Neither you can predict, nor you can prevent but u can take precautions like avoiding frequent cold and cough, give her healthy diet, allow her to play outside home as much as possible. Not all with single parent having asthma gets the disease.

Hi. I can understand your concern. Best way to improve immunity is by doing regular 30 mins exercise daily and having good nutritious food like green leafy vegetables, fruits, an egg every day and leading a stress free life. Don't worry, you will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Please tell me .how relief from dust allergy. And which medicine are useful for this.

BHMS
Homeopath, Secunderabad
Please avoid direct exposure to dust. Slowly increase you immunity by adapting a healthy lifestyle. Start exercising and eat healthy natural food every day. Have more fruits and vegetables. The immunity increases with good nutrition and exercise. In this context Yoga is very beneficial. If the allergy is intolerable or chronic in nature then use Homeopathy .You can contact me for a private consultation.

I am a 22 year old girl. I have had severe allergies for 7 years now. I sneeze continuously when exposed to dust or pollution. Is there any permanent cure?

MBBS
General Physician, Cuttack
1.Dust allergy could be because of so many agents (It could be due to pollen, mite, feathers, dander, mold, droppings of birds, pet hair/feather/fur cockroach etc) 2..I advise you to do an allergy test after consulting an allergy specialist/Immunologist to find out the agent which is causing dust allergy. 3.Follow the advice and treatment given by allergy specialist/immunologist. Treatment 1.Anti histamine like Levo cetrizine 1 tablet at bed time 2.Decongestant steroidal nasal dropspray like Rhino cort nasal spray one spray to each nostril three times daily, 3.Remove wall to wall carpet in bed room, 4.keep pets out of bed room/house 5.minimise house hold humidity 6. keep home clean, ensure good ventilation, vacum cleaning of carpet, furniture, drapperies, wash bed linen frequently in hot water, instal A/C, 7.consult allergist for further advice

Home remedy is steam inhalation. From your regular doctor you can get a prior prescription of tablets like Etophylline, Salbutamol or Terbutaline - the one which suits you for taking in such situations. and when inhaler etc is not available

I am 27 yrs old and suffering with dust allergy. Is there any permanent solution for my problem?

BHMS
Homeopath, Gurgaon
The foremost thing to do is avoid exposure which is not possible to 100% use wet cloth for dusting furniture at home. Do not keep carpets as they gather a lot of dust. Take steam daily before going to bed. You can get permanent relief with homeopathic constitutional treatment.
