Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Badiaga 200, Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Apart from shampoo,your hair needs more oiling.If you oil your scalp three times a week and wash it after that then the protein deficiency which happens because of friction will reduce .This will help in maintaining the strength of hair and even shine ,lustre. Apart from that eating food which is rich in proteins and iron will take of nutritional deficiency. Apart from all this ,if it is not improving that means there is some major problem with hair.Consult Trichologist. Take care

I am 27 yrs, height 6 feet, weight 53. When I was in 6th class at the age of 12 years I started masturbation & around 20 times & more in a month used to do. I kept carrying it on till 12th standard at 20 yrs. But since 20 years I didn't touch my penis for masturbate when I came to know its side effects. Thinking this I recently got my sperm analysis tested & shown it to doctor who says my sperm count is 58.0 million/ml & other details on report are normal. But I didn't tell him my old story of masturbation due to embarrassment. During 12 years to 20 years I did masturbation more than 2500 times now I can see my penis is sprinkle & main veins of my penis (left & right) are bulge assuming that no power is there. However when I feel sex my penis get big & liquid come out but I don't masturbate & try to control. When I didn't start masturbate means at age 9 years I was very fatty even people used to call me fatty fatty. I was very good health. But now after leaving this bad habit it has been 5 yrs. I am 27 years with weight 52 around. I am in a job people who meet me always say you are very thin at this age "if Parents make you marriage now you can't work out & go to bed, they say I think you have some more problem. Sir as say I was very good with health before masturbation even my parents & 2 younger brother are very good with health with small diet but I take diet better than them even I can't recover my lost power. Now situation is that my skin is as loose as an old man of 60 yrs. One day my friend touch my arms & said "yaar tumne masturbation bahut kiya tha kya kabi kitne patla hath h tumhare. Sir I am in big problem. If I suffer any disease like fever etc I can accumulate will power to stand up for work like other who are in fever but they can work. I reduce my weight very fast in fever or if I reduce my diet. I am 27 years I am in big tension when I read a book where it was mentioned that those children who masturbate in teen age can't regain their natural health in future because sperm is very intact at this time if it loose can't be good in health now I am seeing difference in my health & brothers they are naturally fit with less diet. That's why I am not going for marriage after being forced by my parents because If I marriage I can sex with my partner for 1 to 2 yrs. After that I will got to bed because I already lost my power. Sir I am in big tension not happy in life because I can see my future in dark in coming days & the same is doing on. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take flaxseeds and almonds daily to reduce cholesterol. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for detailed diet.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello lybrate-user, what is the problem with digestion needs to be diagonised by a good gastroenterologist. Regarding weight you seem to be burning calories very quickly and so your weight is only 47. Eat calorie dense food high in protein and moderate fat. Choose milkshakes with nuts and dryfruits, paneer sandwitches/ parathas, chikkis may help. Taking sound sleep of 8-10 hours for good growth. Do weight training atleast3 days a week.

Hi, you can take these natural homoeopathic remedies to lose weight:-1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Uou are going to gym. I think that you are taking protein powder end heavy food in over dose reduce according to gym excersices. Do yoga pachimotanasan, tadasan, sarvangasan ana fast walking will help to reduce belly.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your concern. You are feeling hurt and upset over how your wife is behaving. If she's been diagnosed for OCD then im wondering if she is under treatment. Ocd requires medical as well as psychological intervention. You will have to have immense patience and perseverence to help your wife handle her issue. Please consult a psychiatrist and keep her under counselling therapy ,if not doing currently. You may also require counselling support for yourself so that you have a place to vent out and figure out how to deal with the issue at hand. With a gentle handle holding you will be able to take care of the situation. All the best.
