Pain due to appendicitis first start around naval (Umblicus) then shift to right lower abdomen. Other causes of Right side pain can be due to Worm infestation, Intestinal Amoebiasis or constipation. 12. There is possibility of Constipation causing stomach related symptoms. Cause can be due to less intake of fibers in the diet. Exercises make your gut move faster. Isabgol/Banana mixed in curd or milk is good source of fiber, which swells up with water, act as stool softener and build pressure.Drink a lukewarm water with half lemon juice and a spoon of Honey and walk will be of some help.

A person with diabetes has to adapt certain life style changes like
1) regular exercise for more than 1 h a day,
2) take a balanced diet, but avoid direct sugar and sweets, deep fried foods and junk food,
3) use whole grain flour for breads,
4) consume more green vegetables and salads,
5) avoid alcohol and smoking. Apart from this primary thing is to take prescribed medication regularly without fail, and periodically get blood sugar checked. When these guidelines are followed and weight is maintained near normal for the height, then one can live a fairly normal life.

Thanks for the query. Maintaining your routine is the best option.
Still if you r awake for studies it's better to have naps in between.
Avoid too much coffee in night.
Nervousness also leads to giddiness. Better relax and do deep breathing exercises. Have good breakfast in the morning as you will have energy to work.
Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps you.
