Dear lybrateuser, avoid drinking drinking cold water or any other cold drink. Drink luke warm water & warm tea, milk, soup. Do gargles at least 2-3 times in a day, in a glass of water add a pinch of salt. Also do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day. Avoid dust in & outside the house for which you can use a mask. You can take syrup chericof 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. If still no relief then consult a doctor as you may require to do investigations to find out the cause of your cough & take proper treatment.

Hello sir am umendhar from India. First I wanna tell you my problem .i have a panic attack and anxiety with Agropobhiya. When I was going to out side when I walking in a road and going market and villages city. When I was a alone and driving. Some places. I can't stay .it's suddenly comping a panic. Anxious. Hello. A heart disease patient should not be taking much oils. And all oils are bad. Use rise bran oil in cooking. Less sugars. Less fatty food. Consult an expert on this if you need.

this is fact that when take medicines of high cholesterol it reduced and when stopped it again increases. if don't want English medicines. You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/ t.g. By using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day 2.reduce your weight if overweight 3.Reduce salt intake 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, Fruits, 6.Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, Tobacco, 7.Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion 8.Do Yoga, Meditation, and deep breathing exercise 9. Monitor your Bp regularly and consult Physician for treatment 10. Have adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily.

Hi dear that medicine is callled disulfuram when tou take alcohol your body converts alcohol into other forms but disufuram converts alcohol into aldehde which causes severe nausea and vomiting. Body becoming red ios also apart of that reaction your wife must be mixing those medicines in food or something so please checkaldehde which causes severe nausea and vomiting.

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain, hyper acidity or muscle pull 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4 Avoid Alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 6..Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain. 7. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 8.if you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ECG and consult cardiologist 9.Consult me for further advice

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. Your husband should these simple measures to reduce cholesterol and blood sugar like exercise for atleast 1 hr a day and more if obese avoid junk and oily foods eat healthy foods like green leafy vegetables and fruits salt should be restricted to 2 to 3 gms per day. Periodically check your blood pressure and lipid profile and take drugs in consultation with local physician.
