Hiiii drink water between meal. As in digestion which is grinding process in stomach required water. After meal to only one sip of water. B after 1/2 hr of meal drink more amount of water. B yess after drinking water sudden after finishing meal increase weight. So he to drink after 1/2 hr thanku.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. join aerobics...Drink plenty of fluids....apply clotrimazole dusting powder on thighs.

Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

It's too high. .please take care of urgency diet n medicines on strict basis. Take small number frequent meals. Don't overeat. .don't take any fruit right now. .no sugar no sweets at all in any format. .I suggest you to kindly take appointment with some nearest dietician and follow a diet chart strictly and also consult physician or diabetologist.

Do not depend on artificial supplements. Drink cow's milk three times in a week, about two hours after dinner strictly for at least six months to get required vitamins, proteins which is present in the cow's milk in most easily absorbable way for your body.
