You hav cup have a full balanced diet with carbohydrates proteins fats minerals vitamins etc and yo get all these in your daily intake eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits cereals pulses milk nuts and non veg etc if you eat that.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

A high-protein diet. Beans, cheese, eggs, meat, and nuts can be good sources of protein. Eat these kinds of foods in the morning and for after-school snacks. It may help improve concentration and possibly make ADHD medications work for longer. Fewer simple carbohydrates. Cut down on how many of these you eat: candy, corn syrup, honey, sugar, products made from white flour, white rice, and potatoes without the skins. More complex carbohydrates. These are the good guys. Load up on vegetables and some fruits, including oranges, tangerines, pears, grapefruit, apples, and kiwi. Eat this type of food in the evening and it may help you sleep. More omega-3 fatty acids. You can find these in tuna, salmon, and other cold-water white fish. Walnuts, Brazil nuts, and olive and canola oil are other foods with these in them. You could also take an omega-3 fatty acid supplement.

Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

I am 75 years old, diabetic type ii. I had sleeping disorder because of that I will not get sleep on many occasion our diabetic specialists doctor has prescribed LONAZEP 0.25 for that along with other diabetic and pressure medicines. My question is can I use it frequently? Does it have side effects? Is it advisable to take on regular basis? Shall I use other sleeping aid liquids? When lonazep 0.25 is not available? Kindly advice s.vembu.

Hello, It is always better to have blood glucose under control with fasting closer to 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg, HbA1c%<7. This will help in keeping fit and doing regular exercise will help in getting a good sleep. However, if there is sleep disturbance, some times a sleep inducing drug may be used. But taking clnazepam regularly is definitely bnot advisable. That drug has potential to cause addiction apart from multiple side effects. On kidney specifically there is no serious problem. Thanks.

How to reduce my stomach size. Having full of fat. Please help me to get it reduce.
It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, primarily he should achieve a very strict blood sugar control like fasting around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg, hba1c%<7. Get his feet examined by a competent diabetologist and a podiatrist (diabetic foot specialist). Use soft or specially designed foot wear. Avoid injuris to feet. He should examine his feet every day to see if any additional problems have come up. Secondly if need be get a full assessment for peripheral neuropathy and blood supply to lower limb by a colour doppler test. Neglecting the feet can be very dangerous. Thanks.

She has pco.(cysts) and she's very tensed as to what will happen to her in future. Her doc advised her to loose weight but she's a foods AF. Still she tried her best. Now what's the possible better way to get rid of pco entirely? So that she can conceive later with her finance. She's gonna get married within 3 weeks. Please help.

This is very common problem now a day, s .Do not woory about this but you have to change in your lifestyles. Yes, you have to loose weight, change in your diet pattern and stay away from stress. Stress is also the cause for pco. Ayurvedic medicine is best option for this problem.

Start following the below tips to have an energetic lifestyle: The answer is long but please do read to get maximum benefit: 1.Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping. In this position your body is taking force of attraction. Sleeping in north is very unhealthy and will make you tired and lethargic because your body is taking force of repulsion. Attraction bring elasticity, ease, good blood pressure, sound sleep, relaxation, increase in height while North brings high BP, quick heart beats, muscle and internal body part contraction, your breathing will affect. In Indian culture head of the Dead body during Antim sanskar is kept in North direction. In west direction researches are going on, so don’t sleep till researches come. 2.It is advisable that you consume" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, With the help of a dropper, Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy for any kind of problem related to health. It Makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Cow ghee reaches those areas in your head where allopathic and homeopathic medicines fails to reach. 3.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) (see image) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and gulp it after that. Drink your water sip by sip instead of drinking it in speed, this process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your health issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 condition (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but neutral). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach to make stomach in neutral. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach. In Ayurveda it is said to through this formula you can live for 100 years without disease or stress. You should also eat your all meals sitting in sukhasana (check image) 4.Other advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes of meals. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Scientifically it is proved that food takes at least 90 minutes to digest, drinking water during that 90 minutes will bring almost 68 types of diseases of stomach. 5.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 to 12, 000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime also if possible. I suggest you to buy a Pedometer which will calculate your daily steps, Pedometer will cost you just Rs 300 from market but will help you a lot. 6.Start doing surya namaskar, its more than a weight loss exercise. From improving your posture, strengthening muscles to whittling extra inches around the waist, the benefits of Suryanamaskar are many, provided you adapt it the right way. A set of 12 fixed, cyclic postures define Suryanamaskar which when performed repeatedly at an easy pace can bring a sense of well being, almost immediately. However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 7.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you with a better health. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of bad health. 8.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain and bad health. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS. 9.Listen the music you love when you feel tired, music has a therapeutic energy and reduces stress and makes you energetic. 10.Bhramari pranayama is very effective in instantly calming your mind down. It is one of the best breathing exercises to release the mind of agitation, frustration or anxiety and get rid of anger. A simple-to-do technique, can be practiced anywhere at work or home, and an instant option available to de-stress yourself. 11.This breathing technique derives its name from the black Indian bee called Bhramari. (Bhramari = type of Indian bee; pranayama = breathing technique). The exhalation in this pranayama resembles the typical humming sound of a bee, which explains why it is named so. Benefits Of Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Instant way to relieve tension, anger and anxiety. It is a very effective breathing technique for people suffering from hypertension as it calms down the agitated mind. •Gives relief if you're feeling hot or have a slight headache •Helps mitigate migraines •Improves concentration and memory •Builds confidence •Helps in reducing blood pressure Points To Note While Doing Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Ensure that you are not putting your finger inside the ear but on the cartilage. •Don’t press the cartilage too hard. Gently press and release with the finger. •While making the humming sound, keep your mouth closed. •You can also keep your fingers in Shanmukhi mudra (hand position) while doing this pranayama. To sit in Shanmukhi mudra, gently place your thumbs on the ear cartilage, index fingers on the forehead just above the eyebrows, middle fingers on eyes, ring fingers on nostrils and the little fingers on corners of your lips. Contraindications None. Once this pranayama is learnt correctly from a yoga teacher, anyone from a child to an elderly person can practice this pranayama. Hi, 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. Tip 1: Get more physical activity There are many benefits to regular physical activity. Exercise can help you: •Lose weight •Lower your blood sugar •Boost your sensitivity to insulin — which helps keep your blood sugar within a normal range •Tip 2: Get plenty of fiber Foods high in fiber include fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Tip 3: Go for whole grains Although it's not clear why, whole grains may reduce your risk of diabetes and help maintain blood sugar levels. Try to make at least half your grains whole grains. Tip 4: Lose extra weight If you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. Tip 5: Skip fad diets and just make healthier choices Low-carb diets, the glycemic index diet or other fad diets may help you lose weight at first, but their effectiveness at preventing diabetes isn't known nor are their long-term effects. And by excluding or strictly limiting a particular food group, you may be giving up essential nutrients.
