What are the weight lossing techniques by controlling diet and without doing any exercise?
1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Avoid stress tension worry for better health take medication by consulting ayurved vaidya if you have stress tension worry eat home diet with ghee according to your appetite don't overload your stomach by eating extra and very heavyly digested food drinking milk empty stomach will improve your health avoid milk with or before and after eating food take care.

Supplements does not cause any harm to your sex life or any kind of disabilities. But it shouldn't be a steroidal supplement. Take soya proteins, milk, white part of egg, lots of fibers, drink plenty of water and take adequate sleep.

Consult doctor (gastro-enterologist) imidiately and try to locate its position. It may cause trouble like pain, vomitting, discomfort etc. It should be removed as early as possible. Do not wait to come out of its own as the coin is bigger and child's age is five yrs.

The following precautions are advised to check frequent night emission: · Do not sleep on the back · Do not use milk at night · Avoid overeating · Take your night meal at least before 3 hours before going to bed · Excessive spices, wine, eggs, meat and other stimulating things should be avoided. · Plenty vegetables, fruits should be taken · Tea, curd, betel should be avoided · Food should be chewed thoroughly · Avoid taking much fluid after dinner · Intake water frequently during day time. · Void urine prior to going to bed. · Get up early in the morning since such discharges occur in the morning hours · Excessive horse riding and cycling should be avoided · Deep breathing and long walk in healthy atmosphere should be done · Amorous thoughts and discussions should be avoided · Daily and light exercise should be done · Clean the genitals daily. · Moderate diet should be taken HOMOEOPATHY prove best and safe method of treatment in order to cure night emission.

I am 48 years old male and a diabetic patient for 5 years. My glucose level increased rapidly to 295mgs (pp) and now hba1c is 10.3%. I use to take brandy 180ml on alternative days. My doctor advised to take glycinorm m 40mg - (morning & night) and istamet 50/500mg in the afternoon. Will it be advisable? shall I continue? would there be any side effects for this medicine? kindly advice.

Respected sir your glycemic levels are high and you need to follow strict diabetic diet and avoid alcohol you need to follow your prescription for the time being and follow up closely on your glucose levels the drugs prescribed are safe if renal parameters are normal and you take diet as advised regards.

I am diabetic patient age 60. I'm suffering from diabetic problem since 10 years and I changed lot of medicines and now I'm using reclimet 500 mg morning and evening, istamet 500 mg at afternoon. My diabetic level is morning fasting160 and after eating food 200 bp level is normal. For diabetes you need to avoid sugar, jaggery and honey. In fruits you need to restrict banana, chickoo, mango, sitaphal, watermelon, sugarcane, muskmelon, grapes etc. Yo0u need to avoid deep fried foods like farsan and namkeen etc. In vegetables you need to restrict potato, sweet potato, yam, beetrrot and carrot etc. Try to consume more of salad, Vegetables, whole grains. Eat small and frequent meals. Do not consumeany of your meal heavy. Start taking fenugreek seeds whole or powder in the morning as it will help you keeping your sugar normal. Your fasting sugar should fall below 140. And after eating sugar should be below 180. About medicines you need to consult you physician.

Overeating of too much food for wt gain put too much burden on your digestion take home diet with butter ghee dry fruits fruits avoid 4-5 times eating or taking virruddha food like fruits with mik milkshakes which decreses your digestion capacity day by day for more consult privetly.

Sir, I am 40 yrs, 5"2 H, 38 Kg weight, I am suffering from Type 2 diabetes uncontrolled. I take Creon 25000. 3/day. And take 12 U longterm insulin. Kindly suggest me to increase my weight. As I limit my Carb & fat. another suppl. Can't suite me & there is constipation problem with me. So can I take high calories & some fat or any other suppl. So I can increase my weight. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee prepretions, rich proteins, eggs, nonveg, cold drinks, sweets. You take simpal veg food home made with salad. Take sleep 6 to 8 hours. Do your excersices, do yoga pachimotanasan, servsngasan, will help to you (aasan learn from guru for perfaction)

Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight.
