Do exercise like yoga, skipping, plank, push ups etc. Eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, sugar etc. Use unrefined foods but not much. Use protein foods extra to reduce fat. Add small amount of healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water. Take quality sleep.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hi, lack of energy could be owing to a host of reasons--nutrient deficiencies, sporadic sleep cycles, under-eating and subsequently overeating, dehydration, skipping breakfast to name only a few reasons. To regain energy, ensure you drink ample water through the day and that your meals are wholesome and complete and that your daily diet includes fruits and fresh vegetables. Hope this helps. Mr. Lybrate-user as you know long term sitting can leads to weight gain mostly, bulky abdomen. So you have to do some movement in between work. Avoid instant sitting after taking meal. Do some little walk after every one hr, its not necessary that you have to go outside, it can be done around your working desk. Take luke warm water/green tea twice a day. Avoid habit of munching in between meal. If you are taking sweet every day, take it before meal, it will make you feel satisfied and by that you will consume less food. Do brisk walk and exercise. Avoid junk food, rice, bread, bakery products etc. Take aloe-vera and amla juice daily twice a day. There are number of medicine available in ayurveda which are helpful in weight reduction without any side effects. Consult for proper medication.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

I feel very weak. Can you give me some tablet for good health.

Excess Facial Hair: Blame It on Your Hormones and Other Triggers

In most cases, you can easily blame excess hair on your face on your hormones. Male hormones called androgens are responsible for the development of certain 'manly' features like deepening of voice or production of sperm. And the one hormone behind all this is called testosterone. But women produce testosterone too, albeit in smaller quantities. If, for some reason, this hormone level increases in women, it leads to increased sex drive, irregular menstrual cycle and yes, excessive facial and body hair.

One of the main causes of high levels of male sex hormones in premenopausal women is polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a condition which causes cysts to grow around the edge of the ovaries (the organs which produce eggs and sex hormones). PCOS also results in excessive hair growth, acne and weight gain. Some women are stuck with this condition in the post menopause stage too, when the hormonal imbalance fails to rectify itself after menopause has passed.

Besides blaming it all on the hormones, here are some other causes you should know about:

Blame your genes for cushing's syndrome or acromegaly as they are rare hormonal disorders and ovary tumors and they too can a cause of such a condition. However, cosmetic remedies are enough to get rid of unwanted or excess hair. So you may not have to go out of your way to handle this problem unless you have a special case.
Being obese (weight gain is a side effect of PCOS too, so this is a slightly tricky one)

Most cases can be treated with:

Waxing: This is a pretty much standard procedure
Bleaching: Can work for areas you don't want to shave
Hair removal creams: Try and test out to see which one suits you
Shaving: Not the most womanly thing to do, but it is quick and easy. Mind the stubble between the shaves
Laser treatment: A powerful beam of single color light is used to destroy the hair from its root

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Simple thing. When you cannot walk or exercise you start, first if all, cleanse gut for three days with mild purgative herbal choorna. Then start taking lightest food possible, lot of green leafy vegetables, moong dal etc. Eat 80 - 90% of your desire to eat. If at odd hrs you feel a itch to eat, eat roasted gram seeds only. (bhuna chana). Honey + warm/ hot water daily. Deep breathing esp'kapal bhati' for 5 minutes initially then raise to 15 minutes in a week. Practice it. After you do it for 2 weeks, I will tell you simple and safe herbs for use to reduce weight but continue above instructions for next 8 weeks. Inform every 15 days.

After 50s what should do for continue stamina of health?

Enlarged fatty liver with diabetes and high alcohol consumption will lead to liver failure sooner than you can imagine. So first, get a handle on the situation by cutting your alcohol consumption. Alcohol is going to stress out your liver and its going to become more and more enlarged and then will shrink itself to cirrhosis. You are 36 years- there is still a lot in your hands to change. Sadly, once liver failure will set in- it will be point of no return.

To get relief from sezuires- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. * practice sarwangasan and shirshasan * sit with the gyan mudra in hands. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning.
