I like to gain some weight, muscles in my body, my height is 6 feet n weight is just 66 kg. I'm a working guy n couldn't manage regular diet so far. I need a proper diet chart that can be followed by an official guy, I don't want involve any market based protein powders n all.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

You may eat supplement essential 2025.4 scoops in a glass of warm water or milk. You need to take high calorie and high protein diet.

I am having trouble falling asleep. I haven't slept since few months. This problem started from 4 months ago. I have been stressed out earlier and had the same issue but everything used to get normal after few days. But this time it's been 4 months and I can't sleep. My mind doesn't stop thinking about all bad things happened or might happen in future. All mistakes I made all regrets everything's is holding me up. All these thoughts in my mind and just doesn't let me sleep.

take punarnavadi kshayam, 3 tsh in half a glass of luke warm water before meals twice a day. Take saraswatarishta, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water after meals with 1 tab of manasmitra vatakam. Take ashwagandha churna powder, 1 tsf in a glass of hot milk, 1 hr after breakfast. Do gentle massage all over the body with bala oil. Stop all cold eatables in your diet. Take rice khichdi, rice and moong daal in your diet. Do regular morning walks, yoga. Spend some valuable time for yourself. continue the regime for 45 days. Repeat the regime if required with a gap of 15 days. good luck

I am 45 yrs. Old female and I have acute lower back pain since one week. What should I do?
Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

Pimples are due to hormonal changes, pollution, excess sweating on face, application of cosmetics, Wash ur face 4 times daily with Face washes meant for acne Stop applying any creams on face Except pimples ointment Take dr.
