Hello, You should monitor your weight, please to check your belly -growth. Take, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.   •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.   •opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. •Take, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     •Take, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.  •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Avoid, nicotine,coffee, alcohol,junk food, cookies, burger,pizza ,butter, ghee, sweets, sitting on computer late in d night. TaKe, Homoeo medicines which are gentle, rapid & safe. @ Phyto berryQ -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal Take care.

In morning first I eat apple and than in 7 o'clock breakfast I take almonds and 8 o'clock eat some food and then I go office so 11 can I take food or not or tea or coffee.

Please note that you need to take a heavy breakfast in morning so that you take lunch at 2-3 pm and evening tea and a light dinner in night for a healthy and fit body Also take a fruit daily as you are doing

It is very important for you to remove fried foods from your diet if you have any intentions of losing weight. •Make sure that you do not include fried chicken, fried meat, fried rice or any other fried snacks in your daily diet. •If you completely eliminate fried foods you can see remarkable changes in your weight in a month or two.

Physical regime is a part of your weight loss programme apart from other lifestyle modifications under which diet plays an important role. It's not about how we live and what we do. It's about how smartly and consistently we make changes and how well we stick to them. In your case it's not about making changes in your lifestyle, it's about the time at which you consume, portion size, quality of proteins, method of cooking everything matters. I want to join GYM but due to time problem I cannot join, I want to know that can I do exercise in gym at 10 pm to 11 pm, normally I do dinner around 8.30.I want to do normal gym exercise not heavy weight. Please advise is it advisable to go gym at 10 pm?

Although the effect of exercising after dinner vary from person to person, the best way for you is to have a light dinner follwed by atleast 1 hour (prerably 2 hours) break before exercising. So exercising at 10 pm after having dinner at 8.30 pm should be fine for you.
