It will always hold true that only when you are healthy inside will your hair be healthy too. Your hair is made up of proteins and is a alive at the roots. And like any other living it also requires nutrients to remain healthy and grow. There are a few things that you can add to your diet to ensure that you intake sufficient quantities of these nutrients. First and foremost will be proteins of course. They are the building the building blocks of the hair shaft after all. The next in the list will be vitamins. The vitamins that are essential for the hair are vitamin a, b complex, c, and e. Each of these perform a significant role.

How to Use Orlistat capsules I have Orlistat capsules but I don't know how to use it.
Take orlistat during or within 1 hour after a meal that contains some fat (no more than 30% of the calories for that meal). Orlistat is usually taken 3 times daily. If you skip a meal or you eat a meal that does not contain any fat, skip your orlistat dose for that meal.

My father is 63 years old. He is a diabetic since last 20 years. Currently he is taking Starvog 0.2 Mg (thrice in a day with meal), Glycomet 500 mg (thrice in a day with meal) and absolute DM capsule at night. But his diabetes is fasting 245 and PP 280. Should we change medicine or should we start insulin. We can not afford more than 1000- 1200 Rs per month medicine. So please help over here.

Dear, if your father is willing to take some ayurvedic herbal medicines, he may start this home remedy, along with your current medicines: gurmar churna 50 gms + jamun guthli churna 50 gms + amla churna 50 gms+ neem leaves churna 25 gms + bel churna 25gms. Mix all thoroughly and ask him to take one teaspoon two times a day before meals. He has to follow strict diet along with relaxed mind. May start doing some meditation. Ask him to take frequent but small meals repeatedly every 2 - 2.5 hrly. This will surely help him. Live healthy think healthy

Some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Very good sources of heme iron, with 3.5 milligrams or more per serving, include: 3 ounces of beef or chicken liver 3 ounces of clams, mollusks, or mussels 3 ounces of oysters. Iron in plant foods such as lentils, beans, and spinach is nonheme iron. Hello..... Eat simple diet... Avoid spices and extra oil.. Include salad in your diet....... Drinks lots of water...... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products...... Take green tea 5 cups daily.. Take green tea after meal...... If you are non veg then avoid yellow part of egg, prefer lean meat, fish twice a week...... Avoid junk food and fried things...... Avoid cold drinks....... Avoid sweets and all bakery products...... Avoid regular tea...... Avoid banana, potato, sweet potato, mango, cheeku etc..... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns more calories.......
