10) hello, fat around belly is generally due to poor digestion and irregular menses in females. Try these ayurvedic tips- a) avoid fast food and non-veg diet. You are doing excessive masturbation. Daily masturbation is definitely harmful for future married life. It can cause erectile dysfunction, early discharge, sperms count, size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem also in the long run.

SPERM COLOUR, QUANTITY AND THICKNESS changes according to physical condition and sexual intercourse / masturbation timing and related mental and physical conditions. Therefore, don't think too much about the thickness or quantity of sperm. If you want to know the quality of sperm, get your sperm checked for that. Take heavy breakfast, then lunch at every day fix time, eat something light food at at evening and then have dinner at 8.00pm and sleep after 2-3 hr of dinner 3. Avoid junk food, bakery product, spicy, late night dinner and sleep 4. Do exercise at morning at least 45 min every day till you sweat 5. Take following remedies a] triphala kadha at night 30 ml b]arogya vardhini vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire.

Don't drink any alcohol, quit smoking, never take more of medicine for a longer duration, eat well rounded meals a healthy diet, low cholesterol low fat, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grain, diary product lean protein avoid raw undercooked eysters and sellbfish. Lot of water by mouth do free hand exercises.

Hi doctor, my baby doesn't pass motion from 3 days and he has constipated. I gave to duflac syrup. This syrup was previously doctor prescribed. I gave one day 10 ml. He passed motion. Hii. 10 ml is a too high dose for 14 mon baby. Kindly give only 5 ml daily at night time. Titrate the dose acc to bowel habits. Constipation is a common prob with kids. Don worry.

Dear lybrate-user ji. You are having piles as per your symptoms but if rectum also comes out then prolapse need to be rule out. There may be associated fissure also. But exact diagnosis can only be made after thorough clinical examination. See it depends on the severity and grade of disease and type of disease whether it will be cured by medicines or require any surgery. Its better if you visit any surgeon nearby. Meanwhile avoid spicy food, drink plenty of water and take some laxative for constipation.
