I tried to feed my bunny. But still there do not have any improvement. I also found my bunny is shivering from this morning. Is there anything serious for worry?

Check the temperature of the bunny. Hypothermia is a serious issue with small animals. Try giving a liver tonic for an appetite.

The medicine is not harmful if used wisely. You have to check why the appetite is lost rather then providing steroids to get an appetite.
