Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

I have a back pain from last fifteen days. It is not getting well. So what should I do for it to avoid back pain.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, Pregnancy should be unlikely as EC has been taken within 72 hrs of unprotected intercourse. So presently wait for the withdrawal bleed to occur in next 2-3 days. She is having signs of PMS.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. If there is lack of space for the tooth to erupt then you will have to get it removed / extracted. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. You can also do warm saline rinses. It will help in relieving pain.

It seems that your number has changed causing you difficulty in seeing things far away (also called myopia). Get it examined and use the corrected number to alleviate the symptoms.

Hello doc, my this month period is not not yet started my date was 7th Nd I checked pregnancy test but it's negative, I been to doc Nd she gave premature some kind of tab, she said after taking this my period will start, but it's been I week it's not yet started doc Nd suddenly I'm feeling that my stomach was bloating from fews days I have taken omee tab for gas I have taken from Medical store, even I feeling fever Nd cold from last week. I guess you must be under care of a gynecologist in this pregnancy. I hope you have communicated to her about the travel plans and the modes. It is safest to travel between 3-6 months of pregnancy. But many ladies travel from in laws place to mother's place at 7th or 9th month too. So you are not alone. There is no harm in travelling by air, but train travel is relatively more safer, though slower. If you travel by air, do the following: if you feel you can not fit in the routine plane chair, book a business class seat, or travel in the chairs that are easy to get off and get in,(esp those by the plane gates) during travel, keep your seatbelts on almost all times when seated. Drink plenty of water. Some women do not like the air conditioning of planes and tend to get cramps, to avoid this, use a shawl and keep moving your foot up and down, in and out to exercise the calf muscles and to promote circulation. Wear socks on your feet to keep them warm and if the need be, and airport if huge, then ask for" wheelchair" to get you from check in to the plane. Eat only light meals before journey keep eating fruits, or take fruit juices or water every now and then to keep hydrated do visit the bathroom to relieve yourself in the travel from time to time. Eat homemade food and avoid snacking as fried snacks cause more nausea. If you are the kind who has nausea during travel, take anti emetics from your doctor, and use them before and during journey you may ask your gynec to prescribe some" uterine relaxant" tablets to tide over the travel period and a day or two before and after the travel, so as to prevent any untoward incident. Do dress in light comfortable clothes during travel, avoid any jeans, or tight dresses, or tight foot wear. Wear canvas shoes. Or open chappals.

To increase digestion power you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. • Do running and jogging exercise daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol.

Period irregularities may be due to hormonal imbalance. Get a thyroid profile test done and an ultrasound of lower abdomen done. But if, you have doubt for pregnancy then get a blood serum beta hcg done to confirming pregnancy first.
