Take your meals slowly. Don't drink any cold drinks or alcohol between meals. Take Gasex tabs. 2+2+2 half hour after meals. Take chitrakadi vati. 2+2+2. Half hour before meals. Do meditation, pranayam, surynamaskar daily twice a day. Take only healthy food.

Hi I am a 27 year old male, few months back I suffered severe diarrohea and after that I notice a single small lump around the anus, after few days it started itching and burning, then I went to a gastro and he told me that I have external pile and given me an ointment to apply and said it wil b ok after few days. I got relief but the small lump is still there, and now its about 6 months with on and off burning. Please tel me how to get clear that lump.

Dear, after severe diarroea you ave deloped anal fissure due to forceful repeated bowel actions. External pile develops around it which is nothing but swollen skin. Fissure has gone in chronic stage hence it gives you ocassional burning and if you carefully notice it would reappear after passage of hard faeces. Here are few suggestions: 1. Drink plenty of fluids 2. Take high fiber and high residue diet like salads, green leafy veg. Fruits like papita, banana, mango etc. 3. Take emolient laxative like cremaffin syrup 1 teaspoonful at night 4. Isabgol powder 3-4 tsf in 300 ml of water at night 5. Leave sedentary lifestyle and start walking or exercises regularly 6. Apply zincal ointment in side anus with finger turn it around twaice day especially before bowel action. 7. Take siitz" s bath- sit in a tubful of warm water for 15-20 minutes. 8. Avoid taking pain killers if possible Dr. Kirtan mehta.

Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Management: - Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air (wrap a warm stole or muffler around neck). -Take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -Take enough sleep and rest.

Constipation should not be removed with medicines. Take care of your diet like fibre food, intake of plenty water. You can also take one piece of harde daily and see the change.

I am 48 years old male. For last few years I had been getting over weight. I am 173 cms tall and weigh 101kg. The weight is mainly on stomach. Now the stomach is so big that size 46 shirts will only fir for me. My chest hands etc are normal. Inspite of no regular drinking for past 2 years the stomach is not reducing. As I have some arthritis heavy joint pains prevent me from normal exercise like walking running etc. I am taking medicine to reduce uric acid. Which little bit over the allowable limit. Now for last 2 years I am not getting proper erection during sexual activity. Kindly help me to attain normalcy. I do not smoke. I have 2 0r 3 peg brandy once or twice a month at weekends. I am a non-veg. I have a borderline bp and cholesterol. Please advise me of how to come out of this situation and lead normal life.

according to my calculations, your bmi (body mass index) is coming to be over 40 kg/m2 which means that you have morbid obesity. In this case, you have to reduce at least 25-30 kgs of weight in order to come within the healthy range. The best option for you would be bariatric surgery (weight loss surgery) which would not only result in long term and effective weight loss but also reduce the risk of obesity related diseases like diabetes, hypertension, etc. The decrease in sexual potency may also be the result of obesity which causes hormonal imbalance in the body which would be corrected after losing adequate weight.

Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don’t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. The top layers are kept cool with a gel. The extra collagen produces improves elasticity and produces younger looking skin, removing all blemishes.

All these are equally proven ways to treat blemishes. The decision of choosing one particular method should be completely based on your expectations.

Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.
