Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Hi, before going for lasik surgery, you can give her homoeopathic medicines which will although would take some time to reduce the power, but also prevents further increase in future. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. -one helpful way to do this is to imagine that you are looking at the number 12 on a clock. Then, follow the numbers around the clock with your eyes. Repeat going the other way around the clock. -massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 4-6 months and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning, do exercise atleast 15 minutes. Go for swimming, gardening, jogging. Take one glass lukewarm water in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water atleast 3-4 liters in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reasons for grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible after a particular age, but you can always slow down further greying of hair. A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc. Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, and do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen supply to your hair. Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis or loss of vital nutrients or cause problems in testis size or colour etc. Masturbation cannot increase your belly fat or cause obesity. You should try to reduce the masturbation frequency to thrice a week and continue masturbation. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week. Jogging and physical exercise are always good to keep you fit and stop worrying about sex and allied thinking. I suggest online sex counseling and therapy. Take care.

Hi. The diet you have mentioned is not balanced. This kind of diet you can't maintain for more than 2-3 weeks. The diet has very little proteins. Bfast should have have an egg or some veg proteins Lunch should have a dal. Dinner should be similar to lunch. You can have 2 roti instead of 3 in dinner. Just having salad and sprout for dinner with keep you hungry. A diet should be sustainable for life. It should be both delicious and nutritious.

Hi, Is there some kind of cream or something that I can take to grow a full beard on my face? I’m 27 years old and I do not have a lot of facial hair and mustache too. For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein. For height: foods those can help to increase muscle mass are protein rich and a well balanced diet. We recommend exercise regularly along with good stretching and have 1.2 gm of protein /kg of body weight. Include tofu, paneer, egg white, chicken, fish, soya flour and some plant proteins like sprouts, broccoli, green leafy vegetables and bean salads to cover up your daily requirements of protein. Make a right combination of carbohydrates, proteins and fats to achieve best results.

I don't know what can be problem.just feed the infant on demand a8lmost 2 hourly.you will see milk will be suffice as judged by weight gain of child.just see you must have good size nipples for easy sucking.we avoid using other milk.if very necessary than feed cows milk fresh one third diluted,fully boiled by spoon only.

Hi, Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea , intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently.

You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well to feel strong from within. Take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Take proteinous food. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. Take small and frequent meals.

1. Try to scrub the area daily and put vitamin e oil 2. You can also apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes 3. Use aloe vera gel on the area once a day 4. Use rich cocoa butter before going.

Hi, maintain oral hygiene. Brush your teeth twice daily. Rinse your mouth after every meal. Avoid sugary food. Massage gums while brushing your teeth. Take a vitamin c supplement daily. If pain persists, show yourself to a dentist.
