Hi, take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and rhinorin lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Do steam inhalation twice daily. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform pranayama daily in the morning for 10- 15 mins.

Hi st and t waves flattening is a very un specific change which indicates myo cardial ischemia at first you have to make it sure that the cause is cardiac a TREAD MILL TEST should be done along with echo to find out the intensity of problem inferior leads signify a problem in right side heart artery once confirmed if you havem mild coronary artery problem life style modification can be given a try but as I said depends on intensity of problem thanks.

Yes, it's mandatory to check thyroid of baby at 72 hrs. Also mother should continue treatment till delivery. Thyroid will be treated again after 6 weeks to decide whether to continue treatment.

Hello you need to focus on exercise like walking or stretching for at least 20-30 mins 5 days a week along with healthy lifestyle. Avoid fried foods, sweets n carbonated beverages include foods like green tea, buttermilk, salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, kakri, carrot, cabbage, fruits like watermelon, apple, pear, lemon water. Mr. Lybrate-user, if a person has hypothyroidism then he/she will have increase in weigh, intolerance to cold, swelling of face and lower limbs, slow heart rate, difficulty in speech, inability to concentrate, irregularity of menstrual periods, excess flow, early fatigue, constant tired feeling, anxiety and depression. In females conception is difficult, pregnancy out comes are not good, there may be miscarriages. Precautions are: to take medicine regularly, avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Plus should consume a good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Plus exercise regularly to avoid weight gain.

300 Calories is the average calorific value of our daily sugar intake. It's no wonder then that dietician and weight loss (Learn more about weight loss) gurus across the world will advise you to quit added sugar as the first step of a weight loss program. Added sugar refers to processed sugar in the form of cubes, sugar crystals or powdered sugar and does not include natural sugars found in fruits, vegetables etc. Apart from cakes and sweets, we eat added sugar in a number of ways including a number of packaged foods like sauce and salad dressings.

If you consume a lot of sugar on a daily basis, quitting added sugar could leave you with withdrawal symptoms. Quitting added sugar is not easy, but here are a few reasons it is well worth the effort.

Hi, Take tab. Shallaki 400 mg 1-2 tabs 3 times a day depending on the severity of the pain. Take Balarista 2tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water and Maharasnadi Khadha 2 tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water. Apply Rumalaya liniment to the affected joints and massage in circular motion for 10-15 mins and then take hot water fomentation. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, recently harvested rice, jackfruit, etc. Which aggrevate the pain. You can even undergo physio- therapy for 10-15 days.

Hiv is such a disease in which patient remain asymptomatic for long period and mean time spread the infection to others. Hiv does not spread by touching and living with infected person. If you have any doubt about hiv in your gf please do not make any unprotected sex with your gf till you ensure that she is hiv negative. Hiv can not be tested without informing person as it is not legal and non ethical. Only way you both should get tested for hiv after due counseling. Govt is providing free hiv testing at ictc in any govt hospital. Please go to govt hospital and get your hiv test done. You need detailed consultation and counseling on hiv/aids.

Dear Lybrate User, Stress, improper diet is one of the reason for weight gain along with that lack of exercise , improper sleep , outside eating habit etc causing weight gain. so for loosing weight not only diet but also exercise is important. do at least 30 min exercise at home . take home made meal on regular time , choose fresh and healthy diet , eat seasonal fruits once in a day and take proper 7-8 hr sleep. meditation is helpful for reliving work pressure/stress . Diet chart to control & treat the diabetes. * in morning, drink 1-2 glass of luke warm water empty stomach & walk for 15 minutes to detoxy the body. In breakfast, take 2 chapatis of gram flour (besan) with a bowl of cooked vegetables (green leafy vegetables only) * in lunch take 2 chapattis of wheat flour with a bowl of cereals (dal) with a bowl of curd. * in evening, take a bowl of salads or a fruit like apple / orange / pear/ melon. * in night, take a bowl of boiled soyabeans with raw vegetables like tomatos/ cucumber/ onion. After dinner avoid taking milk & walk for atleast 15 minutes after dinner. * avoid food items like rice, potatos, banana, chiku, sweets, candy& chocolate.

Avoid protein rich diets like mutton, egg, fish, sea food (sardines)/prawn 2. Avoid pulses, lentill, mushrooms, green leafy vegetablles like broccoli, cauli flower, cabbage, spinach, beans, peas 3. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, black cherry, lime etc 4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass) daily 5. Avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks, excess sweets cakes/cookies 6. Reduce weight if overweight
