I am 27 years old and my weight is 51 kg and height 5 feet 6 inch. Can you please share some diet plan so that I can gain some weight. Note: I am pure vegetarian
My question is I want to build my personality physically by doing gym but I took 2 to 3 times admission in gym and did work out regularly when ever I do gym I can not take over only 10 10 pounds I can whey that too for only 10 to 12 sets that too very hardly and my left hand doesn't whey as good as right hand and I get pain in that left hand shoulder and neck so kindly give me some advice or medicine to develop my arms myage is 25 and height is 5 11 and weight is 75 kg.
