Hello Pallobi Welcome to Lybrate White liquid secretion after your periods its normal. If it can not make your vaginal are itch or burn. If it smells, itching or burning causes such infection and for that you should have to consult gynecologist or Ayurveda Doctor. Sometimes by travelling, Hard work, tiredness can cause white discharge. It needed to take high nutritional food and should have to avoid junk food and outside food. Otherwise, its normal and not to worry.

Go for a cleansing diet for atleast a week. This includes your natural foods only. No nonveg, fatty and processed foods. Have atleast 2.5 litres of water. This will help absorb the nutrients efficiently in your system and subsequently increase your weight.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. Also continue breastfeeding exclusively for 6 months. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories which i suggest you should not till you breastfeed and regular exercise. Rather try and do some exercise in your routine. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Thank you

I'm 61 years old, diabetes and heart patients as well. Since 2010, my erection slide down considerably and presently, I hardly get at all except during early morning hours. But not good enough to have proper Intercourse except for few months. I have consulted some doctors in Delhi and a sexologist in chennai but not much help. Should I go for alternative medicine? A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 1 TSF of BLACK CUMIN SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of CHITRAKADI VATI and LEELAVILAS RASA after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…

Mr. Lybrate-user, when diabetes is not in control, blood glucose level goes up. If glucose level goes over 180 mg/100 ml, then it appears in the urine. If still higher level is there in the blood then more glucose is filtered in to urine. When glucose is present in the bladder, it draws more water through omosis, this fills the urinary bladder more often. This causes more urge to urinate at nkigt. Hence strict blood sugar control is the only option in reducing urination at night. Plus uncotrolled diabetes also causes more thirst and water intake increases, it also contributes.

How can I increase it?
Weight is not dependent on your age. It depends on your height. In your case (for 5 ft 5 inches height) you should be about 55 - 60 kgs. For that the first step is to work out. 45 minutes of either yoga or gym or cycling is recommended. Include plenty of proteins in your daily diet like - eggs, soya, pulses, sprouts, milk, panneer etc.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

There is no need to add anything to a normal balanced diet unless there is a specific deficiency. Some times people become over-enthusiastic and take supplements when there is no specific need or purpose. It needs to be noted that its always safe to take the help of a qualified nutritionist and a doctor and check the health status before body building.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Dear lybrateuser, -have a healthy diet & do exercise to keep yourself fit -your diet should consist of fruits, vegetables, dairy products like eggs, milk, cheese, yoghurt, butter milk, have beans, sprouts, pulses, whole grain products like bread, chapatti, lean meats like fish, chicken, nuts like almond, walnut, peanuts -try to include a variety of foods from those mentioned above -keep yourself well hydrated -take snacks like fresh fruits, nuts in between meals if you feel hungary -do regular exercises in the morning for about half to one hour -alternate between aerobic like jogging, swimming, cycling, & do weight bearing exercises on other days -keep yourself involved in some activity & also some games, all this will keep you healthy & fit.
