Hi Sanjay... yes hormones can increase the body... I can't suggest you the ayurvedic medicine.. But you may take homoeopathic medicine.. Baryta Carb 1M one dose every week for 3 weeks..

Hi, I am having PCOS since 4 months now. Started with delayed periods since May then I consulted Gynac in June After ultrasound got to know I have PCOS. She asked me to have Normoz for 3 months and gave some Vit. D and folic acid. Again need to meet her. Quite tensed. Planning to have a baby since Jan still not succeed. I am obese and cannot shed weight too. I am broken now.

Hi lybrate-user, you should not give up, because you need patience to achieve pregnancy. First need to loose weight. Follow proper diet, exercise. Once you loose weight it will be easy to achieve pregnancy.

Hello Mintu the brain fevercould be either be due to some virus or bacteria or as sideeffect of high grade fever .it can affect to any age child n it results in seizures ,unconciousness etc

Increase your sleep time to 7 to 8 hours a day. Do not interrupt your sleep and sleep during night times only. Take small naps if possible. Drink water. Get your hemoglobin checked.

The weight gain in the body is due to the more of the calories in your diet than you burn in the whole day. One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your crabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. Make sure to include workout schedule at least 5 times a week along with maintaining rest session and complete sleep for a healthy body and mind.

Hello- due to excessive indulgence in sexual activites your" oja" (source of immune response in body) has been reduced and due to which now you have lost the control for sex. Blood and semen are the two main entities of the body which is responsible for life and death so in any circumstance it is not recommended to waste them. Use these ayurvedic medicines, which will increase your inner strength- 1) pushpa dhanwa ras 1 tab twice daily. 2) tab shilapravanga special 1 tab twice daily. 3) try to minimize your sexual activites or you will face some serious health issues in the near future.

Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
