If there is swelling it can be from uric acid deposition called gout and check your serum uric acid level.

Hi, go for a walk in the morning for an hr. Cut years meal by 20%. Take green tea, twice. Take luke warm water in the morning. Take oats in breakfast, avoid ghee, butter, sweets & junk food you need only 1000 to 1200 calories to maintain years wt. Homoeo care: calcarea carb 30 --5 drps, thrice a day. Fucus vas q--20 drps with 1/4 cup of luke warm water, just 1/2 an hr of each meal. Report after a month tk care.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Hi the following are some of the natural remedies for cold and cough: - add a pinch of turmeric and 1/4 tsf of black pepper powder to hot milk and drink it twice a day. - mix 1 tsf of honey to 1 tsf of basil leaf juice; take it twice a day. - prepare a decoction by boiling one glass of water containing 1 tsf of coriander powder, 1 tsf of pepper powder and 1/2 tsf of ginger powder; reduce it to quarter glass and take it three times a day. - apply turmeric paste on the forehead. - do steam inhalation twice a day by adding 1-2 drops of eucalyptus oil to hot water. - keep 1 grain of crystal salt and 2-3 black pepper in a beetle leaf, roll it and chew it. This relieves cough.

Hi, to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Most probably she is suffering from allergic rhinitis, may be seasonal as you described. Common allergens may be pollens and fungi. Get your child tested for allergies and treat accordingly. Avoid allergens if possible and take some nasal sprays under the guidance of your doctor.

Dear Lybrate User, You need to take Homoeopathic NUX VOM 1000, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. You can also try Homoeopathic Liver Tonic LIV-T (SBL company). Think Before You Ink: The Truth About Tattoo Removal

There are so many reasons people get inked. For some, a tattoo is a form of expression for others, a reminder of incidents and people. Since a tattoo is permanent, it needs to be carefully thought about. Today, you may think having your girlfriend's name inked onto your skin is a way of declaring your love, but what if tomorrow, you break up. Ex-lover's name is probably the most common tattoos that people ask to be removed. Yes, tattoos can be removed, but it isn't as easy as it sounds.

What makes a tattoo permanent is the depth the ink permeates to. Unlike, writing on your skin with a pen, ink in a permanent tattoo is placed in the dermis. This layer of skin lies below the epidermis and cannot be easily accessed. Thus, using a cream or ointment will not help you remove a permanent tattoo. It may help bleach the pigment slightly, but will scar your skin, leaving the area looking worse than it was before. Using an acid to remove tattoos is also not advisable as this will scar the skin.

The only way to effectively remove a tattoo without scarring is with laser treatment. The laser penetrates the skin and breaks up the ink particles. This makes the body's immune system recognize the ink as alien elements and removes them through the lymphatic system. This leaves the rest of your skin undamaged. Laser treatment to remove a tattoo is not a one time procedure and may need to be repeated a number of times depending on the number of colours, size of tattoo and quality of ink used.

A single laser cannot be used to treat all the colours in your tattoo. Lasers of different wavelengths are used to remove different colours. Thus, more the number of colours in a tattoo, the longer it will take to be removed. In some cases, even with laser treatment, the tattoo cannot be completely removed and a shadow may remain. Fluorescent colours are the most difficult to remove. Contrary to popular belief, black and red pigments are the easiest to remove.

Laser treatment can also be used for any skin colour, though it may take a few extra sessions to remove tattoos from a dark skin. The location of your tattoos also plays a great role in determining how easy it will be to remove. The closer the tattoo is to your heart, the better the results.

In most cases, removing a tattoo takes 5-12 laser treatment sessions. This can take from 6 to 12 months as the dermatologist will probably ask you to wait a month between sittings. Each laser treatment session is expensive and hence, removing a tattoo is much more expensive than getting one.

Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
