Hello, this delay is likely to be stress induced of pregnancy is rule d out . You may wait for another 5 days and if no menses then opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.

Hello, Black spots or hyperpigmentation can be due to internal or external factors. So, need more details to rule out the internal causes. Meantime, if the problem is due to external causes, follow the below points: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater ? apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines ? Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day ? for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Your BMI is 19.6 which means you are in 'Normal' weight category. You should focus more on increasing strength and fitness. There is no need for extra weight or bulk. In next 5-10 years you will naturally put on weight. Hence it a good right now to remain slim and fit. You should not compare with others. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one butter /cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Tennis Elbow - Tips To Help You Prevent It!

Tennis elbow is a condition which is characterized by a sharp pain on the outer portion of the elbow. This condition is also called ‘lateral epicondylitis’ and it occurs when the muscles of the elbow are overused. The symptoms of pain tend to occur near the forearm when you bend your elbow or try to grip an object.

Causes
The elbow joint comprises of muscles which facilitate movement of the wrist, elbows and the fingers. There are tendons present in the elbow which join the muscles and bones, thus regulating the forearm muscles. When the muscles of the elbow are overused, then it can lead to inflammation and tears in the muscles.

This condition is so called as it is usually caused by playing certain sports, primarily tennis. It may also be caused by activities that put repetitive stress on the elbow. If the same pain occurs around the inner portion of the elbow, it is called a ‘golfer’s elbow’.

Prevention
The best treatment method to prevent tennis elbow is to strengthen your elbow muscles. You need to follow a regulated strength and stretching program directed at strengthening the muscles of the body, including the elbows.

Here are some tips to prevent tennis elbow:

  1. Try to stay in good shape physically.
  2. Use proper technique when you are carrying out any activity that involves the elbow.
  3. Avoid overstressing the elbow joint with repetitive movements as it can cause injury to the tendon.
  4. The muscles of the shoulder, arm and the upper back should be strengthened to prevent tennis elbow.
  5. For movements that require you to twist your arm or grasp things, you can use a counter force brace to protect your elbow. This brace is worn on the forearm which redistributes pressure on the muscle. A counter force brace is recommended for people who are at an increased risk of tennis elbow. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Orthopedist.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: for pimples -- apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. Also take kali brom 30 - twice daily.

It may be due to some vitamins which is necessary for hair. So you can take tab. FOLLIHAIR NEW at morning, Tab. KERABLAK at night. N ALTRIS 5 solution once a day over scalp. With that you can prevent grey hair n will increase your hair growth.

Lybrate-user, always before and after meal chew 1 tea spoon of fennel seeds (soanf). Take 1 glass buttermilk (chhanch) with your lunch. Focus more on your breakfast, do not take heavy dinner, and do not eat after 7 in the evening. Take at least 7 hrs of sleep. You will feel much better.
