Dear you have not mentioned what kind of work you do. But do a few things as suggested below, it will reduce your problem. 1. When working take five minutes break even one hour. 2. Drink plenty of water while working. 3. Take a calcium tablet and one multivitamin tablet every day. 4. Increase quantity of protein in your diet. Regards

Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Such kind of diet which promises to lose weight in 10 days are harmful for your health. They might reduce your weight significantly but you will put on weight fast. So try to lose weight in a healthy manner by exercising and eating well.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. I am a u19 Indian Cricketer , I got typhoid 2 years back after that I got fully treated but than I was having low grade fever continuously for 3 months I didn't got anything in my reports and in CT scan they found I got lymph nodes they put Me on ATT. For 9 months . I gained so much weight+ now I am doing regular running but the problem is that I am not loosing weight faster and if I leave my running for a week I gain more weight. Hello, your condition doesn't seem to be very simple. In such conditions, you need to have your family doctor or your regular doctor who knows your medical history. Even if you go for weight loss programme, your medical history and the trainer's conversation with the doctor is required. Anybody with weak immunity should avoid dieting and aggressive work out. Do get a regular health check up esp. For thyroid if you are putting on weight for no reason.

Has your vitamin d level been checked? is it found to be below normal level? nobody needs vitamin d 4 times a day as regular doses. Vitamin d is naturally synthesized in body in sunlight and is a fat soluble vitamin also available from animal fats. It is stored in the body to last for more than 6 months. Unnecessary consumption of vitamin d may be harmful to the body as it causes toxicity.

It is a good thing that your boy is active and otherwise healthy. His weight may or may not be fine for his age. But most important thing is that he should regularly gain weight as per expected. This you can get in your vaccination card where you will find a growth chart.  you can plot his weight against her age at regular intervals like say 3 monthly and see whether he is gaining weight normally or not. Normally a kid of his age should gain approximately 2 kg per year.

The sad thing is that children who are obese, don't just suffer from emotional problems and depression, they have to also deal with many other physical problems and are at a risk of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, early onset of heart disease, diabetes, bone diseases, heat rash, fungal infections, and acne. You can try to control this by following a few simple tips.

Eat right to reduce fat

Fruits should be an important part of daily diet.

Kiddie meals need a proper balance of everything -veggies, protein and carbohydrates.

Make interesting food items, salads and soups with healthy proteins like fish, chicken, paneer, milk, grams, leafy veggies.

Avoid red meat, sugar-laden foods, canned juices, aerated drinks and processed foods.

Give your child fibrous foods that can help keep the system clean.

Keep an eye on the potion size. Do not let your child overeat.

Mindful eating is essential. Take mealtimes seriously. Watching tv while eating leads to overeating.

Encourage your child to exercise

Make sure your kid indulges in active play.

Full diet plan for you to gain muscles - Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Brisk walking for 15-30 minutes daily is good. Jogging, running, swimming & cycling are good options.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. You can do any activity you enjoy. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.
