Green tea help to improve metabolism. You can by any branded green tea. Also you can try apple vineger with warm water. But the most important thing is the right way of exercises to reduce fat from the right place. Tea coffee or anything will help only when you do some right exercises with them. Also avoide using oily and junk food. For proper weight reducing exercise plan msg me in my inbox.

I think it's november 2014. Your cycles are irregular. You need to get an ultrasound pelvis done. Regarding other symptoms please get your blood sugars and also urine exam and culture done.

You feel very pressure in job. Any burdens in job. Please analyse. Feel job as a comfortable manner. Do not feel it is burden. Because of your thought nature. You are getting much pressure in job. Maintain very good relations in job environment. Do your work in comfortable manner. Initially it is very difficult. But practice it. Because it is not one day matter. You have continue so many years. Think always positive manner. Start your work in a positive manner. Do every assignment in a pleasing manner. Develop smile attitude middle of the work. It may be because of muscle tightness. Sitting in one position can increase tightness in some muscles and that could cause pain. Firstly avoid sitting on floor. Then apply hot fomentation on the side of waist that pains three times a day for 15 minutes. Do stretching of muscles like hamstrings, piriformis and calf. That should help you. Also start exercises for your back. Visit a physiotherapist to learn these.

I'm 59+. Everything including hemoglobin kidney lungs heart thyroid prostate b/p heart are okay. But platelet count is only 60k. I repeated the test, but same result was obtained.
