If it is because of lying continuously, then these are bed sores. It's essential to keep wounds clean to prevent infection. If the affected skin is not broke, gently wash it with water and mild soap and pat dry. Apply antibiotic powder or cream. Avoid pressure on blisters. Have healthy diet. If it is open wound, take surgeons opinion. May require oral antibiotics. Hope this answer helped you.

Your rotator cuff muscles are weak probably first go for shoulder rehab to a gud physiotherapist and then start playing also take calcium and glucosamine daily.

Hi Doctors, my fathers is around 60 years old. He is facing a problem for a long time which is swallowing on the feet. He said whenever he drinks some cold drinks or chilled beverages, he experiences swallowing on his feet and around ankles. He is a gastric person for a long time and he sits a lot as his job is like that. Kindly guide what could be the reasons for this issue. Thanks a lot for your assistance.

Sitting for longer hours in one position with dangling legs causes venous stasis ankle pumps, stockings and elevating leg by resting in a stool with take away the swelling for immediate relief ask him to lie down and raise his legs above chest level on a stick of pillows and move anklr up and down continuosly to decrease swelling.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area.

Hello 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits.

Hi lybrate-user Actually it is just a cervical strain, may b due to travelling, working continuously in front of monitor, using pillow, using mobile etc So You need posture correction by physiotherapist, mild analgesics to relieve pain now. Then go for lifestyle modification like stop using pillow, stretching exercises in between work, avoid bending and lifting work, watching TV or reading in sleeping posture.

Please try to inculcate healthy life style. Leave the vices like smiling and drinking with determination. Sleep early. Get up early. Start the day with brisk walk. Jogging. Exercise is a very good tool to weed away minor depression. Avoid drinking partners as much as you can. Stop taking fried items. Junk food etc. To bring down your body weight. So far your abdominal pain is concerned. Please get dome check up done by your family doctor and may do some tests luke blood for cbc. Esr. Stool and urine for r/e. And a ultra son of rap by of abdomen and pelvis. If you suffer from low backache you may need to go for more tests. May take guidance from a dietician. Don't give up. You can do wonders with little adjustments of your daily routine.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

It could be due to viral fever. Take over-the-counter medicine for fever. Do lukewarm water gargles twice a day. Take adequate rest. Eat healthy diet. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.
