take meftal spas if pain abd, tab pan 40 empty stomach daily morning for 15 days, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, isabgol in a glass of water at night, if required get u/s whole abdomen done and back with report it will help. thanks

yes it is due to medicine as a side effect. reduce her salt exercise but within limits of de stressing only. wean her slowly from medicines and get her counselling through a professional/ family member whom she trusts.

Nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, are full of calories and make the perfect snack between meals. Munch on them to enjoy their taste, nutrients and of course weight gain. Nuts contain healthy fats and are a healthy way to increase your weight. However, do not stuff yourself with them, as you will not feel hungry for your next meal.

Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissuesctive physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy programDepending upon the patient's specific diagnosis and level of pain, the back pain exercises andrehabilitation programs will be very different, so it is important for patients to see a spine specialist trained to develop an individualized program of back exercises and to provide instruction on using the correct form and techniqu. Most of us will suffer from back or neck pain at some stage during our lives. The good news is, however, in most cases the pain is not serious in nature and can be remedied. Postural related back pain generally stems from sitting for long periods with overloaded or tight back and pelvic muscles. For example, if your rear thigh muscles (hamstrings) are tight, when you sit they will pull the pelvis out of position and increase tension on the lower back muscles. This in turn overstretches your back muscles and with lengthy periods of sitting will cause pain. This is one example of many variations of postural related back pain. However, one thing will be in common, progressively developing back pain from long periods of overstretched and overloaded back muscles and ligaments. When you first start to develop postural back pain it manifests itself as a low grade ache which tends to be relieved with light exercise or avoiding sitting. But after a while the pain increases and tends to be there most of the time regardless of what you do. It should be noted that a small percentage of back pain is caused by more serious conditions like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression. Symptoms that suggest a more serious back problem are leg pains, pins and needles or weakness in your leg or foot. These symptoms need to be properly assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist So what can you so to reduce back or neck pain? Firstly, break the cycle of sitting for long periods by getting up and moving around every 20 minutes or so and by introducing simple movements that can by Done at anytime, even when sitting (see below). Secondly, a daily routine of stretching and relaxing tight thigh (hamstring) and buttock (gluteal) muscles will help to prevent overloading your lower back muscles when sitting. Thirdly, reduce back or neck pain by relaxing the surrounding muscles and ligament by introducing the following routine 2-3 times a day: 1.Apply heat to the back muscles. A shower, massage or hot water bottle works best. This will help to relax the muscles. 2.Release and relax back muscles through massage, use of a tennis ball or foam roller for 5 to 10 minutes twice daily – purchase a foam roller from www. Physiosupplies. Com/exercise/foam-rollers Here is a video of foam rolling on YouTube 3.Apply movement to the lower back muscles using the suggested exercises below. About a minute of each 3 or 4 times a day will help to recover the overloaded lower back muscles. Breaks in the spine can lead to altered posture, with compressed vertebrae creating the stooped appearance often seen in older people Diagnosis Osteoporosis may be diagnosed directly through the use of a bone scan that measures bone mineral density (bmd). Hi you are over weight weight is loos by decrease intake means food intake and increase out put means increase physical activities. Calculate calories intput and out put take following remedies 1. Barleys soup at the time of lunch nad dinner 2. Have your dinner at 7.30 pm and sleep at 10.30am 3. Exersise atleast 45 min 4. Eat all fruit-vegetable [ex. Hi. I'm facing some strange issue with my consciousness, thoughts, etc. In daily routine. Listed as below: 1) forget minor things, and need efforts to remember. 2) don't feel things around me consciously until I give efforts at looking them, 3) have forgot the past things consciously, need to think very consciously to remember, due to which loss of remembering the past small things which have learnt. 4) things happened just before 2 months, seems once upon a time and opposite sometimes. Its like feeling of time and period is not in order. 5) not able to reason, and use my intellectual in work due to my internal mental situation felt inside. 6) think deeply for a small thing and moving on to endless other thoughts and imagination. 7) no change in mood most often, no happiness, no sadness, no worries, no enthusiasm, carelessness for a particular thing, lost interest, laziness etc. I have been addicted to alcohol since used to have two 750 ml bottle every weekend. However it's now cut down to 2 bottles a month since 1.5 months. I have habit of smoking cigarettes, and also 2-4 puffs of weed every night dat is the days I don't consume alcohol. I have been in a lonely mode since few years, like no socialising with people, and now I feel odd being social due to my behavior, and I become self conscious, while doing the same. My current diet is simple home made food, green tea with lemon juice and honey in morning, 2-3 small cups of coffee or tea per day. I'm not facing any issues with my appetite or digestion, or any other physical issues. I want to know the reason and solution to current mental situation, as I'm not liking the feeling of what I'm feeling now inside. I want an advice how to work this out.

Although graying of hair is a natural process as you get older but at your age it may be a reason of too much stress and bad eating habits. Try to be happy throughout the day. Listen to your favourite music to relax your brain and muscles. Also, Having a highly acidic diet (Junk food, Pickles etc.) increases hair graying. Try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink ample amount of water to keep your body alkaline (opposite of acidic).

What causes tooth decay?

Bacteria and food can cause tooth decay. A clear, sticky substance called plaque is always forming on your teeth and gums. Plaque contains bacteria that feed on the sugars in the food you eat.

As the bacteria feed, they make acids. The acids attack the teeth for 20 minutes or more after you eat. Over time, these acids destroy tooth enamel, causing tooth decay.

Things that make you more likely to have tooth decay include:

- Not brushing and flossing your teeth regularly and not seeing a dentist for checkups and cleanings.
- Eating foods that are high in sugar and other carbohydrates, which feed the bacteria in your mouth.
- Not getting enough fluoride. Fluoride helps prevent tooth decay by making teeth more resistant to acids produced by plaque.
- Not having enough saliva. Saliva washes away food and harmful sugars, so it helps protect your teeth from decay. A dry mouth may be caused by a condition such as xerostomia or sjögren's syndrome, by taking certain medicines, or by breathing through your mouth. Older adults are more likely to have a dry mouth.
- Having diabetes.
- Smoking
- Chewing tobacco.

Have kaunch beej churan 1/2 tsf twice a day with hot milk. Also have more milk, ghee, dates, sweet fruits etc. In diet. Stop excess salt, spices, & sour foods.

U may be suffering from hyperacidity and gerd. You should avoid fried, spicy food items. Avoid cold drinks and tea. Morning walk early in the morning for atleast half an hour. Take proper sleep at night. Raise your head side of the bed to avoid regurgitation of gastric contents.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

take gandharwa hasthadi kshsyam, 2 tsf twice a day, before meals, in half a glass of luke warm water. Take arogyawardhini vati, 2 tabs with abhyarishta, 2 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water after meals, twice a day. Cut down the intake of spicy food, junk food in your diet. Take luke warm water, at least 4 to 5 glasses a day. Continue the regime for 1 month. good luck
