Symptoms of diabetes:Excessive thirst,excessive urination,weight loss,lack of concentration and interest,Increased hunger,tiredness,blurred vision,tingling sensation or numbness of limbs. Symptoms of prostate cancer:Frequent urination specially at night.difficulty starting urination,difficulty in erection,painful ejaculation,burning urination,blood in urine or semen,weak or interrupted of flow of urine.

The first and foremost step to lighten your complexion includes avoiding too much sun exposure. Typically, the skin darkens when exposed to sunlight because it produces a substance, called melanin, to protect itself from the harmful solar radiation. Melanin is the pigment that gives color to our hair, eyes, and skin. And the more melanin your skin makes, the darker your skin becomes. Its also great to use sunscreen every time you go outside. You may eat tomatoes, oranges, avocado, carrots turmeric, pumpkin,strawberries, potato, dried fruits, lemons , coconut, dairy products for glowing and brighter skin.

Tattoo Removal: How To Get It Done?

Do you have a permanent tattoo which you want to remove because of certain circumstances? According to studies, almost 50% of people with tattoos in the US want to have their tattoos removed via the laser tattoo removal technique.

This tattoo removal technique eliminates your tattoo without having much side effects. In the procedure, lasers are used to remove your tattoo by breaking up the pigment colours of the tattoo, using a high-intensity beam of light. Black tattoo pigment absorbs all the laser wavelengths and is easiest to remove, while other colours can be removed by using certain selected lasers.

Laser Tattoo Removal Procedure-

The number of treatments or sessions you require depends on the colour and size of your tattoo. It may take about two to four sessions in the case of normal tattoos, while for those having large tattoos; it may take more than 10 sessions to get the tattoo removed. A consultation session with a trained professional is required to help you in evaluating your situation and whether you should go ahead with the procedure.

The laser treatment varies from person to person and depends on factors such as age, size and type of the tattoo. The patient’s skin colour and depth to which the tattoo pigment extends also affects the removal process.

Here are the steps involved in a laser tattoo removal process:

  1. Protected eye shields are placed on you.

  2. Your skin’s reaction to the laser is tested for determining the amount of energy to be used.

  3. A handpiece is placed again on your skin surface, which activates the laser light. This process is extremely painful to undergo.

  4. Small tattoos require less pulses while large tattoos require much more. After every session, your tattoo tends to get lighter, progressively.

  5. Right after a treatment session, an ice pack is applied to your skin to soothe the areas treated. You will have to apply a topical antibiotic ointment and a bandage is used to protect the treated skin region. You must cover the area using a sunblock whenever you go out in between the treatment sessions.

  6. In some cases, local anesthesia is used during the treatment procedure.

Because of modern-day technology, laser tattoo removal is now a common thing undertaken by many who want to get rid of their unwanted tattoos. The procedure is safer than the traditional tattoo removal methods like excision, salabrasion and dermabrasion. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.

Hello lybrate-user this is one type of indigestion do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice.

Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, spicy, oily and junk food. Never skip your meal. Gap between two meals should not be more 6-7 hours. Take easily digestible food only. Intake of water should be good. Take hingwashtak powder 1 tsf with ghee before starting your food.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller's earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continuous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Hello, if the pregnancy test is negative, then will have to rule out any other problem as there are many causes of irregular menses apart from pregnancy - nutritional deficiency, pcos, stress/ tension, excessive exertion, any other or recent medical condition, side effect of any medication, hormonal imbalance, etc. So, take her to a gynaecologist for examination and required investigation for coming to the final diagnosis and treatment.

1. Berries

Different types of berries like strawberries, blueberries, mulberries, blackberries, cranberries, raspberries, cherries and boysenberries are considered great skin foods due to their high antioxidant content.

In fact, a 2012 study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that berries have potent antioxidant capacity.

Antioxidants combat free radicals and slow down the aging process by reducing oxidative damage to cells. Along with antioxidants, berries have anti-inflammatory properties.

Berries are easy to eat as a snack and you can add some to your cereal, smoothies or yogurt everyday to enjoy healthy and beautiful skin.

2. Olive Oil

Olive oil is a good source of polyphenols, antioxidants like vitamin E, and essential fatty acids, which can actually help delay the aging process in a beautiful way.

