How to remove face til. There is a mole either til on my face. I want to remove it completely.

How to remove face til. There is a mole either til on my face. I want to remove it completely.
Hello. Moles are usually since the birth and hence are deep seated. There are several non surgical ways like Lasers. Which you can go for to get those removed, but it depend upon the size of the moles and their colour etc. Few times there might be a mark remaining in that place for which you will have to go for more sittings. Surgical excision is also one of the way you can treat them. But as said the type of treatment will be decided only after examination and discussing with you about your requirement. You can text me online for further enquiry with the pictures if possible. Have a great day.

Use bengel cream twice daily. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please consult me in my clinic or consult me by direct online consultation by sending photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello dear Wart (HPV INFECTION) not harmful to our body. If wart removed surgically it appears again and again because wart roots are deeper in our skin. Surgical procedure is not good for warts. I am having an hair fall and my hair is also very thin and whenever I comb I got some hairs in my hand.

I am having an hair fall and my hair is also very thin and whenever I comb I got some hairs in my hand.
Hi. Let me you about hairfall. As per me, hairfall are of 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga/ gym teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Also, take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert me back.

I had pimple and now there are marks left by the pimple .There are small pores on my skin also.
Acne is a chronic skin condition where there is excessive sebum secretion from your sebaceous glands, blockage and inflammation of pilosebaceous unit due to bacterial infection. It is a common myth that one should let acne as it is without treatment but the fact is that it may worsen if not treated and controlled and may affect personality of individual as it may leave permanent marks. There are many good treatment options today and every case of acne can be controlled. People who have mild acne may have whiteheads, blackheads, papules, pustules. A product containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid often clears the skin. However the treatment does not work overnight. At-home treatment requires 4-8 weeks to see improvement. Once acne clears, you must continue to treat the skin to prevent breakouts. There are the following types of treatment: Acne treatment that you apply to the skin: Most acne treatments are applied to skin called topical treatment. There are many topical acne treatments. Some topicals help kill the bacteria. Others work on reducing the oil. The topical medicine may contain a retinoid, prescription-strength benzoyl peroxide, antibiotic, or even salicylic acid. Clindamycin, adapalene topical gels are prescribed. Once I assess you I can prescribe according to your need. Acne treatment that works throughout the body may be necessary when you have red, swollen types of acne. This type of treatment is usually necessary to treat acne cysts and nodules which may include Antibiotics and Isotretinoin taken orally which can be taken only on prescription of a doctor. Procedures that treat acne: at Clinic we perform following treatments Lasers and other light therapies: These devices reduce the acne as well as scarring. Chemical peels chemoexfoliation with salicylic acid or azeleic acid to treat 2 types of acne — blackheads and papules. Microdermabrasion is superficial skin polish treatment. Acne removal: If required we perform a procedure called “drainage and extraction” to remove a large acne cyst. This procedure helps when the cyst does not respond to medicine. It also helps ease the pain and the chance that the cyst will leave a scar. If you absolutely have to get rid of a cyst quickly, it can be injected with medicine. Waiting for acne to clear on its own can be frustrating. Without treatment, acne can cause permanent scars, low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. To avoid these possible outcomes, I suggest that you come to clinic and treat your acne. When the skin clears, treatment should continue. Treatment prevents new breakouts. Exact treatment that will suit you and your skin can be prescribed only after seeing you and taking your detailed medical history to assess properly.
