Hiii xyz thanks for asking your query maintaining regular time for going to bed. Avoid seeing excited pictures at night. Avoid smoking, tea, coffee or alcohol at night before going to sleep. Not indulge in any type of work or reading till late night. Should devoid of thoughts tensions before going to bed. Hearing soft music or favorite songs also induces sleep. 5-10 minutes mediation before going for sleep offering prayer before sleep. Washing of hand, feet and face before goes to sleep avoid of day sleep proper evacuation of stool and urine avoid mosquito bites maintain privacy drink buffalo milk + khas khas thanku.

She may be having gastritis 1. Take bland diet, avoid oily, spicy and junk food, 2. Don't skip or postpone your meal, 3. Have proper breakfast 4. Drink plenty of water 5 take one tablet of pan 40 daily in the morning before breakfast

I had intercourse on 26 April and had my periods on may 7 with a heavy flow that I usually have then in the month of June I had my semester exam so I was stressed up .my periods didn't occur and still no signs of periods. Am I pregnant or should I wait for my periods?.

if there was no Intercourse after last periods on may, there's no reason to worry stress of exams does delay the periods don't take hormones to start periods if you are so sure about stress being the only reason for delay stay relaxed through exercises and meditation

Hi, I am 18 years old. I has a fracture before 5 years, its a major fracture. Now my question is I am 74 ks weight I want make my body fit by doing exercise at home it self, like push up etc. While I try to do such exercise the broken hand is paining a little. It's safe to continue the exercise or you want me to do anything else.

you go for fast walking two to five km.daily this will also reduce your weigh.Do not give load to you hand it may cause troublesome. food control will also help to you. Dr. Tare

Whole of the current generation have this habit. It's very little you can do. But I can suggest, that you wake him up every day at 11 am, then after few days at 10, then at 9 and finally at 6 am. This way you can reverse his sleeping cycle. But basically your son seems to be worrying a lot. If he needs your advise, then ask him to do yogasans and pranayam.

My age is 23 the thing is very serious for me. Last years I completed my btech from DELHI with distinction and joined GATE coaching in june 2015, bt in October some infection happened in my penis it started paining I went for doc. I got cured then I started to feel that I will ejaculate any time any where without any erection or such feeling. I was very worried doctors said it's because of tension or smthng I continued to feel. So it affected my life too badly, many times I even EJACULATED without erection in the middle of anything. I fell into DEPRESSION, I talked my parents they were away in hometown they did every possible thing bt I was very nervous I ATTEMPTED a SUICIDE on 29 jan. 2016 I CUT MY WRIST. Anyhow TENDONS were safe my parents rescued me to hospital nothing serious happened. On 8th FEB. I gave my exam I EVEN QUALIFIED, bt things have changed since then I don't like to face my old friends It starts choking when I talk to someone I don't really want to get out and meet people though it's about 5 month now I don't understand what people will think of me when they would know this phase of mine because the reason is so awkward how to get out I am not understanding, I can't get back the confidence for a fresh start. I know people will think I am a looser my thinking has completely changed I spend all day at home don't want to start a job I am stuck PLEASE HELP if you have read this. I will like to explain my situation further.

Dear lybrate-user, you have been a meritorious student having completed btech from delhi with distinction, it is commendable, that you have attempted suicide- does not match with your meritorious profile--what I mean is -- getting into btech in delhi must have been a hercullean task--you managed it, next-- qualifying with distinction--was another great job done by you. So, if you could manage all that hard work -- I am very sure you can manage your life as well. Please do not loose heart and remember your good past-- you are an achievers--these small tensions can not pull you down. Believe me-- you only need some help and this can be cured. Please see a psychiatrist at the earliest for help and guidance. Am hopeful you will be fine soon.

Not at all. It's all in the mind whether you really want to reduce weight the natural way and strive hard for it. Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Plus, the only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes. Between the two, running burns more calories, but walking really isn't too far behind. Take personalised expert dietary advice. Thanku.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash.
