I am 28 years old and having vitamin complex - c and k. For leg pain try this. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly. *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. * If you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. 1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Consult me for further advice

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello there are so many cause for leg pain. Check your vit b 12 report take good diet high with protein & calcium. Take ors liquid & drink more water due dehydration in summer also cause leg pain. Follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Get cervical X ray AP and lateral done and review with reports Consult Physician/me for Further Management

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear lybrate user, this could b bcoz of a muscle spasm or an early stage of spondilitis. Try to keep ur back and neck straight. Limit use of electronic gadgets like tv, mobile, pc, laptop. Try some neck exercises, if u feel better then its ok or better get investigated. For homoeopathic medicines consult privately.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. I am 56 yr male. I am suffering from psoriatic arthirites. I am taking methotrexate 5mg 1 tab per week since a year. Though there is no marked improvement but under control. What are other options?

I have this problem since September 2015. I was sitting on floor on my feet without any other support when I suddenly felt pain in lower back on left side as if something was stretched there. I have had x ray and doctor says my spine is perfectly normal. I have had physiotherapy twice and acupressure as well but my problem is not properly cured. I always feel discomfort in my back when I bend forward and I can't do exercise like before and I am gaining weight. Also now I sometimes feel discomfort on right side also. I want know can it be treated or will be like this always as 1 year has already passed and can some food preferences cure or aggregate the problem?

According to a study 70% of cyclist overextend the area between their pelvis and the lower end of the spine. Core strength is very important in lower back pain. Your core strength includes your back muscles. These muscles all work together to give your core stability. Focus on strengthening your core when your working and that will help with your lower back pain. Having poor spinal health due to bad posture (on and off the bike) can cause lower back pain while riding. Lack of flexibility can contribute to lower back pain while riding a bike. Stretch and avoid tightness in your hamstrings and legs. Avoid raising handlebars so that your spine is in an upright position. A straight back doesn't allow any give when you hit road bumps, and will only make your vertebrae jam together, which will aggravate existing back pain. Riding style can cause lower back pain especially when climbing or changing big gears. The angle of your back is increasing and decreasing causing a strain on your back. Make sure your seat is in the right position. Tilt the front tip of your saddle down about 10 to 15 degrees. This little adjustment will pressure off your pelvis and lower spine. Seat height should be so that your down leg is fully extended when the heel of that foot is on the pedal in the 6 o'clock position. Have the ball of that foot on the pedal; there should be a slight bend in your knee in the down position. Don’t lock your knees! Having your knees lock can cause injury and an upsetting feeling in your lower back.
