Hello, The bleeding pattern is more or less stress dependent as well, so if you are bleeding then its fine, just keep a watch for next 3 months.

Gently wash and care for your skin every day. Avoid scrubbing too hard or washing too often. Avoid heavy sweating if you think it causes your acne to get worse. Wash soon after activities that cause you to sweat. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. Avoid hair care products such as gels, mousses, cream rinses, and pomades that contain a lot of oil. Avoid touching your face. Avoid exposure to oils and harsh chemicals, such as petroleum. Protect your skin from too much sun. 1.Honey and cinnamon used together helps to fight acne because of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Add a couple of drops of tea tree oil to either of the masks above during an active acne breakout. Tea tree oil is considered one of the best home remedies for acne. Take care.

I am 62 years old man with good physique. I have no Sugar problem, no Hypertension, no BP and no aged disease and no aged problem. When I wake up during day or night, my whole body meets pain especially in ankles and legs. Early morning chillness never suits to my body. When I stand up from the floor I feel body pain especially in legs. Why is this? Due to shortage of vitamin or due to old age? Moreover I am vegetarian and I never tasted non veg at any time. I have not taken any drink and I have not taken cigarette so far. I am a teetotaler on the whole. Why is this? What is this body pain? Kindly advise me.

There are chances that you may be vitamin d3 or b12 deficient. You also need to check your uric acid status. Non vegetarian (protein) food does not harm the body. Too much of carbohydrates in the form of starches is actually not good for the body. You 1st check all these status and then revert back.

Walk or exercise daily..take gourd-cucumber-tomato juice in empty stomach..take lemon-honey in warm water in morning..take green tea with two whole grain biscuits..take wholegrain bread with veg..at lunch take a bowl rice with fish,or chicken..with lots of green veggies...in the evening take nuts,, boiled sprouts..fruit....in dinner take one roti with veg and boiled chicken and salads..

Hi, thanks for your query to lybrate. 1- For weight Gain query-eat less oily; more veggies; exercise regularly; more of hpbd diet and less of carbs. 2- stomach problems get stool n cbc. After tests and more interactions drugs could be planned 3- avoid food outings and restrict to home servings. Hope this reply would help you a lot.

If she does not get her periods by 10th, do a urine pregnancy test on a early morning sample of urine in a lab. This will give the best result. Home pregnancy tests give false results many a times.

सफेद मुस्ली (क्लोरोफिटम बोरेवियायनम), जिसे व्हाईट मुस्ली भी कहा जाता है, आयुर्वेद और हर्बल विज्ञान में प्रयोग किया जाने वाला एक शक्तिशाली कामोत्तेजक और स्ट्रिंग एडेडोजेनिक जड़ी बूटी है। परंपरागत रूप से यह गठिया, कैंसर, मधुमेह, जीवन शक्ति बढ़ाने और यौन प्रदर्शन में सुधार के लिए इस्तेमाल किया गया था। यह विशेष रूप से उन पुरुषों के लिए निर्धारित है जिनके कम शुक्राणुओं की संख्या और कम कामेच्छा है।

Hello, it's a disease of central nervous system, it comes gradually, affecting the movement of limbs, disobeying the will, due to an unknown reason, go for meditation, yoga to strengthen neurons of brain as well as to nourish the whole body including d affected limbs of d nody. Ensure she eats a healthy well balanced diet rich in proteins and minerals. Has adequate fruits, vegetables and water. Gets adequate rest in the afternoon for two hours and good night sleep for 8-9 hors. Also ensure she remains happy and stress free. Does not do to much physical exertion. Day to day light work should be okay.

Lose weight. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus 1 tab daily for 10 days paracetamol 250mg tds x 3 days contact me after that. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. It may have to be further investigated.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Hi, as your son is in his" teens" which is very crucial time period for him, there are hormonal fluctuations which he is going through and at the same time, you do have to guide him properly so that he shouldn't get spoiled in bad company. The important point here is, you should have patience and a good communication with him, just break the ice and make friends with him so that he could able to confide in you and start sharing the things openly with you. But listen to him patiently even if he is going in wrong direction because building up that faith and confidence in you will let you hold his hand and take him in the right direction!

I am 35. While skipping I have hurt portion below knee. Since then I have severe pain that refuses to subside. I am in a state of quandry not knowing what to do. Have I tore my ligaments. It seems it torn meniscus. Get mri at the earliest possible with best quality mri machine ie 3 tesla with cartilage mapping on mri. If it's torn meniscus or cartilage damage, treatment has to be done at the earliest because as time passes, healing gets affected.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
