Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Hye when you exercise your body demands more energy hence you eat more. If you skip exercise then you don't. Try to maintain consistency in exercise and diet to feel better.

u need to take a balanced diet. do exercise its a very important for this. eat more vegetables and fruits. consume less oil. eat good fats. eat complex carbohydrate.

Mr. Lybrate-user your bs is under control what medicines you are taking write what is your hba1c you take low carbohydrate low fat diet calorific diet like dry fruit bread fast food sweet is to be avoided avoid sugar in tea morning walk for 45 minute daily excercise 30inute daily meditation you should take meal. And drugs at regular time send me your report and consult afterword.

Hi, stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet.

1.Go for regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking,jogging,running,cycling etc 2.Take balanced diet with required amount of carbohydrate,protein and fat 3.Avoid excess carbohydrate and cholesterol rich diet,oily,spicy,junk,processed food,bakery items like pizza,burger,soft drink etc 4.Take plenty of green leafy vegetables,fruits, salads 5.Drink plenty of water 6.Monitor your weight and hemoglobin

Hi lybrate-user. Firs thank you for giving us honor. Now about your weight. As you have taken treatment for TB that can be one reason for weight loss. And not able to gain weight. Second there are other test which you should take like Thyroid profile. As far as treatment is concerned I will advise you to consult properly for homoeopathic treatment. Till then you may take Alfalfa Tonic. It will help in weight gain.

If the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

If you want to build muscle you must consume more calories. Increase your food intake. Eat more proteins like egg, lean chicken, fish like tuna and other fishes, cottage cheese, soy products etc. Use whey protein after workout. Take healthy fat like fish oil, olive oil, nuts like peanuts, almond, walnut, flax seed, sun flower seed etc. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat sweet potato with potato, brown rice, brown bread, whole wheat, whole grain, peas, drink plenty of water.

People who spend more time standing up than sitting down can reduce their risk of diabetes and heart disease.

Following are the observations of an Australian study in people who replaced two hours of sitting time per day with standing
1. Reductions in fasting blood sugar levels
2. Reduction in bad cholesterol (ldl)
3. Increase in good cholesterol (hdl)
4.11% reduction in body mass index (bmi) and
5. 7. 5cm average decrease in waist circumference (pant size)

Maintaining a healthy bmi is important as overweight or obesity increases the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease. People who spend long periods of time sitting down have been found to have higher rates of diabetes and heart disease.

To conclude standing should be encouraged in the workplace with methods like sit-stand desks

The findings of this study were published in the european heart journal.
