For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

There is a possibility. I would advice you to get a hormonal assay done- Thyroid function test, prolactin, FSH,LH and a Pelvic USG . Treatment will then depend on the results.

अकसर लोग यौन-शक्ति को बढ़ाने कि लिए तरह-तरह के उपचार, उपाए और नुस्खे खोजते रहते है। कई लोग तो यौन-शक्ति की कमी को लेकर इतने परेशान हो जाते है कि वो महंगे से महंगा उपाए भी करने से परहेज नहीं करते। लेकिन परेशान होने की जरूरत नहीं है, अगर आप कुछ घरेलु नुस्खों को अपनाए तो आपकी सेक्स लाइफ की परेशानियां भी हो सकती है छूमंतर।



लहुसन:- कच्चे लहसुन की 2-3 कलियो का प्रतिदिन सेवन करना यौन-शाक्ति बढ़ाने का बेहतरीन घरेलु उपचार है।



प्याज:- लहसुन के बाद प्याज एक और कारगर उपाय है। सफेद कच्चे प्याज का प्रयोग अपने नित्य आहार मे करें।



काले चने:- काले-चने से बने खाद्य-पदार्थ जैसे डोसा आदि का हफ्ते मे 2-3 बार प्रयोग काफी लाभकारी होता है।



गाजर:- 150 ग्राम बारीक कटी गाजर को एक उबले हुए अंडे के आधे हिस्से मे एक चम्मच शहद मिलाकर दिन में एक बार सेवन करे। इसका प्रयोग लगातार 1-2 महीने तक करें।



भिंडी:- प्राचीन भारतीय साहित्य के अनुसार 5-10 ग्राम भिंडी की ज़ड के पाउडर को एक गिलास दूध तथा दो चम्मच मिश्री मे मिलाकर नित्य सेवन करने से आपकी यौन-शक्ति कभी कम नही प़डेगी।



सफे द मूसली:- यूनानी चिकित्सा के अनुसार सफेद मूसली का प्रयोग भी बेहद लाभदायक होता है। 15 ग्राम सफेद मूसली को एक कप दूध मे उबालकर दिन मे दो बार पीने से यौन-शक्ति बढ़ती है।



सहजन:- 15 ग्राम सहजन के फूलो को 250 मिली दूध मे उबालकर सूप बनाए। यौन-टौनिक के रूप मे इसका सेवन करे।



अदरक:- आधा चम्मच अदरक का रस, एक चम्मच शहद तथा एक उबले हुए अंडे का आधा हिस्सा, सभी को मिलकार मिश्रण बनाए प्रतिदिन रात को सोने से पहले एक महीने तक सेवन करे।



खजूद:- बादाम, पिस्ता खजूर तथा श्रीफल के बीजो को बराबर मात्रा मे लेकर मिश्रण बनाए। प्रतिदिन 100 ग्राम सेवन करे।



किशमिश:- 30 ग्राम किशमिश को गुनगुने पानी मे धोए, 200 मिली दूध मे उबाले तथा दिन मे तीन बार सेवन करे। ध्यान रखिए की प्रत्येक बार ताजा मिश्रण तैयार करे। धीरे धीरे 30 ग्राम किशमिश की मात्रा को 50 ग्राम तक करें।



ताजे फलो का सेवन:- यौन-शक्ति कमजोरी से पीडित रोगियो को शुरू में 5-5 घंटे के अंतराल से विशेष रूप से ताजा फलो का आधार लेना चाहिए उसके बाद वह पुन: अपनी नियमित खुराक धीरे-धीरे प्रारंभ कर सकते है। रोगी को धूम्रपान , शराब चाय तथा कॉफी के सेवन से बचना चाहिए, और विशेष रूप से सफेद चीनी तथा मैदे या उनसे बने उत्पादो का परहेज करना चाहिए।

It seems as if you are bothered with irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat.Add fruits of season to lunch. Extra effort for the problem may be taken in the form of 2 spoons of honey added to half a cup of Lukewarm water every morning empty stomach is excellent remedy. A week or so, if followed the above, still persistent, medicines may be prescribed. Not now. Hope satisfied Regards

The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

Hi lybrate-userhere are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Dear doc I have this acute problem of itching all over my body only during summers. Though I use shower gel roung the year. But in summer I get it while having bath and when there is change of clothes. Please advise any medicine.
