I am so thin please help. My bones are too small as compared to the boys of my ages and heights and I look thin and dry. People thinks me as I am small boy but I am already 20+. And my digestive system is very poor, I go toilet after 2-3 days and sometimes even after 4-5 days. Dear lybrateuser, -There is not much difference between whisky & vodka as both contain about the same amount of alcohol -once a week is fine if taken in limits, if you have more quantity(binging) then it is harmful for the body, preferably avoid taking it as it usually increases the craving for more over sometime & then the person can't resist taking increased quantity.

Negative side effects of beer are generally due to the amount of alcohol that you consumed. However there are some ingredients that one may find they are intolerant of, such as that in beer. In these cases it is best to completely avoid the identified alcohol. Side Effects of Beer 1. Fill You with Empty Calories One 12-oz can of beer has anywhere from 100 – 200 calories but very little nutrition. This is detrimental to weight loss as your body will use the acetate creating by your liverinstead of burning excess fat for energy. 2. Low Blood Sugar Leads to Weight Gain Consuming beer interferes with your liver's ability to convert glycogen into glucose. When blood sugar drops and your liver doesn’t create glucose, your body thinks it is hungry and you will eat the easily accessible foods. Furthermore, commonly referred to as “beer belly,” drinking beer may lead to abdominal obesity that many men and some women are suffering from. 3. Loss of Fluid Causes Dehydration Beer is a diuretic, which means it increases the amount of fluids your body releases. If you drink beer when it’s hot, you will lose an excess amount of fluid causing you to dehydrate. 4. Affect Those with Celiac Disease Beer is commonly made from barley, which contains gluten. Those who are sensitive to gluten or have celiac disease need to avoid most beers. Now many companies are beginning to make gluten-free beers as well. 5. Lead to Accidents Accidents could be one of the side effects of beer that you need pay attention to. Your motor skills and attention become impaired which can cause minor accidents such as falling out of your chair, or major accidents such as crashing your car. 6. Increase Blood Pressure and Acid Reflux Consuming more than 40g of beer daily can create health problems such as high blood pressure and acid reflux which are definitely not the thing that anyone would want to experience. 7. Create False Strength Drinking large amounts of alcohol can lead a person to believe that they are stronger than they truly are. When they put their muscles to the test, they usually end up injuring themselves, which is surely one of the side effects of beer that you wouldn't want to experience. 8. Lead to Next Day Illness The next day, those who consume large amounts of beer may have a severe headache accompanied by cotton mouth and other symptoms which would surely have some very bad influence over the quality of life. Warnings It is believed that a woman having one drink a day, or a man having two drinks a day can be healthy consumption and may even provide some benefits. Even though, as a man, it is said that you can have two beers or alcoholic beverages a day, make sure that you drink them over a long period of time instead of chugging them one after the other. That being said, if you do not consume alcohol now, there is no reason that you should start it in the first place concerning all the side effects of beer. Drinking more than one alcoholic drink in an hour impedes your judgment and increases the likelihood that you will have a traffic or household accident. Eating a healthy diet and moderately exercising has a lot more benefits for living a healthy life than drinking in moderation.

Hello, Central obesity could be because of lack of exercise and faulty eating habits. You need to eat right and ensure there is more vigorous exercise. Avoid long sitting hours, and keep at least 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep. There is surely a very strong correlation between central fat and heart issues.

Hi Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Tips to stay healthy - take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs and more spicy and junk food. Do meditation for mental strength and physical exercise of half an hour daily. Follow this and give me feedback.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

It is all sigh and symptoms of malnutrition. Your weight is very low compare to your age and height. Your ideal weight should be 75 kg. You need to increase your weight and become healthy. All you need is proper diet and exercise schedule.

You'need fat to increase your body weight, but not all fats are the same. Saturated and trans fats will help you gain weight, but they'll also increase your cholesterol and your risk of heart disease. Unsaturated fats, however, help reduce your risk of heart disease and boost your immune system. Make sure every meal you have includes some fat. When gaining weight, you'll want to focus on these" good fats" to help beef up your body fat while still getting necessary nutrients that your body needs. Nuts, peanut butter, fatty fish like salmon and mackerel, and avocados are all high in unsaturated fats and calories and will still provide you with essential nutrients. Include these in your meals or snack on them throughout the day.
