Hello- Vitamins B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5 and B-12 can help increase sexual desire. These types of vitamins directly affect blood flow, much like vitamin E. Vitamin B-12 is often used to boost mood and energy levels in people who experience mild depression symptoms. B-12's mood enhancing benefits are helpful in the sex life as well. Similar to Zinc, Vitamin D can also regulate testosterone levels. If you are deficient, its better to start Vitamin replacement.

Start your day with either lemon n honey lukewarm water followed by 4 - 5 soaked almonds and 2 walnut. Green tea always works better after food.

*Consuming more Fenugreek[Methi]seads... either in soaked seeds form or as sprouts, or leaves will helptocontrol Sugar levels.

**Taking Neem leaves or flowers[Either dried form or fresh raw] or karela{Bitter guard}in morning, with empty stomach also will help to reduce the sugar levelsin Blood.

***Seasonally consuming jaborandi Fruits will help alot to control Daibetes.

But apart of all, one should be aware of consumption of Sugar/sugar made things.

Along with proper diet do regular exercise like weight lifting,push ups,sit ups,plank,yoga.These will give you proper body shape and will increase your strength.Avoid fast foods,junk foods as far as possible.Eat lots of fruits,vegetables.Drink lots of water.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Avoid fried and oil in food. You can follow following diet for reduce weight. 1. Honey take a medium glass and fill it with hot water. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Drink this after waking up in the morning as a first thing. Practice this remedy on a regular basis and you will certainly notice the difference. 2. Hot water drink around 1 litre hot water on an unfilled stomach. This will cleanse the body thoroughly. 3. Tomatoes eating raw tomatoes also helps in reducing the belly fat. 4. Ginger steep water and add ginger to it. Then, add honey and pepper. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Honey helps in dissolving the fat while ginger and pepper will increase the metabolic rate. 5. Mint add 1 tablespoon honey, a pinch of pepper, and some crushed mint leaves to a cup of hot water. Let it to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink the liquid to get a flat tummy. Mint soothes the abdomen while honey and pepper dissolves the fat and boosts the metabolism. 6. Apple cider vinegar consume apple cider vinegar with your food. It will make your stomach fuller, thereby curbing your appetite. This remedy not only helps in reducing the chubbiness of your tummy, but also in regulating the blood sugar level.
