I have pain in my wrist after a short mishap that I didn't care about. And before it was healed I again got injured at the same place. Now I still have pain for 9-10 months. They didnt find anything wrong in x-ray. It comes up again if I try to lift heavy weights/objects using my wrist. What should I do ?

Joint pains in hand and leg. RA has been ruled out. No fever complaint but only pain in joint.

Joint pains in hand and leg. RA has been ruled out. No fever complaint but only pain in joint.
Ra if has been ruled out by ra factor, then you must consider doing anti ccp antibody. Ra factor is variably positive from 20% to 70% in people having rhuematoid arthritis. Also consider having vitamin d levels. Levels less than 25 might need supplements and might be the cause of pain.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, Patellar tendinitis, ACL injury, Knee bursitis, Torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for pain- - Ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -If the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: Squatting Kneeling Twisting and pivoting Jogging Aerobics, dancing Playing sport Specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also Maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a Physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same. Best wishes.

My index finger on my left hand hurts really bad it feels like its broken but its not I do not recall injuring it but...
In most cases, finger pain isn’t serious and will go away on its own. However, unexplained finger pain can be a sign of a more serious medical condition. Be sure to visit your doctor if you experience ongoing or unexplained pain in your fingers. Common tests for diagnosing finger pain include blood tests and imaging tests, such as X-rays. Your doctor may prescribe pain medications for unexplained finger pain or pain caused by nerve, tissue, or muscle damage. Other treatment options, such as surgery, hand exercises, or special gear-like splints, may be necessary to completely relieve the pain. Best wishes.

I am 46 years old. I have sciatica pain. It is nagging pain on my buttock area. Back of the thigh and back of knee and also radiates to the bottom side of my right foot. All these pains only on the right side. Kindly advise if nivirin tablets would be helpful for such pain. What is the best solution in your opinion.

All this pain killers only give you temporary pain relief and not advisable more than stipulated period because of their adverse reactions my opinion is to consult neuro physiotherapist and can take ift & vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each followed by spinal extension exercise once pain subsides usr only firm hard and even mattress for sleep

CT scan should be taken to rule out any problem. But your problems are due to stress/ tension may be known or unknown & There is a need of mind management a type of counselling to know all about the reasons & cure (after a research on mind for lacking facts why stress & disease is there) If effects are of long duration then distant session with a powerful combination of techniques M.B.B.S+ craniosacral balancing and quantum touch which work both on physical and mental bodies including brain are needed. LOW BACK PAIN PHYSIO BALL EXERCISE DEAR, 1….The exercise ball is an exercise treatment option for back pain sufferers and is designed to help prevent or minimize further episodes of low back pain as part of a rehabilitation program. The exercise ball is effective in rehabilitation of the back because it strengthens and develops the core body muscles that help tostabilize the spine. With the exercise ball, also called a Swiss ball or physio ball, an element of instability is introduced to the exercise that one would not normally get in a floor exercise. The body responds naturally and automatically to this instability to keep balanced on the exercise ball. Over time, the muscles used to keep in balance on the exercise ball become stronger. In essence, individuals build strength in important back muscles and abdominal muscles without knowing it. •The exercise ball also uses what is called" proprioception, an awareness of where one's hand or foot is in relationship to space. The instability of the exercise ball provides the body with constant opportunities to evaluate its orientation in space, developing and training the body's natural awareness. Enhanced proprioception provides the body with increased balance and stability Simple and versatile way to start moving again after a back pain episode •Improved muscle strength •Greater flexibility and range of motion of the spine •Enhanced balance and coordination of core muscle groups used to stabilize the spine and control proper posture while using the exercise ball, which in turn reduces stress on the low back •Increased tendency to maintain a neutral spine position during exercise •In particular, many Swiss ball exercises are designed to bring movement to the spine in a controlled manner to help keep the discs nourished. Moving the vertebrae helps nourish the discs in the spine by increasing blood flow around the disc and by causing the water to flow in and out of the disc The exercise ball has additional applications in areas such as general fitness, strength or weight training, as well as exercise for pregnant women.
