Psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis. Researchers found several studies linking obesity to an increased risk for psoriatic disease. These studies indicate that a higher body mass index (bmi) is associated with an elevated risk for developing psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, as well as increased disease severity. Obesity may provide the nudge that triggers psoriasis in people who are already predisposed to it, researchers also found that in overweight individuals, losing weight may improve the effectiveness of treatments. Now to increase height is not possible. Weight is not important, important is you shoud be active. Drinkk 10-12 glass of water, eat gud quantity of fruits, do some exercise daily.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash you may consult me privately on this site check my economical packages on this site.

If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward . Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

You are having a problem for the last three years and still you have not consulted any doctor is very strange. You are neglecting your health. It may be a common ailment like amoebiasis or it may be some other disease. You may have to undergo medical exam and certain tests before any treatment can be given. Hello Lybrate user, fungal infection such as candidiasis are very common. It can easily be treated by taking few antifungal drugs. If this candidiasis has taken place in oral cavity a dentist, anywhere else visit a dermatologist. Let the doctors examine the infection and let him decide which antifungal drugs and what dose will suit you.

Hi lybrate-user! There are many reasons why you are not feeling hungry when you visit your village. Multiple reasons like being excited with relatives or friends, new place, climatic change, not idol, different taste etc makes you feel not hungry. But whatever the reason is, it is not a serious problem so you need not worry about this unless otherwise it is the same at your place and village (not feeling hungry) but it is only when I visit village so nothing wrong in your body. It is a must that you eat at least small quantity during breakfast, lunch and dinner, should not keep your stomach empty only then your health will be affected. So take care. Eat well wherever you go or stay on time.

You can stop your existing medication and instead start Glycomet Gp Forte (1/1000mg) at night. Also, do a HbA1c level. And repeat blood sugar levels fasting and PP after 7 days.

Follow these tips to get relief- 1. Take simple analgesics like paracetamol, ibuprofen for relief. 2. Apply analgesic cream over back and do cold compress for 10- 15 mins. You can try moist warm fomentation if comfortable with it. 3. Take rest for 3- 4 days. Perform limited daily activities but not complete best rest. 4. Maintain good posture- don't slouch when sitting. Do not bend forward or lift weights. Sleep with pillow between knees. 5. Start back strengthening exercises when you are pain free. All these measures will relieve your back pain if it's due to muscle strain. If you have radiating pain lower limbs or weakness/ numbness of legs consult with your doctor locally as these signs indicate nerve compression.
