For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4, TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.

When I did the results are positive and the doctor advised me to take thyronorm 25mcg tablets daily in the morning. From last two years i'm suffering with thyroid problem and using the tablets daily. From last one year my tsh value is normal. Recently when I took thyroid test my tsh value is 2.14. Can I stop the tablets or I have to continue please suggest me. Actually the doctor who suggested me to take the tablets is a psychiatrist who is a very well known doctor and he is having knowledge on all these.?

you can low the doce of thyroid medicines ...according to reports. IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Yes, regular exercise will effect on lowering fat. With exercise follow - take warm water for drinking, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, take dinner in half quantity of lunch & early in the evening, do regular exercise, avoid overeating, sleeping immediately after taking food, oily,spicy, fatty ,fast food, avoid late night work, avoid excessive seating for long duration, avoid junk food. Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Eating good protein and fruits helps with increasing weight. Have a fruit with every meal and eat an egg daily. Drink atleast 2 cups of milk and take 1 cup curd daily. Eat non veg weekly twice. Focus on eating lean cuts. Nuts and seeds also help to improve weight. Soak few almonds and walnuts and have them as first thing in the morning. Focus on increasing your food intake. Make sure your source of food is clean and nutritious. Do not opt for high cheesy and deep fried food to increase weight. Eating healthy and nutritious food is key to healthy weight management. Jamun (black plum) the sweet and tangy fruit that leaves your tongue purple, is not just great on taste but comes with a host of health benefits. Fruit, seeds, bark, and leaves of Jambul have medicinal properties. Jamun is loaded with antioxidants and flavonoids essential for a healthy body and mind.

It has fewer calories when compared to other fruit and is a good source of iron, apart from its mineral content. Jamun not only helps in increasing haemoglobin but it has anti-diabetic and antihyperlipidaemic effects also. -Conjunctivitis- Boil 20 soft leaves of Jamun in 2 cups (400ml) water till it reduces to 100 ml. Cool down this and wash eyes with this decoction(water).
-Dysentery (bloody) - Take 20 gm of powdered seeds with 1/2 cup of water twice daily.
-Child's bed wetting- Give 1 teaspoon ground seed with water.
-Acidity- Drink 10 ml Jamun vinegar with some water.

This depression can be due to some diseases you are suffering and you have not mentioned it. It can also be due to hypothyroidism and anemia. SO check your blood CBC and TTFT. If these are normal you need to take antidepressants and meditation and yoga will also help.

Dear lybrate-user, the mechanism behind forming is as follows:- there are sebaceous gland under skin which constantly secretes sebum. In case the pore of sebaceous gland gets blocked the sebum cannot be secreted and it is accumulated under the skin. The adjoining cells around the sebaceous also gets involved in this process and gets inflammed. If you pinch the pimple it will burst leading the accumulated sebum burst out as the white creamy substance but it may lead to darkening or scar formation of that area. If you do not pinch it then it may automatically burst out or will get resolved. In case the inflammation gets resolved you can feel a very small black hard bead like structure at that part. This is commonly known as blackheads. Under the upper part of the blackhead, remains the accumulated sebum.

In a simple word. Ecosprin is a blood thinner. So a pt under a treatment with ecosprin has always a tendency to bleed during any surgical procedure. The dictm is that. You hv to stop ecosprin for a atleast 7 days prior operation.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Weakness is a result of lack of physical or muscle strength. If you are feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles, it could also be a result of any disease, illness and too much activity at one time and not taking the food to match the amount of physical effort you are doing. Sometimes low levels of minerals (electrolytes), such as potassium or sodium also result in body weakness. Other important reason could be the problems with your thyroid gland. Because your thyroid gland is responsible for regulating the way the body uses energy. A low thyroid level can cause fatigue, weakness, laziness, weight gain etc. And a high thyroid level can cause fatigue, weight loss, muscle weakness etc. Sometime because of stress you may feel disinterest in your routine works. Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3.
