Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

hi Most achalasia treatments involve your LES. Several types of treatment can either temporarily reduce your symptoms or permanently alter the function of the valve. The first line of treatment is often oral medications. Nitrates or calcium channel blockers can help relax the sphincter so food can pass through it more easily. Your doctors might also use Botox to relax the sphincter. these treatment is of allopathic I suggest you take second opinion to some anther doctor ......then only start treatment mean while I suggest you some ayurvedic remedies 1.take 1 tsp saunf + 1 glass of water and then boil it the have it sip by sip when it lukewarm....... it doesn't has any side effect try it .....thank you ...

Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat.

According age your weight is good. Don't do anything more to gain weight it will raise as per your age increases.

Hello, Get a hormonal profile checked incase you are unsure about this weight gain. In meantime, start exercising and have plenty of fibrous fruits and vegetables and lean proteins in the diet.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

Yes its true but also keep attention on weakness other wise your immunity will get disturb but after what when you will start the eating meal you will gain weight again so I suggest you some best method to reduced weight maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

If you want to build muscle you must consume more calories. Increase your food intake. Eat more proteins like egg, lean chicken, fish like tuna and other fishes, cottage cheese, soy products etc. Use whey protein after workout. Take healthy fat like fish oil, olive oil, nuts like peanuts, almond, walnut, flax seed, sun flower seed etc. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat sweet potato with potato, brown rice, brown bread, whole wheat, whole grain, peas, drink plenty of water.

Dear Lybrateuser, - You can apply saffron (few strands) mixed with milk on face, also add a teaspoon of chandan powder to it, apply this pack to the face, keep it for 15-20 min & then wash off with normal water - for more benefit you can also drink a glass of milk with saffron.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. These are also helps in height increase. After 20, process of increasing height becomes slow. However healthy diets will help you. Do exercise & yoga. Esp. Tadashana, suryanamaskar, chakrasahana.
