Hello. The pills can give you side effects. Miscarriage itself is so traumatic, do not give your body and yourself anymore trouble. Your diet chart: 8: 30 -lemon and honey in warm water, 1glass. 7rounds (14 total) surya namaskar. 9: 30- belfast-kallogs k (with fruit)/oats/poha/ upma/plain idli/veg sandwich in brown bread. 11: 30- drink coconut water/fresh juice/green tea /sugar free coffee or tea with one marie biscuit. 1: 30 -lunch-chapati or steamed rice with dal and roti, with dahi or butter milk. 3: 30- one fruit. 5: 30- tea/coffee with handful roasted namkeen or one marie biscuit. 7: 30-dinner-khichdi/soup or boiled vegetables avoid carbs. Have early dinner. Drink one cup of milk with sugar in the night before sleeping. (timings can be changes according to your schedule but keep the same gap)

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily.

You can take nutrilite powder 1spoon in cup of milk morning and night. Noni syrup 10 ml in a glass if chilled water stir well consume in 2 or 3 minutes after 30 minutes take meals morning end night.Feedback to me after month.

Do regular exercise, make sure you have a good protein source in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk and milk and milk products, egg, sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. Go with protein supplements called nutrilite protein powder which helps to increase your muscle strength. No drink before meals. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid overeating. Stop eating junk and processed food.

Are you a runner? In case you are, then it is vital that you understand what your body needs to run extra miles. It's not just about running, it's all about how you can push yourself until the end of finishing line or your target. 

Generic Tips for Beginners

  • Right Shoes- Most Important: Go for specialised running shoes that are easily available in the market now at an affordable price. It is advisable to buy a shoe which is one size up.
  • Support- A Must: For women, it's a must to go for a good sports bra. It's meant for flat-chested women as well. This will avoid any kind of discomfort such as sagging of breasts, or even pain and discomfort. 

Remember that excess running affects Cooper's ligament that supports the breasts.

If you are a man, go for tight but comfy underwear. That will reduce abrasion. 

Keep a Close Watch: In the initial stage, you should run only comfortable miles. Gear up with a close-fitting comfortable sports outfit so that you can breathe, and your sweat is whipped. 

Watch your Pace: Running is different than cycling or swimming. Even if you have mastered other sports, go slow with running. Gradual increase is always advisable.
Need a Commitment: Track your progress. Run at least thrice a week. 

Specific Physio Tips 

  • Run and Rest: Rest is equally important. When you run, your body needs time to repair. It means body needs a balance of tissue wear and tear and tissue fortification.
  • Know you Injury Cause: You must identify what's the cause of your injury so that accordingly you deal with it. Many websites can help you with that.
  • What does your Body Say? Initially, it's normal that your body aches at few spots. Use a simple formula of RICE (rest, ice, compress and elevate) However, if it persists, then see a physiotherapist.
  • Toughen: You need to identify your weaknesses so that you work on them to toughen yourself. Calf muscles, glutes and quads are commonly affected. Tough muscles absorb the effect more efficiently.
  • Steady: You need to have control on your movements. Poor control leads to adverse effect on running. You can check it by assessing your single leg balance and single knee dip. Check if your body is balanced.
  • Stretch your Body: This helps you to get rid of muscle tightness or joint stiffness
  • Adapt: Listen to your body and adopt the method of running that gives you painless run.

Ask for Help: Know your limits and see a physiotherapist or health professional if needed.

Your ideal weight should be 70 kg and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and eat a low fat content in your diet.

I was suffering from neurocysticercosis and is still under medication levipil 250 since 2015. Today I sat on a small stool and plucked off some weeds from my small kitchen garden for only about 1 hour but after I stood I felt like my legs are weak and couldn't hold my weight. My legs were like shaking from inside. And it lasted for about two hours after which I regained the original strength. I am pretty nervous regarding the condition. Please enlighten me about it.

First thing in the morning drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon *drink lots of water throughout the day and with all meals *drink lots of green tea *never ever eat sugar *eat whole foods *eat all the vegetables you want *eat 5 small meals a day (this includes snacks) *do not eat anything after 7pm *do1/2hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking) *eat the good fat (olive oil, *get 8 hours sleep *minimize stress *eat low fat dairy products such as plain yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk. (no solid cheeses) whenever you eat anything then walk for some time. Always keep active yourself. Dont be lazy.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must.
