You can go if your lungs and heart are normal. I do not know why vitamin d & b12 have been tested. They are irrelevant to what you are asking.

My weight has gone up from 60 to 77. Want to loose my weight. How will it possible please tell me effective way.
Weight 1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

You need to improve your fiber intake and also drink lots of water. Fiber intake can be increased by eating vegetables like cucumber, watermelon, etc naturally. If you are not very confident of improving through natural diet foods, then you can take organic supplements which are healthy. These are available with me. But an exercise for an hour with floor exercise is a must and should, else your very soon prone to diabetes,BP etc . Start exercise and diet from today. Moreover a lifestyle change is most important. For detail diet plan you can book a appointment with me or for more information you can ping me through private text.

I go to gym everyday at 6.30 AM. I'm feeling weak during workout because of no food. What should be pre-work out diet? Gym trainer told me to eat 2 or 3 egg whites as a pre workout diet. Is it okay to eat egg whites early in the morning?

Good that you are exercising. The pre workout meal should be a combination of some proteins and carbs. You can eat 1 fruit and 1 whole egg or whey protein powder before exercise. Your post workout meal is also very important and so is all the other meals you take throughout the day to keep you fit and strong.

How to Beat Winter Food Cravings

MSc
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Chandigarh
How to Beat Winter Food Cravings

Winters are back…rather partially on the way… Days are shorter, and nights are longer.

When winter hits, cravings for comfort foods increase. And unfortunately, few of us find comfort in sprouts salad or fruits…!

Lets understand why...

Cold weather triggers a self-preservation mode that sends the body a message to heat up fast. And that message is often played out as a craving for carbohydrate-rich foods -- the sugars and starches that provide the instant "heat" boost your body is longing for. Here comes our role…yes, the dietitian’s role…

"If we're not exercising, our appetite increases, and ultimately that means we're eating more and moving less -- and that's a disaster plan for weight gain."

Let me suggest the ways how what we can do to beat the seasonal system...

You can take control. With a little bit of planning, you can keep your life and your appetite in perfect harmony all year long.

Snack healthy.
Eat a high-protein, high-fiber snack between meals whole wheat cracker, cottage cheese or tofu or soy crackers with lot of seasonings like oregano, garlic, ajwain etc Healthy snacking will fuel your body's heat mechanism, helping keep you warmer. The warmer we remain in cold, the less we crave carbs.

Make your activity schedule
Grab a pen to paper and list all the things you did in summer, then write a corresponding list of winter activities you could do. Not only does exercise burn calories, it also affects brain chemicals linked to appetite, so it can help control how much you eat.

Create Low-Calorie Comforts.
If you know you're going to crave those wintry comfort foods, find lower-cal ways to do it. Steamy pizza with veggies and a whole wheat crust, a bowl of vegetable soup, cocoa with non-fat milk -- be creative in cutting calories while keeping the comfort.

Get a Daily Dose of Sunshine Vitamin
If you think your food cravings may be related to shorter days, try to spend at least some time outdoors in sunlight every day

Keep a Lid on Disastrous Winter Foods
Hey please keep out of direct eye view the sinful Ghackas Rewaris and peanuts too, as they rightly say…Out of sight…out of mind..!
