Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

No. Over eating lunch will not be benefical. Instead of that try to eat juicy fruits. Like watermelon etc. Also fruit juices would beneficial. And plenty of water when needed.

Sir, Due to heavy blood loss before two days I am feeling tired and weak. unable to do any work and also unable to stand. For some time. Not able to eat also when I eat mouth does not get any taste. and stomach always feel to filled. Urine color is also dark yellow.

Immediately take glucose or oral rehydration solution (ors) from a medical shop which will not cost more than 10 rs. Or prepare the drink at home with salt and sugar to energies immediately. If you are living with your parents then ask them to provide coconut water and any fruit juices or sweet milk. Once you feel good ask some one to accompany you and meet the near by doctor.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm.

That gel is usually prescribed for one of the two purposes- either for lubrication to reduce pain or sexual dysfunction. If it's for the reason one, you can use any lubricant. Otherwise use L-arginine containing gel

Your liver not working normally that's why you are not gaining weight. Take liv 52 syrup 1 spoon 30 monuties before lunch end 30 monuties before dinner. Take your protein powder regularly. Do arobic excersices, yoga will help.

Hello lybrate-user. Both things are important for reducing body fat. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises or brisk walking and 2nd its diet control. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Dinner it should be light maximum till 8 pm. Avoid fatty refined processed food. Drink plenty of water and green tea. Well rather than counting calories, eat 6 nutritious meal throughout the day. Have banana shake, dry fruits, nuts, cow ghee, paneer, eggs, chicken everyday.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

It's not mandatory to be so meticulous that you have to measure the calories every time you eat. The thumb rule is to eat all types of fruits and vegetables along with your local staple food. Let your hunger be the guide to help you eat. If you are active and work hard physically (or if involved in sports) then your requirements of calories will increase. For a normal moderately active person 2000 calorie are sufficient.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Start physical activity like walking or yoga for an hour, donot have a sedentary lifestyle when on the phone walk and talk. Park your vehicle 10 min away from the campus and walk. Include more of vegetables and fruits ,drink 3 ltrs of water everyday.Instead of having 3 major meal pattern follow 6 minor meals. In every meal add salads.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Have plenty of milk and diary product which contains lot of calcium and alsonyou should have sandoz calcium tablet onendaily as a suplimentarybdiet lac of calcium causes osteoarthritis osteoporosis of bones. Have balanced diet of fat protein and carbohydrates. Have plenty of water by mouth.

Hi lybrate-user, yes you are underweight according to your height. You should take small & frequent meal to increase your metabolism. Take high protein high carbs in your diet.

a balanced diet is one which contain 6-11 servings of cereals (preferably whole grains)(one serving is equal to one roti or one small bowl of rice(20 gms) or one slice of bread), 6-7 servings of fruits and vegetables(in the form of fruit , cooked vegetables and salads), 2-3 servings of legumes or lean meats,2-3 servings of low fat or skimmed milk or milk products and 1-2 servings of fats like oil (1 serving is equal to 5gms i.e 1tsp)
