Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning for 6 days.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

My left Leg knee and ankle pains a lot, and feels more heavier, B-12 (450.8 pg/ml) and D-3 (39.11 ng/ml) levels are now normal after been low for consecutive 4 years, also I feel pain in my left side back if I sit for more hours, and my left eye has gone noticeably small in last few years. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold). Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

I have back pain from 4 months if I walk continuously for 20 minutes or even if I stand straight with my chest out and shoulders back for more than 10 minutes or if I climb stairs if I ride motorbike for more than 25 minutes per day or even if I climb stairs. Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. To break that fatigue it is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to store the energy. . And also you can check with your calcium & vitamin levels in your body by consulting a general physician. You can also improve the protein diet in your body. If the leg is longer than the other leg then the footwear can be modified with the heel length which will definitely resolve the current problem

I am 28 year old female and it professional. Since last month I am having pain in left side of the body (left hand, leg, ear, chest and left side of head). This pain occurs occasionally and not a continuous pain. Along with this most of the time numbness occurs in my left hand and left leg. Also the finger tips of left hand get swell and I feel as if there is no sensation in my hand. I feel weakness and shivering sensations. Also suffering from loss of appetite and insomnia. It appears to be a musculo skeletal problem. May I know the profession you pursue. I feel it is a work related problem. Otherwise so many complications cannot come up as all are interrelated to each other. Stress the main reason and learn to manage the same. Plan properly and do what you can. Do not force things on you to achieve everything under the sun. Be realistic and everyone. Has limitations. Try the following sincerely and give the feedback after a week. When the pain is on, press and release the right hand little finger nail on both sides 20 times. While pressing breath in and breath out while releasing. Also measure 3 finger breadth from the wrist crease of your palm and give pressure with your finger or with a blunt edge of a pen 10 times. Apart from this devote some time for breathing and and meditation in the morning. Consult me with your progress for further guidance.

What is the severity of pain? is the pain continous or intermittent? is it pulsating? since pain is a complex phenomenon, there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Dear. Sometimes only medicines will not help. Try heat fermentation twice a day for a week with any pain relief ointment for back pain. If still you feel pain then you need to take ultrasonic and inferential therapy. For cough you can get piriton-syrup or better.

Do you feel back pain while lifting heavy weight? then you need to strengthen your back and core muscles. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief.

There is upper portion like kidney and ureter and lower portion bladder and urethra. The symptoms are different. There may burning during passing urine or cloudy urine blood in ur in smell in urine etc. it will take time aboub10 to 15,days. If you want homeo treatment then call privately.
