You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. E. One pound equals 3,500 calories. 1] Avoid fast food, oily food, packaged food, junk food, ice-cream, soft drinks, sweets , bakery items, rice and potato. 2] Eat a plate of salads before lunch and dinner. 3] Do not drink water immediately after meal. You can take it after an hour. 4] Do not lie down soon after meal. Have a walk after it. 5] Do not sleep in the after noon. 6] Take a glass of lukewarm water with a spoon of old honey and some lemon juice in the morning. 7] Consume old grains as new grains tend to increase weight. 8] Have brisk walking daily at least once. 9] Do not sit long. Take a break and walk for some time in between work. 10] Drink plenty of water and eat more salads and green vegetables.

start doing surya namaskar in morning, also start doing Prithvi Mudra with your fingers for 2o minutes, keep your intestine clean by drinking atleast 3 to 4 liters water everyday but make sure you are drinking water after your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes after your meals & then drink water, eat a heavy breakfast, consume cow ghee with all your meals, eat lots of paneer, almonds, curd, banana and green leafy vegetables. sleep for atleast 7 to 8 hours, keep your head in south or east direction while sleeping.

you can eat curd, milk products, these are rich source of calcium , Fish, egg daal ,sprout, green vegetables, seasonal fruits , papaya, gud, chiku( it will increase your iron level) prefer to eat fruits instead of juice as according to many researches our body absorbs more vitamins and minerals by eating and chewing food as compare to in juice form or in medicine form.

Hi lybrate-user even after doing exercises if you are not reducing your weight then it means that you need to check whether you are on the right diet. Also you could have bone weight. Tell me your daily diet. By altering it you can reduce weight. Are your body dimensions also more. There are treatments apart from medication that could solve your problem.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

You can follow these tips- 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Go for regular exercise Constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

Ramandeepji, The things described by you suggest that the patient is having chronic renal failure, which is one of the severe complications pf long standing diabetes. This comes about when blood sugar is not well controlled for many years. Now the options are limited. He has to be probably shifted on to Insulin injections for stricter blood glucose control (Fasting closer to 100 mg and PP <180 mg and HbA1c% <7). Plus there has to be strict monitoring of salt intake (not more than 2 g a day), taking food providing less protein. Dialysis has to be continued. His BP also should be very closely monitored. There is no cure for any of these conditions, proper medication and appropriate diet and drug therapy is the only option.

It is better to do yoga on empty stomach. But if you are execising hard, you can eat an apple before exercises.

Hello, Start exercising, exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, yoga, gym anything that is feasible. Eat light meals at 2 hrt intervals, do not have large meals, eat lots of vegetable and fruits. Do not have fried and bakery foods, instant foods like noodles etc often, Drink lots of water

Irregular meals result in increased acid production which in turn causes loss of appetite. Take small meals at short intervals to overcome this problem.