It is also rich in squalane, a natural emollient that is great for your skin as well as nails, lips and hair. The high amount of vitamin E in olive oil helps protect cell membranes and guards your skin against damage from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays.

You can apply olive oil directly on damp skin as a great moisturizer after taking a shower. It also makes a great hand moisturizer and can be used as a makeup remover.

To enjoy the health as well as beauty benefits of olive oil, sprinkle it on your salad and use it for cooking your meal.

3. Wild Salmon

Wild salmon is one of the best food sources for omega-3 fatty acids, which help maintain cell membranes to allow water and nutrients in while keeping harmful toxins out.

These healthy fats also reduce inflammation in the body and lower the risk of skin cancer. Salmon also contains selenium, a mineral that protects the skin from harmful UV rays.

Aim to eat at least two servings of this fatty fish each week. One serving equals two to three ounces. You can enjoy salmon grilled or baked, in pasta or salad, or as a side dish. Along with wild salmon, herring, mackerel and sardines will help promote smooth, clear and glowing skin.

4. Spinach

This leafy green vegetable is rich in antioxidants along with vitamins B, C, and E, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for the overall health of your skin.

In a study published in the International Journal of Cancer, people who ate more spinach suffered less from different types of skin tumors compared with those who ate the least amount of spinach.

This is possible due to the high amount of folate in spinach that helps repair and maintain DNA, prevents cell damage and slows down the aging process. Also, the water content in spinach penetrates cell membranes and can give you plumper and less wrinkled skin.

5. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are the best source of the anti-aging antioxidant lycopene. Lycopene helps reduce inflammatory response to harmful UV damage, thus protecting the skin from the damage due to sun’s rays. To enjoy the skin benefits of lycopene, you need to cook the tomatoes rather than eating them raw.

Tomatoes also contain a good amount of vitamin C, which helps in collagen production and protects cells from damage caused by free radicals.

6. Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes contain a good amount of vitamin C, which helps in the production of collagen, a protein that reduces wrinkles and helps keep your skin nice and smooth. In addition, the vitamin A in sweet potatoes gives you a brighter complexion.

You can include sweet potatoes in your diet by adding them to casseroles, soups or salads. You can even try them baked as a side dish.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Smoking increases your risk of cancer, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, eye disorders such as cataracts, rheumatoid arthritis, dental problems and stroke. That's because the substances in cigarettes can damage your organs and increase your body's level of free radicals, compounds that harm DNA and cellular tissue. There aren't any foods that can prevent or undo the effects of smoking but some tips can help the body combat the oxidation load to some extent. Have a Cup of green or herbal tea. The antioxidants can inhibit the activity of free radicals to some extent. Black grapes, blackberries and other berries are other good sources too. Smokers are more likely to become deficient in vitaminC. Include plenty of vitamin C-rich produce in your diet daily, such as tomatoes, berries like strawberries, kiwi, bell peppers, indian gooseberry, guava, pineapple, and all types of citrus fruits. Smokers must consume vitamin E rich foods, as it could lower their risk of developing heart disease in the future. Increasing intake of foods high in vitamin E eg Wheat germ and wheat germ oil are the best sources. Nuts, vegetable oils like ricebran, olive or canola oil, seeds, eggs and leafy greens are also rich in vitamin E. Cruciferous vegetables can help provide anticancerious nutrients. Chota gobi, cauliflower, cabbage, radishes and bok choy all belong in the cruciferous vegetable family. Avoid junk foods. Avoid processed, packeted and proprietary foods. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Fat burners are of no use if your diet is not good and you are not exercising.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Sir i consulted a dentist they fixed a root cap 5 years back as it is not proper they removed whole teeth and fixed another root cap for another teeth my colleagues are saying that due to root cap there is a chance of root cancer is it true?

There is nothing like root cancer. But definitely the term is root caries. If there is root caries we can restore it upto some extent. If u can send me the x ray of the tooth i can definitely help you.

There could some reason for the sensitivity which needs to be checked. Please visit the dentist to remove the real cause for problem. Alternative tooth paste called" Thermoseal RA" can be used. Apply on sensitive area. Keep for 20 - 30 mins and then rinse. Also avoid foods that increase sensitivity.
