It's all about balance in diet and exercise. Supplements don't work in isolation. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello Doctor, I am a 23 year old male and I am frequently feeling fatigued and exhausted for no particular reason. My work demands sitting in front of a computer from morning till evening. At the end of the day I feel completely tired & exhausted and have very little energy to do anything else. Please advise.

Hello Shashi , Gyming can't cause hair fall . Its the protein drinks that cause damage. As most of these drinks contain anabolic steroids in it. You can massage your scalp wirh coconut+ castor oil . For medicinal guidance you can consult me. Regards, Dr. Heena

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Focus on exercises which do not raise only 1/3 of biceps and not care for 2/3 triceps .Lot of good protein 1gm/per/Lb /body wt, good sleep, knowledge on Non-veg/Veg protein sources is a must .Can not advice on this small column Results fantastic if will act right.

Protein intake should be according to the physical activity as excess is not good, I would advise you to take natural good quality protein sources in your every meal so to meet up the protein requirements and to prevent the intake in excess.

When you are working out, please ensure you are balancing your body with proper healthy calories. Increase the intake of healthy calories like dark chocolate, nuts, granola bar, chikkis, etc. Increase the protein intake also.

Improve your diet and meal schedule 1. Take 2/3 glasses of warm water in the morning 2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 3. Take meals regularly at fixed hrs 4. No fried/ no spicy/ no junk/ no fast food 5. Take less milk/ no salad 6. Take curd 7. Have good sound sleep for 6- 8 hrs 8. Eat simple bland diet 9. Hello. For weight gaing you should take almonds, walnut, raisins soaked overnight with 1glass of milk in breakfast. Take frequent meals at regular intervels. Drink at least 10-11 glass of water everyday. In summers can also have chiku shake. Anjeer shake. Banana shake in breakfast. Include soyabeans. Lobia. Pulses. Paneer in your diet.
