I think first he should gain confidence about himself and build a positive self image about himself, if need be a counsellor could really help in this regard. Rest a cosmetic surgeon or a beautician could be of much help to transform his looks and aesthetics.

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Dear lybrate-user, Brain wash ----no vision ----- thinking if brain washingh would have been so easy. To do. On ohters. All the politician might be using it n all the girls n boys m ight be using it on each others. It is a misnomer. Misconception.In Psychology it is called heightened suggestibility. Some people are so susceptible. So weak. Easily accepting the thing. More emotional. Less rational .etc so that brain is washed by every body or by the talks which the brain likes n do not get at home. So check your personality n nature.& try to mould it. Bring more rationality & go for Rational Emotive Therapy with the help of Psychiatrist n Psychotherapist. If any problem feel free to co me to us or call us or have a video conferencing with us but improve.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and a cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad.

Hi ,I am male 26 from Delhi, from past 1 month I am having head ache, some time it pain in the top of head some times back side of head and some times on side , no headache in front. I believe you have given some amount of detail in your description of headache, however you have not mentioned the timelines, what makes the headaches better or worse and do not indicate what kinds of stresses you have which made your doctor tell you that it is" just" that. Also I need to know if you have other medical issues and if you have used medications in the past or are using medications currently. If that is so then you need to consult a psychiatrist. I (29 yrs old, female) initially had pain occasionally in my left foot, which followed only after a lot of walking or carrying the kid for long. When I consulted the doctor, he said that I have a kind of flat foot. He adviced me to have tendocare- once daily for 3 weeks. After I had the medicine for 5 days, the pain increased so much so that I am barely being able to walk properly now. Curving my left foot's thumb towards the body, makes me feel a sensation that is close to a pricking nail (at the point the foot has an arch). The pain is continous (even when I am not walking), getting unbearable & disturbing. Please suggest urgently.

Hello lybrate-user now a days each and every person has some or more amount of stress level. Now a days busy schedule nd life style and also not neglect our dieat for our stress level. So no time for ourself that's way develop stress nd frustration level. U can relive that stress level by yoga; Pranayam ; routine exercise; drawing (do what you like) if your mind will involved in something what you like than automatically your stress level decrease. Yoga and Pranayam will also decrease frustration level. Other issue may always there but you need to find the person whom you trust nd share your problem with them this will also help u.the best person in your life you should trust and they will never judge you are only your family members (mom/dad/siblings) try this what I suggest u. Nd if you fell it's not working and you want to consult psychiatrist than go for it. Be happy and enjoy your life.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.
