It is great to know that you have lost so much of weight. It is a big achievement. The nutrition program you were in to lose bad fat was a change in your lifestyle. Try to keep the same lifestyle, as the minute you start eating the wrong foods, there are full chances that you might gain all the weight back. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1.Exercise at least 5 times per week 2.Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3.Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4.Don’t engage in extreme diets 5.Stay consistent with your habits 6.Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7.Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Lybrate-user you should focus on what food you are eating, make dietary changes that helsp in weight gain, food like banana, cow ghee, green leafy vegetables, paneer, figs, curd are good source of energy as well as weight increasing nutrients. A small cyst can be a routine finding, it can disappear on its own or with a course of antibiotics. Small cyst does not affect pregnancy and there is no need to take any medicines, do write back about the size of the cyst.

Yes. But you can do pregnancy test by blood also i. E. Beta hcg hormones test. This is also good test for confirm pregnancy.

I feel lazy & tired all day long. Don't want to get up from the bed & feel sleepy all day. Weakness all over the body & don't feel like doing anything. Morning's does not feel fresh at all rather a bit stressed. Advice some changes in my daily routine or any medical supplement I require. Keep yourself busy and spend your time with strict discipline. Each moment is precious. Be a strict vegetarian because you are what you eat. Drink cow's milk in night about three hours after dinner.

Do not neglect your food,Take home made food 2to3hrly,Chew the food properly,donot eat hurriedly & avoid talking While eating,Avoid junk,chinese,spicy,fried food.For fever,weakness need medication & investigation, for proper treatment.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. How Soda Makes You Fat - Process Explained !!
The amount of people drinking soda on a regular basis has increased rapidly. With cola being the most preferred drink. In fact, more and more people are now substitute plain water with soda drinks. Not realising how it is deeply affecting our organs. Soda beverages contain staggering amount of sugar, with high fructose corn syrup, which is one of the biggest causes of obesity in India.

This is what happens when you drink carbonated drinks.

After 20 minutes- the effects that soda has on your body vary over a duration of time as explained here. For instance, within 20 minutes of drinking soda, you will notice a spike in your blood sugar. Then, the liver responds to this insulin burst and converts massive amounts of sugar into fat.

At 40 minutes- the next stage happens by 40 minutes, when the blood pressure rises due to absorption of caffeine. This is the time when liver dumps a lot more sugar in your blood-stream.

An hour- an hour later, the sugar crash is witnessed, which leads to the cycle of consuming more and more sugar.

Overall health- so in effect, having aerated beverages affects your weight, brain, kidneys, digestive system and even your bones, heat, lungs and the teeth!

Keep on moving. Regular exercise can help you reach or maintain a healthy weight. Exercise also cuts stress and helps control blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels. Get at least thirty minutes a day of aerobic exercise five days a week. Try walking, dancing, low-impact aerobics, swimming, tennis, or a stationary bike. Start out more slowly if you aren't active now. You can break up the thirty minutes - say, by taking a ten-minute walk after every meal. Include strength training and stretching on some days, too.
