. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Start eating triphla chooran it will help to manage your weight, do not eat anything after sunset, do pranayam daily. Once a week keep a fast of water and fruits.

As you have already crossed 20 years of age your bones have already been fused with each other and hence your height will not increase

These are the cause of whitening of hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to lack of nutrition • Use of chemical products such as hair colours, • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hello Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.

Hi There are some factors which can cause diabetes in a person. Some are modifiable like obesity, smoking, alcohol, sedentary lifestyle. Some factors cannot be modified like your age, sex and genetics (which is your family history of diabetes). So work at preventing obesity, avoid alcohol and smoking, eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly. Apart from walking do AB exercises like push ups to lose your tummy fat. Diet would basically be high protein, low fat and low carbohydrate diet. Eat lots of salads. Check your HbA1C test once in a year to Screen for diabetes so that it can be treated at an early stage.

First and foremost thing you can do to control your weight is 1.By saying goodbye to sweets in any sense whether it is in tea,Milk,Chocklates,Sweets, 2.Avoid overeating.Eat half chapaati les than your actual diet 3.Light Breakfast and Dinner but you can take slight heavy Lunch 4.Start a habit of drinking green tea 2 times daily with lemon and honey,Morning and evening 5.Early morning brisk walking for 30 minutes with deep breathing alongwith walking and KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM daily for 20 minutes. 6.Daily drink 6-8 glass extra water ( 1-2 Glass early morning empty stomach),2 glass milk and eat a fruit daily. 7.Try to eat a cocktail of fruit and salad chat instead of breakfat or dinner.Choice is yourss. 8.Take your dinner atleat 90 minutes before going to bed and a 10 minutes light walk i a mut after dinner. 9.Just always think in your mind about those good old days when your weight was 65-70 kgs and just see now when,no cloth fit you properly.Set up an example for others so that onee day everybody in your circle gives your example 10.last but not the least,once again the secret being,CONTROL YOUR MIND and HAVE A POSITIVE MIND SETUP.Everything is in contyrol of our mind and with its help we can achieve new heights but the real task is how to control your mind when something delicious,sweet,mouthwatering comes in front of you. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi…This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods… 4) avoid coffee and tea… 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm … 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam and omkar chanting regularly early in the morning… A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during meals. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping…… Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Because of this, it also works great to reduce any old scars or acne marks. To use it, just take a few teaspoons of baking soda and mix it with warm water until it forms a paste. Apply the paste to your skin. You may want to leave it on for only 10 to 15 minutes the first few times as it may feel powerful. You can gradually increase the time up to an hour or even leave it on overnight. After one use you can see a great difference in your skin. 2. Apple Cider Vinegar– This natural remedy for acne is another powerful one, it has both antibacterial and antifungal properties. To start out, you may want to dilute a few teaspoons with half cup water or 1/4 cup water as it can be quite powerful when applied directly to your skin. Make sure to use apple cider vinegar that’s raw, unfiltered and labeled as “with the mother”, which has the most nutrients.. 3.. Tea Tree Oil– Tea tree oil is an essential oil and can be a very powerful all natural remedy for acne, as it is antibacterial. After a few minutes you’ll start to feel it tighten, you can leave it on anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. Afterwards, your skin will have an amazing glow! 6. Lemon Juice– you can either use lemon juice or a fresh squeezed lemon. Lemons have natural antibacterial and astringent properties to help clear your skin. Apply the lemon juice to your skin and leave on for 15 minutes to an hour.

You might be suffering from Migraine with aura symptoms or classic migraine. Since you are suffering from one and half year, get MRI scan of brain done. You need to be started on preventive medicines for migraine if the diagnosis is confirmed. Follow these tips to get some relief; 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily ( aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it. 6.
