This comes under obsession, try to apply a clear, bitter-tasting nail polish to the nails. Normally denatonium benzoate is used, the most bitter chemical compound known. The bitter flavor discourages the nail-biting habit.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

I am very fatty. After finished my period near about 46/47 years I became very fatty especially my breast is very big that's why I am looking very fat. I am eating very small quantity but became day by day fatty. Now I am still working lady and I am walking day 30 minutes and doing home work also. But suffering arthritis I think.

I want to reduce weight. I'm 20 and over 120 kg. Buh my height is 6.2. I look a little fluffy. I hve been hitting gym periodically. The problem is my stomach region looks bulgy not the front tummy part but the side parts. I hve been practising exercise. And I'm being discriminated by my family for my gigantic figure. Is there any tablet to reduce weight. Till my 16 years I was normal weight for my height. But in a sudden 4 years I gained weight. I tired my level best to reduce it naturally. But it has gone in vain. Is there any tablets to reduce weight. And another thing I took thyroid test too. But it was normal. All was under control. please help me out here. most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. it is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. Try bland diet without much oil/ Spices/ Pickles/ Papad. Avoid Tea /Coffee. Take fresh juice and avoid packed juices which contain Preservatives. Eat Breakfast/Lunch/ Dinner at regular time. Tension produce more acid in stomach. Take cold milk. Make reclining bed (head end of bed raised to 30 degree by placing blanket).Sleep on your left side. Acid will not regurgitate to your food pipe.

1.Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. Your loose an sagging skin after weight loss requires a lot of daily consumption of water so as to maintain skin elasticity----- 2.Do not bathe in hot water since this has a harmful effect on the skin integrity, damaging it and drying it out. 3.Use a good moisturizer! Hi, Thank you for the query. It looks like you may either have acidity or some kind of soreness due to the oesophagial reflux. Lifestyle modifications can relieve your sore throat due to acid reflux. Eat small and frequent meals, and avoid acidic, spicy, or overly fatty foods. These items are more likely to induce heartburn, sore throat, and other symptoms. Experiment with different textures when eating to find items that soothe your throat. People who have trouble swallowing may find that eating sticky foods or drinking liquids is more difficult and painful than soft foods or solids cut into small pieces. You should also avoid drinks that can trigger your heartburn and irritate your esophageal lining. These vary from person to person, but often include: caffeinated drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks, hot chocolate) alcoholic beverages citrus and tomato juices carbonated sodas or water Because everyone’s triggers are different, you can try keeping a journal to record what you eat and drink and when you feel symptoms. This may help you narrow down the causes of your heartburn. Once you know what your triggers are, you can start changing your diet. Try not to lie down within a few hours of eating to prevent reflux symptoms. Talk to your doctor before using herbal supplements or other medications to soothe a sore throat. Although the pain is uncomfortable, it’s important to treat your symptoms safely. Please visit doctor to rule out the problem.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Please Take Sprouted cereal like math moong chana etc daily Have milk twice a day Take ground nuts and jaggery daily Mix Soyabean 100 gms in 1 kg wheat, use this flour to make roti Use Multigrain flour ie mixing chana, Soyabean, to wheat to make chapatis Ok.

Exercise or walk will help only 20-30 % in loosing weight, it has to be combined with a balanced diet to get the maximum benefit. So avoid sweets, all forms of sugar, aerated drinks, fruit juices, refined flour, have more of fibre rich food like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts etc and drink plenty of water to flush out toxins!

A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. If you are fond of eating crunchy snacks like peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins and figs, they will definitely help you gain weight. They are full of fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals, and also contain essential oils which enable a thin person to put on some kilos.  Chomp on a handful of nuts every day to increase your body weight.  Add 3 almonds, 2 dates and 1 dried fig to a glass of milk and boil it. Drink this for a month to witness a significant amount of weight gain.  Alternatively, soak 6 dried figs and about 30 grams of raisins in water overnight. Eat them in two parts.

1. Eat lots of protein in your diet such as dal, soya been, eggs etc
2. Rule out any hormonal reason such as thyroid disorder etc.
3. Drink at least 7 liter water daily
4. Perform cardiovascular exercise such as routine walking, jogging etc.
5. Avoid tension
6. Take at least 7 hrs of sound sleep
