Hello lybrate-user, you have to include fruits and vegetable, milk, curd in your diet. Diet should be low in carbs and sugar. Try to do morning and evening walk regularly.

6 Foods You Must Avoid to Stay Healthy!

No matter what your desired weight goal may be, you should never starve yourself to lose weight. This slows down your metabolism and is counterproductive. Eating a balanced meal along with exercise is the best diet plan. However, there are some foods that should be avoided.

  1. Aerated drinks: Aerated drinks like sodas and soft drinks are equivalent to junk food. They do not offer any nutritional value and can lead to weight gain instead. Aerated drinks have a high sugar content that influences the blood sugar levels. Aerated drinks also often leave you feeling thirstier instead of hydrated.
  2. Processed foods: Processed foods should be avoided whether you are on a diet or not. They contain preservative and harmful chemicals that can harm the body. They also have a high sugar content and unhealthy fat content. Processed foods include chips, pasta, pizza, burgers, noodles and cookies that can easily be made at home using fresh, healthier ingredients.
  3. Added sugars: Simply eliminating sugar from your diet in the form of jams, sweets, breads and cakes can have a big impact on your weight. Added sugars do not include food that is rich in natural sugars like fruits. Manmade sugar has no nutrient value and is very high in calories. Brown sugar or honey is a much healthier alternative to processed sugar and can be used to replace it.
  4. Deep fried food: The healthiest of ingredients if cooked in an unhealthy manner can rid it of nutrients and pack on calories instead. Deep frying should be completely avoided if you are trying to lose weight. Deep frying makes food difficult to digest and leads to fat absorption. Instead, try grilling or steaming your food or eat it raw if possible.
  5. White flour: White flour can lead to high blood pressure, cholesterol and weight gain. Instead replace white flour with whole wheat flour or oats to make it healthier without interfering too much with the taste.
  6. Desserts: Most desserts fall into the category of food to be avoided as they are heavy on sugar content and made with white flour. Many desserts also use a lot of creams that can lead to cholesterol problems.

However, not all desserts fall into this category. Ice lollies are a viable alternative to ice creams while muffins and frosting free cupcakes made with whole wheat flour can be used to replace pastries and cakes. Chopped fresh fruits are the healthiest way to end a meal on a sweet note.

In between meals is best. As it has little caffiene it interacts with food if taken along with food. Hope this helps you. stay healthy stay fit☺

A) Take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 20 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach…. B) eat 1 TSF of AJOVA SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals…. C) do regularly VAJRASANA, SINHASAN and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. THANKS.

Now a days pencils don't contain lead. Pencils use a carbon-based substance called graphite. Though graphite has many of the same physical properties as lead, it is not toxic. It's not a heavy metal, so the body can easily break it down and dispose of it. Unless the pencil is coated with a lead-based paint, getting lead poisoning from a pencil is virtually impossible.Chewing pencils remains dangerous without the threat of lead poisoning. Sharp pencils in the mouth can cause cuts in mouth. Sucking on objects could cause dental problems later in life. If swallowed, a pencil can damage the gastrointestinal tract and a surgical abstraction might be necessary. In the classroom, pencils can be covered with germs and if you are chewing on her pencil in class, you are more likely to catch colds or the flu. Additionally, pencils can be coated with harmful substances. So avoid putting pencils or any other nonfood objects in mouth.--------- Just explain your friend the harmful effect off pensils .She will definitely stop this habit.

For gaining weight eat food more frequently with extra amount of food.Use bigger plate.Use jam,jelly,butter,cheese,ghee,cream with your food.Add cream with tea/coffee..Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take more protein foods in diet.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Eat lots of fruits and dense vegetables.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Lead an active life and take proper sleep for 7-8 hours

Dear Lybrate user, This appears to be autonomic dysfunction due to uncontrolled Diabetes. Better control of sugars and better control of BP with vitamins and antioxidants to be given. Adjustment of medicines dosage will also help.
