Only following diet plan may not be that effective, you need herbal supplements also, if like inform. See diet plan. Diet Plan Early Morning (6-7 Am): You can have any of the following items to start your day. A glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice, or Grape juice may add Honey one tea spoon. A cup of black or green tea without sugar but may add Gud-Jagery with or without skims milk, and 2 biscuits. Breakfast (8-9 am): One Oats-Yav or Jav or Ragi Roti or chapatti + ½ cup of water soaked whole Moog with garlic and Ardrak. Or one plate of Ragi upma and a cup of Tomato soup or Carrot juice, or Anar or Pine apple or Beet root. Lunch (1-2 pm): Brown Rice (200 grams) + ½ cup mixed vegetables + one small bowl of Raitha or Butter milk + vegetable salad Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Beet root, Khira etc. Instead of Brown Rice one may have two Rotis of Yav-Jav-Oats Aata or wheat Aata + Isabgole 10 gm mixed Roti Evening (4-5 pm): Butter Milk 1 glass or Coconut water or Grapes 20-30, or other seasonal fruits or Murmura, Dinner (8-9 pm): 2 - Chapattis or Rotis + 1 bowl of Vegetable Soup + 1 bowl of salad-Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Radish, Khira etc. OR one bowel of brown rice (200 gm).

After delivery. What should I have to do for weight loose? bcoz I have gained 25 kg weight than my nrmal weight that was 62 kg during pregnancy. Honey, warm water and nibu is useful for weight loose in early morning or not? please rply. M just worried about my weight. Please please please rply.

No honey or Nimboo will help lose weight. It's all about overall balance. The weight gain post pregnancy is because you may initially itself have been overweight and that you did not take care of your health after delivery. If we stay active and take good nutrition the pregnancy weight always comes down. Anyway it's never too late. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hi doctor, My doubt is. I started taking vit e 400 mg and vit c 500 mg from today for hair fall and healthy skin. Does taking both the tablets together cause any interactions. When should I take them like in the morning or at night. Coz one is water soluble and fat soluble so with food or without doctor. Thank u.

Hello, Preferably have them in the morning after meals. Simultaneously, also concentrate on natural sources. As long run use of supplements can be risky, specially vitamin E.

By Body growth you mean overall weight gain or increase in only muscle mass? Its not good to solely rely on supplements,you can get a diet planned suitable for your body type and if there is a need ,supplements can be added as per the advice.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hello, Masterbation doesn't lead to weight gain or loss. It's about self control. Include lots of milk and its products, beans, yogurts, shakes, smoothies, eggs, lean chicken and fish in the diet. Sugarcane, juices, dates milkshakes, figs and almond milk can also be useful. Do strength training atleast 3 times a week.

I feel your hair loss is due to dandruff. Apply scalpe shampoo once in a week, apply scalpe shampoo in the hair & keep it for 15 min. This will resolved your symptoms.

To increase weight it's not important to eat a lot. It's important to eat healthy and maintain consistent metabolic rate. Maintain good metabolism by following this: 1 take fibrous fruits and vegetables 2 eat healthy stuffs. Quality is important than quantity. Take whole grains than refined ones, consume natural home cooked food than processed one, aerated drinks are a big no. Consume green leafy vegetables. Dairy products like cottage cheese, milk, curd, cheese in moderation 3 exercise is a must for increasing metabolism. Follow any of these remedies: 1 eat peanuts soaked in milk overnight in the morning before breakfast. 2 eat handful of raisins and green gram soaked in water overnight before breakfast. 3 consume cashews soaked in milk overnight in the morning.
