My doctor diagnosed me with typhoid. Prescribed cefika-s for 5 days, twice a day. I have completed my course today. But, since yesterday, I am facing issues as if, I have caught cold. Runny nose, slight headache, inside of throat swelling and like. Is it because of the side effects of the medication or is it just common cold? After taking antibiotics for last 5 days (cefika-s), do I need to take some other antibiotics for these indications? Please help.

if typhoid was declared cured then usually don't need antibiotics for cough cold... 2. antibiotics u used doesn't cause such symptoms of cough cold so it's not side effects

Now a days it is becoming a common practise to perform RCT in small children if the tooth is infected as this can infect other teeth also if not treated.Your Dentist is the better judge to decide this as a physical examination is required to have an ascess to the situation although RCT will not have an impact on eruption of new teeth.

According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height. Do regular exercise daily, yoga, streching your body, sound sleep, all will help. thanks

Hello, as you are having psoriasis problem, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

Shampoo will not control the hair fall.Shampoo has the function to clean the scalp. Hair needs nutritious food and enough amount of water.Oil the scalp 3/week.All this will help you in solving the problem. If hair fall continues then consult Trichologist

Dear sir/madam, Mai 2008 se masturbation ka addict ho gya tha jiski wajah se ab mujhe problem ho rahi hai pehle mai fit and fine rehta tha par ab mere pairo me dard bani rehti hai aur jyada hard work karne par shareer kapne lagta hai aur weakness feel hoti hai aur meri memory bhi bahut low ho chuki hai lekin ab mai is aadat ko chod chuka hu par phir bhi mujhe ye sab problems ho rahi hai please suggest me though which medicines and treatment I can improve my body strength. Hi, Take Staphysagria 200 and Alfaalfa Tonic - both twice daily for 3 weeks. We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.
