Sir, I am a teenager. Whenever I go for a Walk & jogging. I got tired easily. I think my stamina is very low. So would you suggest me that. What should I try to increase my stamina power.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

This happens with age or because of being absorbed in some thoughts. Does anything happened before 15-20 days? Please see a qualified physician around. The possibilities are: 1. Age related decrease in memory power but for 60 years of age its early. 2. Vitamin deficiency. 3. Long illness or fever, weakness. 4. Constantly absorbed in thoughts even sitting alone or with others. Patient wants to remain alone. 5. Effects of long term regular consumption of alcohol. Better discuss with your doctor.

Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.

Hi. I have trouble getting up early in the morning also when I get up I feel little tired and exhausted. Is there any way I can get up by 6.30 am after sleeping at 11-11.30 and also feel fresh after getting up. I need some quality sleep. Pls suggest.

Ideally you have to go to bed at 10.30 pm latest to be able to rise at 6.30 am the next morning. (8 hours sleep). I suggest that you do some light exercise after your dinner, take a bath (need not wet your hair) and go to bed. I am sure you will get 8 hours sound sleep & wake up fresh next morning!

Dear user, your weight should be 65 to 70 kg a/c to your height. You should take balanced diet including whole cereals, dals, meat, fish egg, whole milk, fresh fruits, like banana, apple, pineapple, vegetables like, root vegetables, paratha in place of roti, use butter, peanut butter, cheese, fruit juice, dried fruits, oats, yogurt, chicken breast, potato, soybean, etc frequent meal with snacks, and go for exercise daily. To increase height eat balance diet containing all essential nutrients & enough of fruits & vegetables your every meal should contain good quality protein sources such as milk & milk products, soy, sprouts, curd, low fat pannier & lean meat to reduce fat include more of fiber such as whole cereals & pulses eat small & frequent meals avoid junk food exclud sweet & sweet beverages.

My teeth is looking bad,there is red spot on my teeth for chewing pan masala.And my belly is too much out for my sitting job,please tell me for my two problems.

Stopping chewing pan as it won't only discolour your teeth but can lead to other intraoral problems.Dis colouration can be treated.Visit my clinic. And i am a dentist cant say much about your increased belly.But generally stop fried food and go for regular walk and exercise at least for 1 hr.And have your dinner at least 3 hrs before sleep
