if you had sex on the first day of your menses only then there are no chances of pregnancy. For your period problem you need to get a pelvic ultrasound and consulta gynec. It could be PCODAlways use protection to prevent pregnancy and to protect from sexually transmitted diseases.

I have delayed periods. It had always been an issue since last 4 years. How do I go about it?
Hello- Hello- Your symptoms suggest that you might be suffering from PCOD. Symptoms include irregular or delayed menses, unwanted hair growth etc. PCOD is caused by improper food intake and improper routine specially done in the time of menses. a) Avoid spicy food fast food during the bleeding and take fresh Indian food. B) Use wet sponging instead of taking bath on those days. C) Avoid running, skipping and other exercises on those days. D)Start ayurvedic medicines ASAP.

You can definitely eat mangoes. Mango is a good fruit if you can digest it properly. Tell your mother the benefit of eating mangoes. Or else take her to your pediatrician. He/she will be able to counsel her.

As she is suffering from dysmenorrhoea which is very common. It should be treated initially with meftal spas (pain killer) tablets. If the pain is too severe it should be further investigated with ultrasound, to find out the exact cause. She could be suffering from endometriosis or ovarian cyst or fibroid.

I had anal sex with my girlfriend and she is on her last day of her period at the end I ejaculated in her anal hole does it makes her pregnant?

No it is not possible. There is a slim chance if it was done in the middle part of menstrual cycle. Though anal sex alone does not lead to pregnancy, pregnancy can still occur with anal sex or other forms of sexual activity if the penis is near the vagina and its sperm is deposited near the vagina's entrance and travels along the vagina's lubricating fluids.

Hi lybrate-user user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology

If you r still feeding the baby then you should continue doing so as it helps in reducing fat from your body. To reduce weight you should brisk walk or jog for 4-5 km daily with diet. Diet should be more protein and less carbohydrate and less oil.
