The following thing if you adapt it will be helpful 1. Soak 60 g of wheat in water overnight 2. Add 2 tsp coriander powder in the morning 3. Add 2 tsp cuscus powder 4. Blend this into a paste 5. Take 250 ml of milk in bowl 6. Add the mixture to the milk 7. Boil for 20 min 8. Eat this lukewarm Causes: • Old age • Lifting heavy weights • Back injury • Improper sitting posture • Slipped disk This remedy will be helpful.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and milk -- bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note dont eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut butter -- peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you are trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, eggs, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

It may due to an eczema or dermatitis. All our left side organs are smaller than right it is quit normal do not bother about future. Consult a doctor to rule out Leucoderma or vitiligo. It is the condition in which some areas, large or small, lose their pigment (colouring matter) and become milky white. At initial stage, these spots are very small in size or area, go on increasing slowly and spread all over the body. The cause is unknown and there is no satisfactory cure except in homoeopathy.

Take high vitamin c foods as vitamin c protect from cold and cough. Some of them are oranges, papaya, kiwi, strawberries, lemon, pineapple, guavas, apricots, and grapefruit. Veggies high in vitamin c are bell peppers (capsicum of all colors) broccoli, onion, okra, potato, tomatoes, and radishes. Many of these can be used as salads or should be lightly cooked to prevent vitamin c from being destroyed.
