Get your teeth cleaned professionally by scaling and polishing. If you are not satisfied with the results go for bleaching of teeth. some cases there are intrinsic stains due to excessive fluoride in water or due to some medication taken by your mother during her pregnancy time

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

take tab paracetamol 1 tab tds, you did not told any other symptoms, like soar throat, cold, fever comes daily or alternate days etc i would have helped you better. welcome for further help.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc...Dear donot get depressed u will loose ur weight soon be calm coz depression further cause weight gain. Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul and 2 tab triphala guggul twice a day with luke warm water 30 min after meals/1month. Revert me back after 30 days. Good luck and be happy.

Seems to be frozen shoulder due to high sugars or other complication. See needs to go for physiotherapy and ultrasonic diathermy of shoulder joint for partial relief.

Diet+exercise will help in weight loss. Follows small meal pattern, increase intake of fiber, try adding salads to every meal, keep sipping water and never skip meals. Avoid sugars, soda, fizzy drink.

Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.

I always think negative. Lots of thoughts go through my mind. I try to ignore but it continues. What to do?
When our mind is hooked into past it is normal to have lot of negative thoughts and in turn feeling low. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. We have immense potential within us and we could tap into those one step at a time, one day at a time. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.

According to your height your weight should be 57 kg. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink water 3 lit/day but not during meals. Stay always active and take proper rest. These will help you to get healthy life.

Mix about 3 teaspoons of lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Apply this paste and leave it on for half an hour; then wash with water. Or make a puree from 2 medium-sized tomatoes and mix this with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply this to darkened skin for about 20 minutes.

Soak your feet in warm water for about 10 mnts clean them properly by scrubbing after that wipe of the excess water and massage pure glycerine on it do it repeatedly for a few days and your feet will improve

Daily physical exercise & proper diet can help you in gaining weight. Follow these simple weight gain tips: eat nutritious & balanced food. Milk, milk products, pea nut butter helps in gaining weight. Daily exercise for 40-60 mins. Daily drink 3-4 ltrs of water. Daily sleep for 6-7 hours.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Please do not think of weight reduction without diet and exercise because it is only the right way. Other ways will give you temporary effect such as using meal replacement oral drinks etc which is medically not advisable.

If you masturbate frequently because you feel lonely, find ways to be as socially engaged as possible. This means that you should join as many clubs or activities as you can, accept and give more invitations to people, and go out of your way to make more friends. If you want to date someone, consider asking a friend to set you up or join an online dating site. •Another thing you can do is to limit the times when you are likely to be home alone. If you tend to masturbate in the hour or two before your parents get home from work, go for a walk during that time, or do your homework in a coffee shop. •Even if all of your friends are busy, you can still limit your impulse to masturbate by going out in public. For instance, instead of watching the game at home by yourself, watch it at a sports bar. Even if you're not hanging out with friends, you will not be alone, ultimately having no time for masturbation. Stop watching porn on your computer. Take Acid phos 30 - once daily and get back after 3 weeks.

I workout everyday, so I sweat and eventually I have to wash my hair everyday. Which is making my hair dry, dull and damaged. I do apply almond oil and massage it 3 times a week, used egg to enrich it. It worked only for few days.

Hi daily hair wash n excessive use of soaps n shampoo can leave your hair dry and brittle. Hair wash with shampoo is recommended twice or thrice weekly. You can wash only with water and avoid shampoo if you have to wash daily. Apart from this there are other causes of dryness like deficiency of vitamins and other minerals depending on your diet and life style. You can get your vitamin d3 and vitamin b12 checked, which are most common. If found deficient you can take capsules for vitamin d3 and there are injections available for b12. Other tests are also required that can be advised based on your diet and life style details. If these things are taken care of, your problem will be solved. Hope this information was useful to you.
