From your query, I understand that you are experiencing mood disturbances with anxiety. Loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting and drifting mind can all be part of depression and/or anxiety. I suggest you consult on one 2 one basis to understand underlying reason for it and how you remedy your difficulty. Depression is very common and easily treatable provided you understand it and find way to work thro it. Seeking help can aid in earlier recovery. Best wishes.

Hello doctor, I am 21 years old male, workout daily and lift heavy. Consume 1.8g protein per kg of bodyweight. From last couple of weeks, I am having pain in my anal region and it kept increasing. It stays for 6-7 hours after bowel movement in the morning and hurts allot while sitting and during pushing in the toilet. Today I checked and there is something like skin tag at opening of the anal. Don't know if it is hemorrhoids or warts but it hurts allot. I did not find any blood during movements. Please help.

You may be having fissure so you need to be examined by a general surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly it is, keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and high fibre diet even you can take syp cremaffin 3 to 6 tsf hs, use ointment lox anally before defecation, proper treatment follows according to examination.

7 Essential Tips for Looking Great Without Makeup

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and eat small meals 5 times a day. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, lobia, soya beans. Avoid junk food, chips, namkeen and colas. Avoid fried foods. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Headaches due to migraine is very common these days especially in young adults because of there lifestyle and working environment. Sometimes pain is very severe on one side of the head.  So I would recommend you to avoid stress and anxiety, quiet the mind from distractions. Stay calm positive and do deep breathing exercises, listen some music that would give you some relaxation. If pain is severe then place ice pack over forehead and lie down for some time to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full life. Massage your head using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body. You can use mint or clove spray for inhaling in case of headache. If pain is severe you can also apply ginger paste over the painful area. Avoid taking caffeine, alcohol, phenylethylamine (found in chocolate and cheese), tyramine (found in nuts and fermented meats, cheeses, and soy), and aspartame (in many artificially sweetened foods) as sometimes these all exaggerate pain instead use basil leaves tea or ginger tea boiled nicely in water without milk. Regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. Avoid fasting - Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings. Make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. Take min 7 hours of sleep. Make a habit of 20-25 min walking daily along with some meditations. In spinal physiotherapy we have mobilisation that can be given to patients if migraine is because of spinal involvement so as an advice you can meet some neuro or spinal physio who can give you SNAGs for treating your headache. Hi throat cancer without any risk factors like smoking, tobacco chewing ,reverse smoking is less likely. So if you want to be sure what exactly is wrong consult an ent surgeon and seek proper advise.

Limit your screen time staring at computers, TVs or phones in the evening before going to bed Do eye check-up. Also check if you are having any cervical spondylosis. Also take Belladonna 30 – for headache one dose when required.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid carbonated Drink, Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, lentil, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread 6. . Avoid stress, anxiety 7.stop smoking 8. You can take the brown rice to keep off your craving for rice. This is much healthier than the white rice. And there is no alternative for exercise, so plan your day with at least 30 minutes of daily exercise.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium tcan worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

You can apply coconut oil and massage into scalp for at least 30 minutes. Mix coconut and castor oil and apply this to scalp every alternate days. Dont use chemical shampoos instead you can try baby shampoos as they are mild or a herbal hair cleanser
