How long will it take to recover fully after inguinal hernia operation? ? How long the dumbness be around the area?

Mr. Lybrate-user after operation of inguinal hernia you can perform all your routine work after 7 days only avoid straining and heavy weight lifting. No dumbness exist after operation the oprated area is as sensitive as non operated area.

Please check if you are having cervical spondylosis or not - do an x-ray of cervical region. Also take Rhus tox 200 for next 7 days and revert back

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Firstly I thought that shiverness in my legs is the bad impact of A.C but even now when I am using a cooler for cooling then Also I feel shiverness in my legs. Take sahacharadi kashayam 15 ml along with 60 ml water along with 1 kaisoraguggulu gulika 6 am and 6 pm. Do massage with sahacharadi tailam for 30 minutes and keep it 30 minutes and wash it off.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

Good question. After the age of 50 all the females should undergo regular chekup of their breast by a surgeon. In adition they wil advice you memography which is somthing like x ray to rulout tumor (cancer). I think every six month you should do it. Do anyone from your family has cancer of breast than you may have more chances of that. If you do not have any kids than also chances of breast cancer increases. In adition if you have not given breastfeeding to your kids than also chances of cancer breast are more.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, do warm foamentation 15 minutes twice daily for few days avoid load and long walk take rest, you may take analgesic. Stretching exercises for ankle strengthening exercises for knee. Ultrasonic therapy for 5 minutes. Change footwear.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Ferrum phos 200x +Kali mur 200x , 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Check for vitamin B12 / 6 deficit. Add by supplements. If your gym session overload then decrease duration. Add warm foamentation.

You may take sulf. 30 thrice a day empty stomach three drops in water for three days. Avoid onion coffee pickles etc. Take steam also at night. After one week call privately for further course of medicine.

Your problem is with your neck if you are doing neck down work like Sitting before a computer and watch your sleeping posture. So start neck exercise with moderate heat pad on the back of neck. If feeling giddy Watch your stomach. Not to consume chicken soup or curd.

You have yourself answered in your question. This common problem with people working indoor to have calcium and vitamin d deficiency. Remedy also lies within. Have good exposure to sun (taking care of your skin with sun screen etc. And having diet rich in vitamin d and calcium and other vitamins. Taking more of fruits / vegetables, eggs and mik will help you with activity like walking and exercising and body massage.
