory balance in your food and live active life and do walks, exercise, have fu n frolic and fill up your stomach with salads and leafy veg instead of'garishtha bhojan'

Hi, you need to put on your weight at least 14 kg, for this eat food except too much oily, refined, junk food and avoid smoking and alcohol. Eat healthy foods like cereals, pulses, fish, egg, chicken, dairy products, nuts, tubers, roots, fruits and vegetables and eat till feel full. And you can consult a dietitian, will make a diet plan. You need bariatric surgery to help you loose weight. In the meantime please persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (specially refined sugars) and fats, increase intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving ones self does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multi grain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. The protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, cooking should be in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double tone milk. The best exercise is jogging or brisk walking for at least 45 minutes, five days a week.

1. Have frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals instead of 3-4 meals comprising of foods rich in nutrient & calorie but low in volume. Ex: malt, premix, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, soyabean cutlets, paneer paratha, cheese omlette, fatty fish fingers, chicken roll, almond milkshake, mango juice, sugarcane juice, bread with potato & peanut butter, jam/jelly, til ladoo, atta halwa, banana pudding, dates, jackfruit, atta-maida roti with ghee, rice with ghee. Incorporate vegetables within dishes or as chutney/puree. 2. Drink 3 litres water daily but not with or just before a meal as it curbs appetite 3. Take 15 mins light walk before meals to enhance appetite

Hi lybrate-user There could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately .we should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. 1. Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it’s advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight. 2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat. Especially cardio exercises can help in reducing weight but you have to be regular in that. 3. Manage Your Diet Well: Diet management is the first and foremost thing that can help you deal with the problem of obesity. Hye, Thanks for your query. First of all no food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like honey lime water don't help weight loss. They help flush out your system and act as a detox which definitely will help better digestion and metabolism. This will aid in your" efforts" to lose weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called singular remedies will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, have your honey lime water but accompany it with good diet, exercise and sleep to see result.

Vitamin D is essential for Calcium absorption. In deficiency, dietary calcium is not absorbed, So blood calcium level decreases which may cause tetany. Tetany or tetany seizure is the involuntary contraction of muscles, which may be caused by low calcium that increase the action potential frequency of muscle cells or the nerves that innervate them. Involuntary contraction of muscles causes pain in muscles of leg. Further, in response to low serum calcium, higher amounts of parathyroid hormone is release that moves calcium out of bone with resultant resorption of bone tissue leading to pain in bones of leg. Simplest treatment is Vitamin D-3 sachets marketed as Calcirol, I sachet to be taken once in a month for several years.

Stop Mastubation because it will lead to psychatric disturbance in near future and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible.
