I have back pain from last 1 month. How to remove back pain quickly. And also I have legs pain.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

My male baby 20 months old is having Craniosynostosis, having small head size. His overall activities are normal so far, he is not talking yet but only saying Mama, Papa, Didi, he walks/ runs normally. Please let me know if I have to take any extra precautions in order to make his future life to safer side.

Follow up with Paediatric neuro physician to know if intervention is needed. Probably you may not need anything as so far growth and development is normal. It (small size head) sometimes occurs in families with normal development.

Moaning is not a part of inter course, rather its a personal choice. Females do it willingly to make their partner feel happy. It doesn't happen on its own. If she is not getting to orgasm, then increase the foreplay and find out the parts of her body where she feels most stimulated and stimulate those parts before actual intercourse.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

i would ask him to go for extraction in a planned way. as you are aware of it that it is a horizontal one the there must be an episode wen it was painful and after x ray the dentist must have told you about the situation. he shd not wait for a painful episode better get rid of that tooth wen he is free

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Commercial milk is also usually homogenized—a mechanical process that breaks the fat globules into smaller droplets so that they stay suspended in the milk rather than separating out and floating to the top of the jug. Before milk is homogenized, some of the fat may be skimmed off to reduce the amount of fat in the end-product. Food processing is something that reduces the nutritive value of foods. And it is suggested that homogenization might have a negative impact on how the milk affects your body. When you homogenize milk, you not only change the size of the fat globules, you also rearrange the fat and protein molecules—which could alter how they act in the human body. Homogenization increases the digestibility of milk-- particularly in people with diseases that impair their ability to digest fats. Because the protein and fats are broken down into smaller particles, there is more surface area for enzymes to work on and this leads to more efficient digestion. If, however, you are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk, homogenization isn’t going to make milk any more or less tolerable for you. After workout you don't need milk. You just need whey protein in water for a fast recovery. Other times please drink full fat milk but the portion size needs to be correct.

Try kegel exercises this is a great way of strengthening your pelvic muscles and gain strength for sex. It is like going to the gym, but for sex. Let me tell you how to do kegel exercises. You have to practice it first. When you urinate, try to stop the flow of urine without your hands, just by contracting your muscles. The muscles you contract then are the pelvic muscles that are used during sex. Do not do this while urinating again, you can do this while you are sitting or standing, while working or doing other things. Once you know how to contract them try doing this a few times every day and this will strengthen them. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. You should see results in a few week.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste...apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water..

Aim is to be physically and mentally strong. Never feel you are weak. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours.  Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Take one / two small packs (20gm) butter daily. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg- Dals have good protein. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  .Take deworming tablets every six month.  .Feel confident about yourself and be cheerful All the best.

Hi, first to fall, you don't worry about weight. N don't take tension. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. Have adequate, timely, good night sleep. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. You can consult me privately online on lybrate i" ll give you menu plan for weight loss.
