i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

I had urin infection and when I observed burning sensation during urination and also observed urin colour as red, I rushed to the doctor and I took medicine as prescribed. Dr. suggests for urin test but he said normal, nothing to worry. My urin test result as follows = Dt. 24/2/2016 RBC- nill Pus cell- 8-10hpf Epithical - 3-4hpf Crystal- nill Cast- nill Again I test urin to know my pregnancy. Urin test on 1/4/2016 as follows= Pregnancy-positive RBC- nill Pus cell- 8-10hpf Epithical - ++ Crystal- nill Cast- nill Dr. said me report is normal. please tell me result of these above tests. I am worries about this.

Your urine test report is ok, some pus cells are there, but they could be due to contamination. During pregnancy the uterus gets enlarged and and urinary bladder lies just in front of this pregnancy bearing uterus, due to excess blood flow and pressure of the pregnant uterus, the pregnant woman tends to go for urination more frequently. Also colour of the urine could be influenced by colour of the medicines which are given during pregnancy like folic acid, doxylamine etc. If you were to have infection, then the burning sensation while passing urine would have persisted and you would have got some chills or shivering along with high grade fever. The best way to look for infection is to do culture of the urine and see what organisms grow in it. If that too is negative, just ignore the reports given by you. Drink plenty of water or fluids like coconut water, juices, etc almost upto 2-3 liters per day this will reduce the burning sensation if it is still present.

Mr Rupesh, If your blood sugars are well controlled then there is a possibility of being able to build the muscles. Your diet should include some more proteins along with other things. So llok for some specific protein supplements with less of or nil carbs.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

During your work out take honey water and after take sprouts and or milk with banana for tummy reduction take honey and lemon water early morning and in evening alternate for evening snacks can be dhokla, murmure and chiwda namkeen, idli, sprouts, bhelpuri, salads with different dressings etc.

Eating right is the simple secret to living healthy. Mothers stress on the importance of eating healthy and at home you shirk off their advice. While you may bring changes to your diet in fifteen days’ time, certain things should always be a part of your daily food consumption.

  1. Include nuts in your daily diet- The amazing revelation that having nuts can add a year or two more to your expected life span can actually attract your attention to its other benefits. Nuts are rightly known as storehouses of energy. Having a handful of nuts everyday can help improve your skin and hair health. It also purifies your body. At your age this is no abnormality as per indian frame watch your weight for next six months if it remains stable or decreases then you need to worry.

Hello lybrate-user, don't get disappointed, try to take small & frequent meal. Don't starv whenever you are hungry. Take more & more green leafy vegetables & fruites (4-5 meals of fruites & veg in meal) avoid simple sugar and preserve products from your diet. Avoid processed food. Stock up on healthy food & snacks. Try to take complex carbs in your diet. Add bran in wheat flour/ use multi grain flour. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses/ day). Daily work out approx for 30-40 minutes.

Hello, * go for a walk in d morning/evening for an hr. * take, plenty of water. * go for swimming, gardening, * opt, staircase instead of lift or escalator. * take, salad, sprouts, fruits, in lunch with less no of breads or less qty of rice. * consume fruits, whenever u, feel hungry. * take proteins rich food maintaing 1200-1600-caroreis. **home-care*8 @ fucus vas q 10 drops, thrice with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, before meal. Report, fortnightly along with your wt-chart. All the best.

My diet intake is 1500-1700 cal./day No extra carbs. Chapati, Subji, Fruits, Cow Milk, Green Tea and three cups of Milk tea. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner No Junk Food and outside food. You need to check your vitamin d3 and b12 status. Also check for thyroid. You need to exercise 5 days a week with 2 days of cardio vascular and 3 days of weight training. Eat all fruits and vegetables. You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Your BMI is 39, placing you in the morbidly obese category. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. If you don't loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high BP and need Bariatric surgery. Do health check ups.Do regular exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank etc.Eat small amount of food.Take foods 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.Avoid smoking.Do follow these basic things.But she needs some professional advice.So you can consult me privately on lybrate.

Holistic science is taking centre stage once again, after their decline in the past centuries since the advent of contemporary medicine. Ayurveda is one such area that helps in reaching and curing the root cause of the ailment that a person may be facing. Couples facing problems or relationships problems are one such area that is also a part of this ancient Indian life science. Let us find out more about Ayurvedic Couple Counselling.

Transformation: Ayurveda seeks to reach the root cause of a problem and transform the life of the patient by dealing with the said problem. For couples, one of the most basic problems is that of stagnation. With the help of the transformation function, Ayurveda helps the two partners in finding a basis for dealing with the old by bringing in the new. In this kind of counselling, couples are usually asked to find something new in each other and things that they can do together to break from the same old routine. This creates a sense of excitement and makes for shared experiences.

Meditation: In Ayurveda, the couple undergoing counselling is usually asked to practice meditation together. This helps in grounding the couple as one unit as they breathe in and out together and get initiated through the path of meditation. With this, a union of the mind, the body and spirit can be possible on several levels where the couple can understand, guide and evolve with each other. When meditation is practiced by the couple together, it is a deeply connecting ritual that also builds intimacy on a whole other level of commitment and togetherness.

Intuition: All people go through change. When we marry, we are young and we subsequently grow old and older with each other. The objective is to grow old together rather than changing to a degree where one partner does not understand or relate with the other. So, as per Ayurveda, it is difficult to align with each other using a sense of intuition that will help in nurturing each other through change, rather than growing apart. This sense of intuition will also bring about better adaptability and adjustment.

Flow of Energy: The main energy between couple is emotion, which can be regulated with Chakra Healing. The play of emotions between two people is what binds together. But this where the subtle balance has to come about so that one does not get overwhelmed with the other. With the help of couples counselling in Ayurveda, the couple will be taught to channel the flow of energy in a positive way to manifest in understanding, good sexual relations, and harmony in cohabitation.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them.
